  • REHAU India Unveils New Brand Film Showcasing Its German Engineering Legacy and Presence Across Everyday Interiors

REHAU India Unveils New Brand Film Showcasing Its German Engineering Legacy and Presence Across Everyday Interiors

New Delhi [India], April 17: There are elements within a home that stay with people over years of use, becoming part of everyday living without ever demanding attention. A wardrobe that continues to function with ease, or a kitchen surface that holds its finish through daily routines, or cabinetry that performs with quiet consistency. These are subtle elements that shape how a space is experienced over time.

For decades, REHAU has been closely associated with such environments. Built on a legacy that dates back to 1948, the brand has carried forward German engineering into materials that combine precision with long-term performance. In India, this presence has strengthened steadily, thus becoming part of interiors across homes as well as workplaces where quality is expected to endure through wear & tear. It is this long-standing presence that now finds expression through a new brand film, thus bringing familiar spaces into focus through a lens of recognition, along with discovery.

REHAU’s brand film draws from situations that feel immediately relatable: ones where decisions take shape through everyday interactions & experience plays a key role. The storytelling builds gradually – thereby allowing the viewer to move from familiarity to recognition. In doing so, the viewer is able to understand the role materials play in shaping long-term experience.

The film is set within a lived-in space where a family walks through a well-appointed apartment with a property consultant, taking in the detailing as well as the overall finish. In the middle of this, a small moment shifts the direction of the conversation. Their child recognises the brand and calls it out with an ease that feels instinctive and familiar. That moment changes how the space is viewed. The attention moves from what is seen to what supports it over time. The consultant builds on this recognition and places REHAU within a larger context of interiors that are defined by quality alongside consistency across years of use. The messaging stays close to this idea. Spaces carry a deeper layer shaped by materials that perform quietly through everyday life. Across kitchens, wardrobes, and living environments, REHAU has remained part of this layer, shaping how these spaces hold up over time and continue to deliver a dependable experience.

The film has been conceptualised and developed by creative agency X Factor Pro, with a clear focus on translating REHAU’s material expertise into narratives that connect with both end consumers as well as the wider trade ecosystem.

    REHAU

Mr. Tushar Verma, Executive Vice President, REHAU India & Subcon, added, “Our journey in India has been defined by continuity. We have focused on bringing engineering discipline into materials that are used every day across interiors. How this has translated into trust across generations of customers and partners is something that’s truly close to us & keeps us moving. The film shows that trust in a simple way. They bring out how the brand is recognised right from the industry to modern homes. That recognition comes from years of consistent performance and that remains our focus going forward.”

Expressing his thoughts on the unveiling, Mr. Sairaj Hemachandran, Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications, REHAU India, said, “REHAU has long been an understated yet integral part of everyday living, quietly shaping the environments we inhabit. For years, its presence has been seamlessly woven into the spaces where life unfolds, at home, at work, and everywhere in between, often experienced but rarely consciously acknowledged.

This brand film is a deliberate narrative pivot, an effort to bring that inherent yet unnoticed familiarity into sharp focus. It signals a defining moment in REHAU’s journey, transitioning from being silently present to purposefully visible. By spotlighting what has always existed in the background, the film invites audiences to finally see, recognise, and truly value the brand that has been shaping their world all along.”

With the all-new brand film, REHAU India brings its long-standing presence into sharper focus, connecting everyday experiences with the material intelligence that has quietly shaped them over the years.

  • Jabraj Singh on Building High-Capacity Power Transmission Networks for Solar Evacuation Across India’s Renewable Corridors

Jabraj Singh on Building High-Capacity Power Transmission Networks for Solar Evacuation Across India’s Renewable Corridors

New Delhi [India], April 17: India’s renewable energy journey is entering a decisive phase, where the focus is no longer limited to adding solar capacity but ensuring that clean energy reaches demand centers efficiently. As solar parks expand across regions such as Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Ladakh, the need for high-capacity power transmission networks has become increasingly critical. Jabraj Singh, a veteran in the field of power transmission, highlights that building strong solar evacuation infrastructure will determine how effectively India can harness its renewable potential. With India targeting 500 GW of non-fossil fuel capacity by 2030, transmission systems are emerging as the backbone of the country’s clean energy ambitions.

