    Luxembourg, January 12: Tattoo artist Lokesh Verma of Devil’z Tattooz is going places. India’s most loved tattoo artist has opened a Tattoo studio in Luxembourg, which has one of the world’s highest per capita GDP.

    “We are thrilled to open a tattoo studio in the beautiful city of Luxembourg. Our studio is the first Indian tattoo chain in Luxembourg. It is also one of the biggest studios of its kind in the city. We look forward to catering to the local population and the large number of foreign tourists who visit the city with our unique tattoo offerings,” commenced Lokesh.

    For the MBA pass-out turned tattoo artist, Europe is like a second home. He has been working in Europe since 2010 and has a large existing clientele there. Even as a child, Lokesh always wanted to move to Europe.

    “It’s a dream come true for me. Europe, especially Luxembourg, is a multicultural centre, and almost everyone speaks four to five languages. Luxembourg is also strategically located, with France, Belgium, and Germany just 30 minutes away. Having a presence in Luxembourg will also allow us to serve the huge client base in these countries, which was another reason for choosing Luxembourg for the studio,” explained Lokesh.

    According to Lokesh, tattoos in black and grey realism are highly popular in Luxembourg. “We will customise our offerings accordingly. We will also introduce new designs and patterns that we have developed expertise in over the years,” he said further.

    Coming from a humble background, Lokesh was expected to take up a stable job that would help him take care of his family. But Lokesh had different plans. In 2003, he decided to channel his creativity into the field of body art. Supported by his family, Verma held on to his passion. From working at the local McDonald’s outlet during the day and as a DJ at night to save enough money to open his studio ‘Devil’z Tattooz’ in Delhi to have an international presence, he has come a long way in the last two decades.

    Unarguably among the top tattoo artists in India today, Lokesh has also figured among World’s Top 10 tattoo artists, alongside international stalwarts like Paul Booth and Scott Campbell. He has carved out a niche for himself in the field with his varied and internationally acclaimed styles. He is the first artist in India to start coloured realism and portrait style of tattooing, mastered by just a few people across the world.

    He is also known for pioneering Soundwave (Audible) tattoos and Permanent Tattoo Removal (Pico Laser) services in India. Among his high-profile clients are Remo D’Souza, Swara Bhaskar, Ishant Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, Tapsee Pannu and others.

    He is the first Asian to teach tattooing at an Italian University. He has curated Heartwork Tattoo Festival, India’s only international tattoo festival. He won the first prize in Inter-Asia painting in Japan and also held a Guinness World record for inking the maximum number of flags on the human body. He now has a team of 15 artists taking forward his work.

    New Delhi (India), January 12: The excitement surrounding the Hyderabad-Vijayawada highway is not new. Its location, as well as the development of infrastructure and businesses surrounding it, have made it an ideal location for real estate and other investments.     While the highway connects Telangana and Andhra Pradesh’s capital cities, Hyderabad and Vijayawada, the government also intends to develop the entire region as an educational corridor.     A few changes are also being made in Hyderabad to accommodate growth along the Hyderabad-Vijayawada highway. For example, the fruit market at Gaddiannaram, Hyderabad’s only wholesale fruit market, will be relocated to the Batasingaram logistics park.

    There is also some good news for the software and tech sector! KTR, the Minister of Municipal Administration and Urban Development of Telangana, announced that the government is working towards setting up an IT Park on the Hyderabad-Vijayawada highway.

    All of this progress has also had a positive effect on real-estate rates. Everyone wants a piece of this cake, from businesses to software sectors to local residents. Prices have truly skyrocketed in recent years. So much so that even AP investors are interested in investing in the areas across the highway.

    Surat (Gujarat) [India], January 12: Rachna Shah, the government of India’s textile secretary, had a visit to the Man Made Textiles Research Association (MANTRA) facilities on Ring Road and emphasised the importance of establishing research in technical textiles, with a focus on Agro Textiles.

