  • IMS Jaipur Conclave marks the beginning of International Musculoskeletal Summit’s India journey

IMS Jaipur Conclave marks the beginning of International Musculoskeletal Summit’s India journey

New Delhi [India], April 11: The IMS Jaipur Conclave 2026, held on March 29 in Jaipur, brought together doctors from across the country for a day of focused discussions on musculoskeletal health, sports injuries, and pain management. With over 100 participants, the event created a space where specialists from different backgrounds could come together and exchange practical knowledge.

Experts in radiology, sports medicine, surgery, pain management, and rehabilitation shared their perspectives, making the discussions well-rounded and relevant to real-world practice. The presence of Dr. Brigadier Kalyan Bibhu Nayak, Director of the National Centre for Sports Sciences and Research (NCSSR), New Delhi, added importance to the gathering.

This conclave was also significant because it marked the first time the International Musculoskeletal Summit was held in India. After earlier editions in Mauritius, bringing the event to Jaipur signaled a growing interest in expanding such academic platforms within the country.

The event was organized by the Jaipur Institute of Pain and Sports Injuries (JIPSI), under the leadership of Dr. Gaurav Kant Sharma and Dr. Prableen Kaur. Their aim was to create a platform dedicated to musculoskeletal care, sports injury treatment, and chronic pain, while encouraging collaboration among specialists.

The timing coincided with JIPSI completing five years. During this period, the institute has treated a large number of patients, including sportspersons, helping them recover from injuries and return to activity. It has also seen patients from different parts of India as well as from abroad, gradually building a strong reputation in this field.

The academic sessions covered areas such as regenerative medicine and newer approaches to treating musculoskeletal conditions. There was also detailed discussion on chronic pain management, focusing on non-surgical and image-guided treatments that are increasingly being used in practice.

One of the key sessions focused on the multidisciplinary management of sports injuries. It highlighted how coordinated care between different specialists can improve outcomes, from diagnosis to treatment and rehabilitation.

The event also featured the first National Musculoskeletal Radiology Quiz. Around 50 teams participated, with several rounds held online before the final round at the conclave. The top three teams were awarded cash prizes and certificates, and the quiz stood out as one of the more engaging parts of the program.

Overall, the conclave provided an opportunity for learning and exchange of ideas. The discussions and insights shared during the event are expected to contribute to better patient care and wider adoption of multidisciplinary approaches in musculoskeletal and sports medicine.

The success of the IMS Jaipur Conclave 2026 reflects the growing need for such focused academic events in India and sets the stage for more editions of the International Musculoskeletal Summit in the future.

  • ASG Eye Hospital Sees Rising Demand for LASIK Surgery in India

ASG Eye Hospital Sees Rising Demand for LASIK Surgery in India

New Delhi [India], April 11: Vision problems have a way of sneaking up quietly. At some point, staring at a screen past 7 PM starts to feel like a chore. Glasses fog up at the worst moments. Night drives that used to feel fine now need extra focus. That’s usually when people pull out their phones and type LASIK surgery near me. ASG Eye Hospital, one of India’s leading eye care networks, is seeing a growing number of patients opting for LASIK surgery for long-term vision correction.

Over the past few years, demand for LASIK surgery in India has steadily increased, especially among working professionals and students. Longer screen hours, earlier onset of myopia, and lifestyle shifts are quietly pushing more people toward vision correction procedures. Alongside that, there’s a growing interest in affordable LASIK surgery in India, especially among younger working professionals.

This is why searches for “LASIK surgery near me” and “best LASIK eye surgery in India” continue to rise. But most people don’t start with technical questions. What they really want to know is simpler: will this actually make daily life easier?

Rising Demand for LASIK Surgery Near Me in India

The way people think about vision correction has quietly shifted. A few years ago, most people accepted glasses as a permanent fix. Now, that thinking has changed, and it’s happening much earlier in life.

Searching for LASIK surgery near me isn’t just about finding the closest clinic anymore. It’s about accessibility, the ability to get proper follow-up care without driving across the city. Most patients want a place they can return to easily, not just somewhere they visit once and never again.

There’s a pattern that shows up repeatedly in consultations. People walk in saying their prescription hasn’t changed in years, but only now are they seriously thinking about surgery. The hesitation usually isn’t about the procedure itself; it’s about whether the results will hold.

Will my number come back after LASIK?

In most cases, correction remains stable. That said, age-related changes can still develop later in life, which is a normal part of how the eye ages, not a sign that the surgery failed.

Advanced LASIK Technology for Better Vision Outcomes

Advancements in LASIK technology have significantly improved precision, safety, and visual outcomes. The older blade-based approach is largely being phased out in favour of femtosecond lasers, which produce thinner, more exact corneal flaps with a much smaller margin for error.