“India’s renewable energy growth is no longer constrained by generation capacity alone. The real challenge lies in building high-capacity transmission networks that can evacuate solar power from remote renewable corridors to major demand centers. Without strong evacuation infrastructure, even the largest solar parks cannot deliver their full potential to the grid,” says Jabraj Singh, the expert.

India has rapidly scaled solar installations in recent years, particularly in states such as Rajasthan and Gujarat, which offer vast land availability and high solar irradiance. Rajasthan’s Bhadla Solar Park, one of the world’s largest solar hubs, has become a symbol of India’s renewable ambitions. Similarly, Gujarat’s solar expansion in regions like Kutch and Dholera continues to strengthen India’s renewable capacity. Ladakh is also emerging as a key renewable energy hub, with large-scale solar projects planned to supply clean energy to northern demand centers. However, these generation hubs are often located far from consumption centers such as Delhi, Mumbai, and industrial clusters in northern and western India, making transmission infrastructure crucial.

India is aggressively expanding its transmission network to support this shift. According to the Central Electricity Authority’s transmission planning for 500 GW of non-fossil capacity, India’s transmission network is expected to expand to nearly 6.48 lakh circuit kilometers by 2032. Transformer capacity is also projected to grow significantly to support renewable integration. These upgrades are designed to enable seamless evacuation of solar power from renewable-rich regions and strengthen grid stability.

Major green transmission corridors are already being developed to address this need. Recently, power transmission projects worth ₹3,600 crore were inaugurated in Rajasthan to support renewable energy evacuation. These projects are designed to handle up to 20 GW of renewable capacity, significantly enhancing India’s ability to transport solar power from generation zones to load centers. Such initiatives are part of a broader strategy to develop dedicated renewable energy corridors that reduce congestion and improve grid reliability.

Another significant development is the ±800 kV HVDC transmission corridor linking Bhadla in Rajasthan to Fatehpur in Uttar Pradesh. This 950-kilometre transmission project is designed to evacuate 6,000 MW of renewable energy, enabling solar power generated in remote desert regions to reach densely populated industrial and urban centers. High-capacity HVDC technology is increasingly being adopted in India to manage long-distance power transfer efficiently while minimizing transmission losses.

Jabraj Singh notes that high-voltage transmission lines and advanced grid technologies are essential for managing the variability of solar energy. “Solar generation is inherently variable, which makes grid modernization and flexible transmission systems extremely important. High-voltage corridors and digital grid management solutions help ensure reliable power delivery even as renewable penetration increases,” he explains.

Green Energy Corridor projects are also playing a major role in strengthening India’s renewable infrastructure. The first phase of the Green Energy Corridor has already been completed, while the second phase focuses on integrating around 20 GW of renewable energy from solar-rich states such as Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Tamil Nadu. These projects include high-capacity substations, transmission lines, and renewable energy management centers designed to handle fluctuations in solar generation.

Despite strong progress, challenges remain. Land acquisition and right-of-way issues continue to slow transmission projects, particularly in remote and densely populated regions. Multi-agency approvals and equipment procurement delays also impact timelines. However, ongoing policy reforms and increased investment, estimated at over ₹2.4 lakh crore for transmission infrastructure, are expected to accelerate deployment in the coming years.

Jabraj Singh believes that strengthening solar evacuation infrastructure will be critical for long-term energy security. “Transmission infrastructure is the bridge between renewable potential and actual energy delivery. Investing in high-capacity transmission today will ensure India’s renewable energy goals translate into reliable power for industries, cities, and rural communities alike,” he adds.

As India accelerates toward its renewable energy targets, high-capacity transmission networks will play a defining role in shaping the country’s clean energy future. From green energy corridors and HVDC links to smart grid modernization, the focus is shifting toward building a resilient and flexible power transmission backbone. With leaders like Jabraj Singh emphasizing the importance of solar evacuation infrastructure, India’s renewable corridors are set to evolve into powerful engines of sustainable growth, grid reliability, and long-term energy security.