    Rachna Shah, India’s textile secretary, accompanied by Textile Commissioner Roop Rashi Mahapatra, inspected the infrastructure at MANTRA, including the laboratory and machinery. Shah praised the infrastructural facilities and the textile experts’ research.

    “India’s textile secretary Rachna Shah took a special interest in MANTRA’s Centre of Excellence for Technical Textiles,” said Rajnikant Bachkaniwala, president of MANTRA. She gathered extensive information on non-woven textile machinery, fabrics, and applications.”

    “The textile secretary closely observed the coating and lamination technology at MANTRA, as well as the samples prepared using cutting-edge technology,” Bachkaniwala continued.

    MANTRA scientists gave a detailed presentation on the cutting-edge ‘Plasma Technology’ machine installed at MANTRA. The textile secretary was particularly drawn to MANTRA’s Technical Textiles laboratory and its testing equipment. She praised MANTRA’s efforts in establishing a testing laboratory for face masks and PPE kits at the centre.

    Dr. PP Raichurkar, Director of MANTRA, and MANTRA President Rajnikant Bachkaniwala gave a detailed presentation on MANTRA’s textile sector activities.

    Bachkaniwala urged the textile secretary to convene all Textile Research Associations (TRAs) on a single platform to discuss and collaborate on textile industry research.

    Rachna Shah, Textile Secretary, was impressed by the information provided by the MANTRA management and advised them to prioritise research in Technical Textiles, with a particular emphasis on Agro Textiles.

    During the visit of India’s textile secretary, MANTRA director Dr. PP Raichurkar, MANTRA President Rajnikant Bachkaniwala, Secretary Prafull Gandhi, and council members were present.

    Dispur (India), January 12: This edition is known as Expo Organic North East or Expo in recognition of the potential of organic farming in the country’s North Eastern region to connect growers with consumers and to support the development of the entire value chain for the promotion of organic products globally. The first Expo on Organic North East is scheduled to take place from February 3rd to 5th, 2023; an immersive experience into the world of organic fruits and vegetables hosted by the Department of Agriculture, Govt. of Assam and organised by the Sikkim State Cooperative Supply and Marketing Federation Ltd (SIMFED) at Guwahati, Assam.

    India has seen significant growth in the export of organic products, and we are also Asia’s second-largest exporter of organic products. Oilseeds, sugarcane, cereals and millets, cotton, pulses, medicinal plants, tea, fruits, and spices are the most popular organic products in India. In recent years, India has seen total exports of 460320.40 MT valued at more than 5000 Cr INR or $770 Million.

    Expo ONE is a high-quality exhibition from leading companies in naturals, organics, and exports, as well as agribusinesses. The event will also host B2B meetings, B2C events, international and domestic buyer delegations, International Conference, Farmers’ Workshop, and government/department pavilions, will be included.

    Starting with carburators for motorbikes, it then expanded its product range by designing and manufacturing throttle bodies, injection systems and electronic control units, up to innovative electrification projects.

    DELLORTO, over the years, has in fact invested in research and has been able to be among the first to intercept and lead market demands.

    The medium-term strategy for electric propulsion was defined in 2018. As early as mid-2019, the E-POWER team was born, working tirelessly to develop the product range that is now available on the market. E-POWER equips a number of different vehicles, and, to name a few: the Fantic scooter, the Casalini quadricycle, the Platumkick-scooter and the Mondial electric motorbike.

    With the E-POWER project, DELLORTO offers the market a complete range of ELECTRIC POWERTRAINS designed for the light urban electric mobility of the future: from 250W for the kick-scooter up to 15kW for the heavy quadricycle.

    The project is designed to be highly integrated, modular, scalable and flexible at low voltage (<60V) and air-cooled to allow highly integrable solutions with various vehicle layouts and at competitive costs.

    In addition to urban mobility, DELLORTO wants to pursue transversality across industrial and leisure sectors where electrified solutions are already in place but are based on obsolete technology.

    The aim is, therefore, to bring automotive logic into industrial sectors, such as small construction machinery, agricultural machinery, and intra-logistics machinery, but also fields such as the marine industry, go-karts and golf karts.

