Cyble Marks 15 Years of the Data Privacy Day with Insights on the Evolution of Data Safety Regulations

    Read Time:2 Minute, 29 Second

ALPHARETTA, GA, January 28: “Data,” as we know it, has evolved and grown in stature and importance significantly over the past decade. Data has gone from being a simple component of computing processes to becoming an integral part of business operations (data science). Data is the actual product/asset in several notable cases and a key business differentiator for several firms.

Data now fuels many industries – generated through targeted, personalized advertisements to mobile and website tracking of users to learn about their behaviors and preferences.

As the application and the value of data grows, so does the potential to exploit it. As a result, the privacy of individuals is under significant threats than ever before as malicious actors, data brokers, and several other business entities try to harvest, sell, or monetize personal or enterprise data for their own commercial purposes.

While most organizations process personal data for business purposes, they run the risk of running afoul of global data privacy regulations owing to a lack of awareness about the data privacy principles laid down in regulations such as the GDPR and the CCPA. Recently there have been several public data breaches and regulatory actions on several organizations when they were found to breach the trust of their customers by engaging in personal data processing in violation of the data privacy acts.

To this end, Data Privacy Day-celebrated globally on January 28th-is dedicated to ensuring that data collection, use, and sharing is conducted ethically by organizations, and individuals are appropriately sensitized about the importance of their personal data privacy and their rights as the owner of their personal information.

This includes educating the end-users on best practices to ensure their data is not captured without their consent, advising them not to share their sensitive data unless necessary, and improving the security of their data altogether to prevent identity theft and unauthorized profiling.

At Cyble, we believe that a critical step in contributing towards Data Privacy Awareness is helping people understand the extent of their personal data exposure on the surface web and the dark web to help them safeguard themselves from a potential personal data breach.

On this Data Privacy Day 2022, we invite you to head over to AmIBreached.com to assess your personal data privacy exposure and be a part of the growing privacy-aware community.

  • World Book of Record Holder Doctor Mahendra Bhati “Trikal” has more than 150 astrological calculations turned out to be publicly true

World Book of Record Holder Doctor Mahendra Bhati “Trikal” has more than 150 astrological calculations turned out to be publicly true

January 28: In this modern age of technology and science with heterodox thoughts and concepts, do you think astrology is significant? Astrology is an ancient concept, as old as time, you can say. It is an important aspect of our lives – our past, present and future. To a great extent, astrology is used to forecast and predict future events and can also be used as a medium to get rid of any kind of mishap related to planetary positions.

Dr. Mahendra Bhati “Trikal”, a resident of Raipur in Pali district of Rajasthan and One of the prestigious names in the World Book of Record Holder, he doesn’t need any indentity anymore. On the basis of his ability, Dr. Mahendra Bhati “Trikal” from the London Office of World Book and Records has been named in the World Book by giving a letter of honor on his astrological predictions.

According to Dr. Bhati’s personal secretary Laxman Saini, probably Dr. Mahendra Bhati “Trikal” is the first person who has been recorded in the World Book on Astrological Assessment Predictions.

Dr Mahendra Bhati Trikal has an entirely different take on this, he believes Astrology is facing criticism from various quarters these days. However, one should realize that it is a science-based on the reality that man lives under the influence of various planets. Planets have a role in all sectors of human existence, covering the physical, psychological and economic aspects.

Sadly, there is a campaign that claims that astrology is fake science that spreads superstition. Those who are behind it have failed to accept the connection between planets and man. The astrological theories were formulated by wise men who observed the world through their inner eye and also learnt from own life’s experiences.

It is a fact that planets influence all objects. But to understand this relationship, a practitioner of astrology should have exceptional observation powers along with dedication.

Dr. Bhati has a strong presence in India as well as in Nepal, due to this, now Hon’ble Minister of State of Nepal’s State No. 2, Ruby Kumari is nominated as Special Advisor and former Union Minister of Nepal Umesh Yadav is also nominated as Special Advisor. He is also nominated as advisor to Prince Shri Manavjit Singh of Raipur hideout of Marwar state.

You will be surely curious about people’s opinion of him; one of the believers revealed, “My heart is really brimming with joy and happiness after talking to the great astrologer and beyond that a wonderful person. He makes you feel comfortable like you are talking to your friend and he gives the best solution.I can clearly trust him for the advice because it has made tremendous help in my life. He clearly has enormous knowledge and skills to predict the future. His predictions are so accurate, and he is blessed with vast wisdom and immense almighty power from God.

To make colourful art reach as many people was the thought that gave birth to Khyatiworks, a startup that now endeavours to paint a wide variety of murals on the walls of urban India.