  • How All Media Reach Is Bridging India’s PR Distribution Gap

How All Media Reach Is Bridging India’s PR Distribution Gap

Navi Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], April 17: There is a problem most brands never talk about openly. They have a great story. A product worth writing about. A milestone worth celebrating. But when it comes to actually getting that story into the hands of journalists, editors, and the audiences that matter, they hit a wall.

All Media Reach was built for exactly that moment.

Founded with a straightforward belief – that every brand deserves to be heard – All Media Reach has grown into one of India’s most trusted press release distribution and digital PR partners. And quietly, one campaign at a time, it is changing the way brands of all sizes show up in the media.

The Problem No One Was Solving

For years, press release distribution in India was either too expensive, too complicated, or too unreliable for most brands to take seriously. Large PR firms cater to large budgets. Smaller platforms lacked the reach. And brands in the middle – the ones with real stories and real ambitions – were left figuring it out on their own.

“We kept hearing the same thing from founders and marketing teams,” said Mr Ronak Pednekar, Founder and CEO, All Media Reach. “They knew they had something worth publishing. They just did not know how to get it published in the right places. That gap is what we exist to close.”

    Making Distribution Actually Work

Every press release distributed through All Media Reach is matched to the right publications, the right audiences, and the right moment. From national business dailies and digital news portals to print newspapers, podcasts, and international wire services – the agency handles the complexity so brands can focus on what they do best.

The results speak for themselves. Brands that once struggled to get a single placement are now appearing in publications like Forbes, The Times of India, ANI, PTI, Business Standard, India Today, Hindustan Times, and dozens of other high-authority outlets – consistently, credibly, and without the chaos that typically comes with media outreach.

Digital PR With a Human Touch

In an industry that has become increasingly transactional, All Media Reach has built its reputation on something refreshingly simple – actually caring about the brands it works with.

Every campaign comes with dedicated account management, transparent reporting, and a team that treats each client’s story with the same seriousness it deserves. No cookie-cutter pitches. No generic distributions. Just thoughtful, strategic digital PR that is built around what makes each brand unique.

“We are not just sending out press releases,” Mr. Pednekar added. “We are helping brands build credibility – and that requires understanding them first.”

Who All Media Reach Works With

The agency’s client portfolio spans industries as diverse as healthcare, lifestyle, finance, technology, hospitality, and real estate. From first-time founders announcing their debut product to established brands managing a national campaign, All Media Reach has worked across the spectrum.

What the clients have in common is simple. They take their reputation seriously. And they want a partner who does too.

    What the Numbers Look Like

    • Press release distribution across 70 to 500+ media portals per campaign
    • Placements in high DA publications, including The Times of India, Economic Times, Forbes, Business Standard, India Today, and more
    • Print newspaper features across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and other major metros.
    • Podcast and YouTube features for brands looking to build authority through conversation.
    • International wire distribution reaching 500+ global publications

All Media Reach is not slowing down. With an expanding media network, new service offerings in the pipeline, and a growing roster of brands that are seeing real results, the agency is on a clear trajectory.

For brands that have been waiting for the right moment to invest in their media presence, that moment is now.

Because the brands that own their narrative today are the ones that will define their industry tomorrow.

    About All Media Reach

  • Healing Hospital Chandigarh Introduces Adaptive DBS for Parkinson’s Disease

Healing Hospital Chandigarh Introduces Adaptive DBS for Parkinson’s Disease

First in Tricity; among select centres in India to offer next-generation brain stimulation therapy

Chandigarh [India], April 17: Healing Hospital Chandigarh today announced the launch of Adaptive Deep Brain Stimulation (aDBS), an advanced therapy for Parkinson’s disease. With this development, the hospital becomes the first centre in Tricity and among a limited number of centres in India to offer this next-generation treatment.

This milestone builds on the hospital’s established expertise in Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) surgery, with multiple successful procedures performed for patients across North India. Healing Hospital has emerged as a trusted referral centre for neurology and neurosurgery, managing complex brain and spine conditions across the region.

Adaptive DBS represents a significant advancement over conventional DBS. While traditional systems deliver continuous stimulation, adaptive DBS uses real-time brain signal monitoring to automatically adjust stimulation levels—offering a more precise and personalized approach to Parkinson’s treatment.