    DELLORTO’s E-POWER system includes 3 sizes of inverters, all integrated with Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) and DC/DC functions, two sizes of batteries of 2kWh and 2.3kWh equipped with latest-generation 21700 NMC cells, capable of guaranteeing high energy density and the possibility of swap thanks to the weight (less than 12 kg).

    The BMS integrated into the Battery Pack allows up to 8 batteries to be simultaneously managed without the need for master devices.

    The motor range is designed with high torque density to allow a direct-drive architecture between the motor and the vehicle wheel, saving efficiency loss and gearbox costs.

    With the E-POWER project, DELLORTO is not only offering a product but also an all-around service. Together with its partner REINOVA, DELLORTO is able to follow customers through all phases of the design of the electrical application, from performance simulation for the choice of the powertrain to system definition, interface with vehicle components, up to the application, testing, calibration and homologation phase.

    There is already a clear trend on the market for small everyday vehicles to move towards electric traction, especially the 50cc and 125cc internal combustion vehicles used for daily urban mobility.

    The electrification of these vehicles does not encounter any of the typical automotive barriers (recharging time, need for high-power columns, range not compatible with use, recharging studs in homes….) and will therefore have a significant development also encouraged by the policy of many cities, not only in Italy.

    The urban mobility of the future will have to move towards a new paradigm that will see small, light, safe and reliable vehicles driven by a low-power interconnected electric powertrain in our cities, thus requiring low battery power.

    Besides this new and important e-project, DELLORTO displays at AUTOEXPO the whole product range:

    Injection Systems

    Thanks to the considerable experience gained in MotoGP with the RSV Aprilia throttle bodies and with the moto3 ECU (Electronic Control Unit), at its third release, DELLORTO shows a complete range of electronic fuel injection components and systems for motorbike engines. The NEW Venice and Monnalisa electronic control units, which complete the DELLORTO ECU range, have been designed to meet the requirements of the next years and the EURO5 and BS6 regulations. The latest development includes the traction control, the start-and-stop and the OBD2 advanced onboard diagnostics. The DELLORTO ECUs support single- and two-cylinder engines, 2- and 4-stroke, with air or liquid cooling.

    Throttle Bodies

    The two product lines of mechanical throttle bodies and electronic throttle bodies are improved and expanded with innovative solutions.

    For the mechanical throttle bodies, DELLORTO developed a compact air by-pass actuator and a 3-in-1 combined sensor that include the functions of contact-less TPS, temperature and air pressure sensor.

    The electronic throttle bodies are available with different solutions for 1 and 4-cylinder engines. Thanks to a new-patented solution, it is possible to control the main throttle and a secondary throttle with a single actuator; this solution improves driveability and emissions at low speeds.

    Sensors

    This year DELLORTO presents a complete range of sensors: TPS contactless –single and double output-, 3-in-1 sensor (TPS, temperature sensor and pressure sensor), dual map sensor for twin-cylinder applications and an innovative contact-less gear position sensor.

    Fuel pump modules

    Great configuration flexibility allows the DELLORTO fuel pump modules to be a reliable market player. They are available with a pre-filter, fine filter, pressure regulator and level sensor, and they can be fitted on top or below the fuel tank.

    Exhaust valves

    Dell’Orto is already producing exhaust gas recirculation valves for cars, and now it has developed and industrialized an exhaust valve for motorcycle engines. The valve is able to optimize and enhance the sound of the engine. The exhaust valve is produced in stainless steel that withstands the high temperatures downstream of the catalysts required for EURO5.

    Electronic Carburation System

    Besides the electronic ignition, DELLORTO goes on in the development of its patented ECS electronic carburation system, perfectly suited for 50cc mopeds and for engines with small displacements for the Asian market, which has recently obtained the patent in India, the most important market for production volumes in the world.

    The DELLORTO components are not only used on motorcycles but also on cars, commercial vehicles, industrial engines, snowmobiles, marine engines and karts. For the last one, DELLORTO proposes a system composed of the ignition control unit, coil and carburetor.
