  • Educated Youth is Turning Towards Shivsena

    Thane (Maharashtra) [India], November 25: Till a few years ago, shiv sena did not have a group of educated young activists. In recent times, the face of Shiv Sena has started changing. The reason for that is huge and important. The educated team of young leaders like Cabinet Minister Aditya Thackeray of mahavikas coalition government, Shiv Sena MP Dr. Srikant Shinde, YuvaSena’s Varun Sardesai, YuvaSena secretary Purvesh Sarnaik and many educated youths are now joining shiv sena. Therefore, the help offered in the leadership of this highly educated youth has helped the citizens during the Corona crisis. And it has also started creating the future leadership of Shiv Sena. One of such young activists is Ad. Radhika Abhijit Shedge from Thane. She is a lawyer by profession.

    She was the general secretary of the committee for three consecutive years at the Government College in Mumbai. She was also vice president of the Rotoract Club of Thane Skyline. So, her public relations are good. However, in the corona crisis, her leadership qualities rose.

    During the times of the first and second waves of the corona, Ad Radhika Shedge started helping people who came to her as much as she could. In the first wave, she opened the doors of the kitchen of her own hotel Sri Swami to the needy. She started distributing free meals to the needy from her hotel. From April 2020 till the end of the first lockdown, she started distributing around 2000 needy people nutritious food daily, and she distributed about 3 lac sanitiser bottles of 50 millilitres. She also distributed PPE kits to doctors and staff of Vedanta on Ghodbunder Road in Thane and Kalsekar Hospital in Mumbra.

    However, when she realized that students living in chawls in Thane city, especially in Nalpada, were facing a lot of difficulties in online education, this made her upset. Then Ad. Radhika spoke to her husband and hotelier Abhijit, and then she made sure to make free internet Wi-Fi service available for almost 2000 families there. At the same time, the educational material required by the students was also given free of cost. As a result, the question of the education of students from about 2,000 families was resolved in a moment. Meanwhile, due to the heavy rains in Konkan, there was a huge loss. Ad. Radhika was very sad by all this; she felt very bad for all the residents in Konkan. Radhika Shedge discussed with colleagues and decided to provide help to the flood victims. For this, her husband Abhijit and a colleague took a truck full of essential commodities. The Shedge couple then went to a place affected by heavy rains in Konkan and started helping.

    At the same time, Shiv Sena leader and Maharashtra Urban Development and Public Works Minister Eknath Shinde, Environment Minister Aditya Thackeray were also working round the clock to help the flood victims of Konkan. Ad. Radhika was watching all these big leaders working hard in such a situation. It made a huge positive impact on her, and she realized that she needed to have such a big force like this with her to work more and more for people.

    After helping the flood victims of Konkan. Ad. Radhika returned to Thane. And within a few days, she joined the Shiv Sena. After entering Shiv Sena Ad. Radhika started working with new energy. For the first time in the Mumbai division, in Hiranandani meadows, a residential complex in Thane city, citizens were provided with a vaccination facility in their own housing complex. Ad. Radhika made it available in collaboration with Apollo Hospital. This was the first time that citizens had access to vaccination facilities directly to their doorsteps in this manner. Thane Municipal Corporation mayor NareshMhaske extended special support for the same. 1050 citizens were directly benefited with home delivery vaccination.

    Sirene by Koushik Designers is the brand name for Ronak R Bafna’s unique and trendy readymade garments manufactured in Mumbai and Kolkata. Bafna has been manufacturing readymade Indo-Western outfits for major brands in India and abroad, and he owns four showrooms in the country.

    Talking about his brand, Ronak R Bafna,  founder of Sirene by Koushik Designers, said, “We have been exporting readymade branded garments in the countries like Dubai, United Kingdom (UK), South Africa, Bangladesh, Canada and the U.S. We can manufacture about 800 garment pieces per day at the manufacturing facilities located in Mumbai and Kolkata.”

  • Finideas Highlights Long-Term Investments in the Stock Market to Create Good Wealth at the Online Seminar Organised By NSE & SEBI

    November 24: NSE and SEBI have organized an online seminar on “Long Term Safe Investing in Stock Market” during the celebration of World Investor Week. Here, CA Govind Jhawar from Finideas highlighted secured long term investments in the stock market. He said that one could create good wealth in the stock market with long term investment as we create wealth in Property.