In simple terms, the procedure involves implanting a small device (similar to a pacemaker) that sends controlled electrical signals to specific areas of the brain, helping regulate abnormal activity and improve movement-related symptoms.

“Patients with Parkinson’s often experience fluctuations throughout the day. With adaptive DBS, we aim to improve stability and reduce these variations, leading to better day-to-day functioning,” said Dr. J.P. Singhvi, Neurologist, Healing Hospital Chandigarh.

“Deep Brain Stimulation has already transformed the management of advanced Parkinson’s disease. Adaptive DBS further refines this by making therapy responsive to the patient’s brain activity in real time,” said Dr. Jaspreet Randhawa, Neurosurgeon, Healing Hospital Chandigarh.

Commenting on the development, Mr. Sahibjit Singh Sandhu and Mr. Drishmeet Singh Buttar, Managing Partners, Healing Hospital Chandigarh, said:
“This advancement reflects our continued focus on bringing cutting-edge medical technologies to North India. Our goal is to ensure that patients in the region have access to globally aligned, advanced treatment options without the need to travel far. Adaptive DBS is an important step in strengthening our neurosciences programme.”

Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) is a well-established treatment, with meaningful improvement seen in approximately 70–80% of appropriately selected patients. Adaptive DBS builds on this by aiming to further improve symptom consistency, reduce fluctuations, and enhance overall quality of life.

Patients typically require a hospital stay of 2–4 days and are able to resume routine activities within 1–2 weeks, with further programming and optimization carried out over time.

Adaptive DBS at Healing Hospital is enabled through advanced, sensing-enabled neurostimulation technology developed by Medtronic, a global leader in medical devices. With this development, Healing Hospital joins a select group of centres in India offering Adaptive DBS, alongside leading institutions such as Medanta – The Medicity and Apollo Hospitals Chennai.

Parkinson’s disease is a progressive neurological disorder that affects movement, coordination, and quality of life. Patients with long-standing disease, medication-related complications, or motor fluctuations may benefit from advanced therapies such as DBS surgery.

With the introduction of Adaptive DBS, Healing Hospital Chandigarh further strengthens its position as a centre for advanced Parkinson’s treatment and brain stimulation therapies in North India, bringing global-standard care closer to patients in the region.

Healing Hospital Chandigarh is a NABH-accredited and one of the largest private healthcare institutions in the region, known for its clinical excellence, rapid growth, and strong focus on advanced medical technologies. The hospital offers 25+ specialties and caters to patients from across Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and beyond.

The hospital is particularly recognized for its expertise in neurology, neurosurgery, spine surgery, and minimally invasive procedures, supported by modern infrastructure and an experienced clinical team. Driven by a vision to deliver global-standard healthcare, Healing Hospital continues to integrate advanced technologies with patient-centric care to improve outcomes and accessibility.

Burbank (California), April 17: The uncertainty around this film wasn’t accidental. Marvel let it sit there for a reason. Too many moving parts. Too many timelines that didn’t naturally belong together.

    Now they’ve committed to it.

After CinemaCon, the studio has put down a version of Avengers: Doomsday that isn’t open to interpretation anymore. Not in structure. Not in intent.

The synopsis doesn’t try to explain the mechanics:

“In Avengers: Doomsday, beloved heroes from three distinct universes will be set on a deadly collision course and face an existential threat unlike anything they’ve ever encountered.”

It doesn’t need to. The phrase “three distinct universes” does all the work. It tells you the film is not about building anything new. It’s about forcing existing systems into contact and letting the pressure show.

This is where the last few years have been heading, whether it felt organized or not.

    The casting makes that plain.

Downey and Evans being back isn’t a twist anymore. It’s a requirement for this kind of story. Same with Hemsworth and Hiddleston. These aren’t legacy appearances. They’re structural pieces being used again because the film doesn’t function without them.

Then you have Mackie, Pugh, Stan, Wright, Liu, Rudd. They don’t replace the earlier group. They sit alongside them. That overlap is the point. Two generations, same frame, no clean handoff.