Brainchild of a software engineer by profession, Khyati Mehra Sharma started painting as a hobby and then soon expanded her hobby from the interiors of her drawing-room to the streets, malls and restaurants of India under the umbrella of her startup, Khyatiworks. Statue Grooming by Wild Stone: Great Men Deserve To Look Great

New Delhi [India], January 28: Brands have to work hard to catch the attention of their consumers. But this task gets even more challenging if you are a men’s grooming brand. In India, the men’s grooming category is dominated by international brands that sign up popular male celebrities as their ambassadors, making it difficult for relatively new Indian brands like Wild Stone to enter and break the clutter.

Wild Stone, a homegrown Indian brand, is making a splash in this sea of sameness through its out of box thinking.

India loves its national heroes, and their statues can be found all around us. But despite best efforts, these statues are often neglected and not well-maintained. So, Instead of joining the popular male celebrity bandwagon, Wild Stone came up with the idea of Statue Grooming. And, in collaboration with local municipal authorities, has decided to give the statues of some of these epic personalities the cleaning and grooming they deserve. After all, Great Men Deserve to Look Great.

Armed with a van full of cleaning equipment and a crew of statue cleaning experts, Wild Stone has been going around Agra, grooming the statues of India’s most incredible men. The idea has caught people’s imagination and encouraged by the tremendous response, Wild Stone is planning to take this initiative to other cities soon.

Hafele’s Vortex Series Hobs – Minimalistic Designs For Efficient Cooking

January 27: Indian cooking is like a painting – there are as many flavors on an Indian platter as there are colours on a canvas. Each cuisine fuses together with unique recipes, traditional spices and the individual touch of the cooking artist. It is this unique combination of diversity and complexity of Indian Cooking that forms the inspiration for Hafele’s Vortex Series Hobs, a range that can support, enhance and inspire the culinary art of India!

The quintessential Indian currys and tadkas are done best on the wok (known as kadai) and are most enjoyed with the flat Indian Chapattis which are done on a flat Indian pan (called tawa). In order to handle such varied cooking patterns, our Vortex Series hobs are engineered with special burners with a vertex flame design where the flames adapt to a wok by centering maximum heat at the bottom of the wok, which is needed to sear the seasoning in oil. The same flame can adapt to the shape of a flat pan like tawa used for making chapattis or wide pans used for searing and roasting, offering the most even heat distribution to the base of the pan. This even heat distribution makes the Vortex hobs powerful and efficient at the same time. These hobs promise you high durability, precise functionality, flexibility in cooking and safety. Their minimalist design and glass and gun-metal surface finish impart elegance to your kitchen interiors.

Shagun Gupta Foundation to work for equal rights of the third gender

Run by Dr. Shagun Gupta, the Foundation has until now focused its efforts on education, women empowerment, and helping cancer and acid attack survivors

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], January 27: Shagun Gupta Foundation, the NGO run by well-known cosmetics and permanent makeup expert Dr. Shagun Gupta, will now also work for the cause of equal rights of the third gender.

For the past many years, the Foundation has focused its efforts on promoting education, women empowerment, and helping cancer survivors and acid attack survivors. It has instilled hope in the lives of thousands of beneficiaries so far and has now taken up the challenge of working for the third gender; often the most discriminated against by society.

“Those belonging to the third gender are also humans and are equal to the other two genders. However, people belonging to the third gender have to face widespread discrimination in every possible sphere of life. The foundation will dedicate its efforts to promoting understanding about the third gender’s basic right of equality. We will also provide necessary help and support to causes related to the welfare of the third gender,” said Dr. Shagun Gupta.

The foundation announced its latest mission on the occasion of Republic Day on Wednesday at an event in Mumbai.

It was the ‘1st Foundation Day’ of Shagun Gupta Foundation, and the occasion was graced and supported by veteran actors Surendra Pal and Sunil Pal, politicians, representatives from other NGOs, and leading personalities from different fields.

“It took me six years of non-stop work and perseverance to create awareness about permanent makeup. Permanent makeup is not limited to makeup but is an effective way of revamping facial features. It is an art that gives another chance to all the women who feel disheartened about their looks after an acid attack or after surviving cancer. We have instilled the lost hope in their lives, and this is what we aim to do with our work for the third gender,” she said on occasion.

Dr. Gupta, who has become a beacon of hope in the lives of thousands of persons who have benefitted from her work in permanent makeup and cosmetics, added that the Foundation’s objective is to save lives, promote social protection, and conquer poverty, and sought support for the noble endeavours.