    When we talk about long term investment, we first think of property. The main reason for this is that its price never becomes zero and sooner or later increases. Instead, if we consider a long-term investment in an individual stock, there is always an apprehension that maybe that the company may perform in the future or not? That is why we can’t rely by investing in any Individual company. You know what has happened to companies like King Fisher Airlines, Suzlon etc. So, the thing comes that where to invest for a long term in the stock market?

    On finding the answer, our focus shifts to Nifty50. If we invest for a long time in Nifty, we can get good returns. The reason is that Nifty50 itself is a portfolio consisting of the top 50 companies listed on NSE. Moreover, it is also a self-management portfolio which means that the company that performs will remain in this portfolio or else it will be out. Once there are many companies of Anil Ambani Group were part of the Nifty. But as soon as their performance decreased, they got out. This means, as long as there are 50 companies on the NSE, Nifty can never be zero. On the other hand, It always keeps performing companies in his portfolio. So, as India’s economy grows, our investment in Nifty will show us good returns.

    But still, a fear sets inside us. That is, Nifty will also fall in the worst market scenario. In 2008, Nifty had fallen by 52%. What about the security of our investments in those times? So, the answer is also present on NSE, and that is Insurance. Just as insurance is available for car, health, property, life insurance is also available for Nifty. Such insurances are called options in the market language. Calls and put options were born to insure wealth if the market does not move in our favour. However, it is a different matter that today 80% of the volume on NSE comes from options trading. The advantage of put options is that when the Nifty falls, its price increases. This means that after investing in Nifty, if we also buy put option as its insurance, then our capital remains safe. Here the put option works in a similar way as all other insurance works. Just like we get a claim on a car accident, we get back the lost money as soon as there is a recession in Nifty. So, all in all, when the market rises, we get the benefit of the growth of Nifty, and our portfolio also increases, and when the market falls, our capital remains safe and can never lose more than the premium of the insurance.

    If we think that taking big risks in the market gives a big return, then it is a superstition. If the big return comes through a big risk, I’ll open a stationery store and start selling people on credit. Took a big risk? Should we see bigger returns now? You would say forget about the returns; it is a big deal if the customer himself comes back. Either it is stationery or stock market business, only a smart calculation gives us good returns.

    We will automatically get good returns in the long run, even if we focus on reducing the risk. We had a focus on this concept and did research. We got great results. The money of a person who has invested only in Nifty has increased his wealth 13 times in the last 18 years. While the capital of those who invest in Insurance has increased 22 times. On the other hand, the capital of Nifty’s investors had lost 52% in 2008. But even at such a time, the capital of those who took the insurance of put option with Nifty did not break more than 5%. This insurance called put option gives us peace of mind even in a recessionary environment.

    If we use a little more cleverness and use Futures contact also in the portfolio, our returns will increase even more.  If we invest 30% in nifty ETFs, 70% in Nifty futures and also take insurance of this entire investment, then we can earn more return in less investment. In the last 18 years, people have made returns on an average of 19% per annum by investing in this way.     United States, November 24: US-based Bharatanatyam/Kuchipudi exponent Aparna Satheesan has won the prestigious Abhinandan Saroja National Award 2021 by the National Institute of Indian Classical Dance at Samarpan on November 15th 2021. The Abhinandan Saroja National Award was started on the birthday of the legendary Guru Smt. Padma Bhushan Saroja Vaidyanathan for honoring the legacy in the field of Indian Classical Dance.

    Abhinandan Saroja award is a national award given to eminent dancers for their notable excellence in choreography, performance and contribution in promoting and preserving the traditional classical dance forms of India. The award will be given by the legendary Bharatanatyam exponent Padma Bhushan Guru Saroja Vaidyanathan. Due to covid restrictions, this year’s festival was conducted virtually and had participants from all over the world. The selection panel of judges included very famous dancers like Dr. Swati Daithankar, Sri. Narendra Kumar, Smt. Sukanya Mahadevan and Smt. Aparna Ramesh.

    Aparna is an established Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi dancer who not only demonstrated her artistic skills across the globe but also demonstrated her social responsibility through her charity work by giving back to society, using her gifted dance talent. She was nominated for her excellence in performance, choreographic skills and charity work in the field of dance.