The Fantastic Four cast is already inside the main conflict. Pascal, Kirby, Quinn, Moss-Bachrach—there’s no separate introduction being protected. They’re being used immediately because there’s no time left to build them slowly.

The X-Men side is even more direct. McKellen, Stewart, Marsden, Romijn, Cumming, Grammer. Tatum included. These actors belong to a timeline that used to run parallel and untouched. Now they’re being pulled in, not for closure, but because the separation itself has become a limitation.

    And then there’s Wesley Holloway.

One name, no context. That’s deliberate. Marvel doesn’t usually hold back minor roles at this stage. Which means this one carries weight, even if they’re not saying how yet.

The theory about him being connected to Steve Rogers and Peggy Carter keeps coming up. It fits too neatly to ignore. Which also makes it unreliable for now. Marvel tends to leave those details unconfirmed until they’re forced to reveal them.

The film is almost done. That part is settled.

What matters more is what’s happening next. Avengers: Secret Wars starts filming this summer. No delay, no gap. Whatever Doomsday breaks or rearranges, it moves directly into the next film without pause.

That tells you how locked this plan is. There’s no room left to test reactions and adjust course. The sequence is fixed.

December 18, 2026 stays where it is.

At this stage, the pattern is obvious. This isn’t a film that expands the universe. It reduces it. Pulls everything inward. Removes the distance that kept different stories separate.

And once that distance is gone, the story doesn’t get simpler. It just becomes harder to control.

  • CARE Keeps Fusion Finance Rating at ‘A’ Amid Asset Quality Improvement

CARE Keeps Fusion Finance Rating at ‘A’ Amid Asset Quality Improvement

New Delhi [India], April 17: CARE Ratings has reaffirmed its ‘CARE A’ (Stable) rating for Fusion Finance Limited’s debt instruments, supported by a sequential improvement in asset quality.

The rating action covers ₹150 crore of non-convertible debentures and ₹1,500 crore of long-term bank facilities, both retained at ‘CARE A’ (Stable), reflecting stable operational and financial performance alongside strengthening asset quality.

The stable outlook factors in sequential improvement in Fusion’s asset quality, collection efficiency and profitability. CARE also took note of Fusion’s capital raise of ₹800 crore that was completed in Q3FY26, supporting its capital profile and providing cushion for growth.

‘CARE A’ rating indicates that the instruments are considered to have an adequate degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations and carry low credit risk. The Stable outlook reflects the expectation that the company’s performance will remain steady over the near- to medium-term.

This reaffirmation reflects Fusion Finance’s focus on maintaining financial discipline, strengthening its portfolio quality, and sustaining growth momentum in its core lending business. The company has gradually strengthened its performance on core metrics backed by an improving credit profile, with key financial and operating metrics reflecting a continued recovery in asset quality and overall business momentum.

The company restored its profitability in Q3 FY26, reporting a PAT of ₹14 crore (including one-time impact of labor codes), supported by improving asset quality and calibrated growth, reflecting a turnaround in its earnings trajectory. The company also maintained a strong capital and liquidity position, with a CRAR (capital to risk-weighted asset ratio) of 38.8% and liquidity of ₹1,783 crore, while raising ₹2,522 crore in the third quarter through borrowings and a rights issue, strengthening its overall financial flexibility.

The rights issue infusion further strengthened Fusion’s balance sheet, with continued lender support signalling improved external confidence in the company’s credit profile. Operational metrics also showed steady improvement, with collection efficiency rising to 99.14% in Q3 compared to 98.77% in Q2, while the new book constituted 79% of the portfolio, recording a collection efficiency of 99.56% in Q3 FY26.

On the growth front, disbursements increased to ₹1,594 crore in Q3 FY26 from ₹1,298 crore in Q2 FY26, with disbursements involving up to two lenders remaining stable at 80%, reflecting sustained portfolio quality and disciplined lending practices.

At the same time, credit costs declined for the fifth consecutive quarter to ₹79 crore in Q3 FY26 from ₹571 crore in Q3 FY25, while GNPA further improved to 4.38% in Q3 FY26 from 12.58% in Q3 FY25, reflecting the continued strengthening of the company’s asset quality.