  • AZAD Engineering to Invest Rs.500 crores on the 3rd lean manufacturing plant in Hyderabad – lays foundation stone on site

    Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], November 23: Azad Engineering Pvt Ltd, a Hyderabad based market leader in Precision Engineering, a company that caters to the Energy, Aerospace, Heavy Machining, and Oil & Gas Global OEMs, is in the process of setting up its 3rd state-of-the-art lean Manufacturing Facility & Centre of Excellence of Global Standards at Tunki Bollaram, Medchal Malkajgiri District of Telangana.

    The company recently laid the foundation stone at the site and plans to invest over Rs 500 crores over the next 3 years on this plant. Spanning over an area of 23.45 acres, in a phased manner, this facility will create a one-of-its-kind precision manufacturing eco-system that will feature Uber- Smart, Lean and Modern Shop floors with the most advanced manufacturing technology and will showcase cutting-edge futuristic technologies such as Industrial Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Digitization, Lean etc. The company is also planning to acquire IGBC Gold Rated Green Building certification for this Plant. The construction of the first phase of 30,000 sq meters will be completed by July 2022. Hence, this facility will be operational by Q2FY23 and will primarily manufacture and export supercritical components for Global OEMs in the Aviation and Power Generation Industry such as GE, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Toshiba, MAN, Doosan Skoda, GE Aviation, BOEING, HONEYWELL, EATON, RAFAEL, BHEL, HAL, Baker Hughes among others. Besides, the setting up of this Plant will benefit the local communities in and around its vicinity as it is expected to create employment opportunities for around 1000 people.

We are very excited for this new phase of our growth, and so we are investing in creating a facility that will feature unique capabilities in Precision Forging, Sheet Metal Fabrication, HVOF, TBC, Thermal spray Coating, EB Welding, Chemical processing (NADCAP), Metal Joining (NADCAP), Non-conventional processes (NADCAP), Fluid distribution system (NADCAP), Facility for – ETF / ITF and specialty fasteners, Testing laboratory (NABL) along with Robotics and automation to name a few.

    It took us years to clear all the major stringent entry barriers, and now is the time to ramp up the scale of production to meet the demands. AZAD is all set to witness rapid ramp-up in the top line with each of its clients, given the qualification process is already completed and all the business contracts/orders are in place.     Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], November 23: The first look of the upcoming Hindi film (The Walking God) Antaryatri Mahapurush based on the life of  Digambar Jain Acharya Shri Vidyasagar ji Maharaj has been unveiled. Based on the religious book (Antaryatri mahapurush) Antaryatri Mahapurush (The Walking God), the first poster of the film has been launched on the 50th  anniversary of being elevated as an Acharya. Directed by Anil Kulchainiyaa, Vivek Anand Mishra is the protagonist in the film. Kishori Shahane, Gajendra Chauhan, Late Shri Baldev Trehan, Krishna Bhatt, Sudhakar Sharma, Milind Gunaji, Gufi Patel, Arjun, Vikki Hada, Hardik Mishra are in various roles.

    The film “Antaryatri Mahapurush (The Walking God)” is the life journey of Digambar Sant Shiromani Acharyashri Vidya Sagar Ji Maharaj,.The film covers the story of his childhood till attaining the position of Acharya, his education, his sports, his love for siblings. His devotion towards his parents, the ups and downs in his life and his devotion towards religion will be seen in this film.

    Under the banner of Shiromani Creation, Antaryatri Mahapurush is written and directed by Anil Kulchainiyaa, the film is produced by Kamna Kulchania and co-produced by Umesh Malhar and Anand Rathi. The music of the film is composed by Satish Dehra and the lyricist is Sudhakar Sharma. The cinematographer of the film is Mahesh G Sharma and editor is Gul. The background music of the film was composed by Dharmendra Jawda and the choreographer is Madhav Kishan.

    On this occasion Director Anil Kulchainiyaa said that “Acharya Shri
    Vidhya Sagar ji maharaj is a source of inspiration for the ideal life; he is known as the supreme saint. This film will introduce many incidents of his lifetime. This is the first film of Jainism, which has been made completely following the guidelines of Jain scholars and Jain monks. This film will be liked by the devotees of Acharyashri as well as the audience of all sections of cinema.