Another meaningful shift is the use of wavefront-guided systems. Rather than correcting only the basic power of the eye, these systems map subtle irregularities that a standard prescription might miss entirely. Pre-surgical tests like corneal topography and OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) have become part of a thorough evaluation.

    What this has resulted in:

    • More predictable visual outcomes
    • Lower chances of complications
    • Faster recovery in most cases

Expectations still need to stay grounded. Vision often improves within a day or two of surgery, but full clarity may take a bit longer, depending on how the eye heals. That varies from person to person.

Why ASG Eye Hospital Is a Preferred Choice for LASIK Surgery

When someone searches for the Best LASIK doctor, the question behind the question is usually: who can actually be trusted with something this important? Vision isn’t something people take lightly.

ASG Eye Hospital has established itself as one of India’s trusted eye care providers, with a strong presence across multiple cities. The process, from initial screening through to post-surgery follow-ups, tends to follow a consistent structure across all centres.

For over 20+ years, ASG Eye Hospital has been performing LASIK surgeries across India. With 180+ centres and lakhs of LASIK surgeries successfully performed over the years, the experience built up across the network reflects decades of consistent practice and patient trust.

Patients often mention smaller things that stuck with them, such as whether the procedure was explained clearly. Whether their questions felt heard, rather than rushed past. How smoothly the follow-ups were handled. These details don’t show up on a brochure, but they matter more than most people expect when it comes to trust.

There’s also a practical side to consider. If someone relocates to a different city, being able to continue care at another centre within the same network removes a layer of inconvenience that patients genuinely appreciate.

LASIK Surgery Cost in India – A Key Search Factor

Cost plays a role, whether people admit it openly or not. Searches for LASIK surgery near me almost always end up leading to price comparisons.

The cost of LASIK surgery in India typically ranges between ₹30,000 and ₹70,000 per eye, depending on the technology and customisation involved. The gap in pricing usually comes down to whether the procedure is standard, bladeless, or topography-guided.

A common question: why is there such a wide price difference between clinics?

It almost always comes back to the technology being used, how thorough the pre-surgery diagnostics are, and the surgeon’s level of experience. A lower price tag doesn’t always include detailed evaluation or post-surgery care, and that’s worth factoring in before deciding.

People looking for affordable LASIK surgery in India tend to look carefully at what the Cost of LASIK surgery in India actually includes, not just the headline number.

What Patients Can Expect from LASIK Surgery

The process is fairly straightforward once you know what to expect, and knowing what happens at each stage can take away a lot of the anxiety.

Before anything else, tests like tear film analysis and corneal thickness measurement are done. These aren’t just formalities; they’re what determine whether LASIK is actually suitable for a given patient. The surgery itself takes around 10–15 minutes for both eyes. Numbing drops are used, so there’s no pain during the procedure.

Patients are guided through each step to ensure clarity, safety, and comfort throughout the process.

Some temporary effects are common afterwards:

    • Dryness in the eyes
    • Sensitivity to light
    • Mild glare at night

Most of these settle on their own. Vision typically improves quickly, but full stabilisation can take a few days to a few weeks. Interestingly, many patients go in expecting instant perfect clarity. What actually happens is a gradual sharpening, which can be surprising if you’re not prepared for it.

Increasing Trust in Organised Eye Care Chains

People ask more questions before choosing a healthcare provider than they did even five years ago. That shift is visible in how they approach eye care, too.

The rise of organised and technology-driven LASIK centres in India reflects this shift in patient expectations. Structured processes, clear protocols, and access to up-to-date equipment are no longer optional; they’re what patients now look for before committing.

A greater number of people also prefer networks to single clinics. It’s not that independent practices aren’t good, but people feel safer when they know the same standards apply to all the centres they visit.

The ASG Eye Hospital is part of a bigger trend that is spreading organized, consistent eye care to India’s smaller cities and towns as well as its big cities.

    Final Thoughts

The search for LASIK surgery near me usually starts with convenience, but it tends to end with something more important: trust and a clear understanding of what to expect.

If you’re searching for an eye hospital near me, ASG Eye Hospital has an extensive network of centres across Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, and many other cities, a reflection of how organised eye care is spreading across India.

As more people explore the best LASIK eye surgery in India, the focus is slowly shifting from just availability to consistency and long-term outcomes. Patients considering LASIK surgery are encouraged to consult experienced specialists, understand their eligibility, and choose a centre that offers advanced technology and reliable follow-up care.

For those looking to take the next step, they can visit ASG Eye Hospital or book a consultation to better understand whether LASIK surgery is the right choice for their vision needs.

  • Dr. Renu Chaudhary Brings 1-Day Smile Makeover Revolution to Jaipur with Advanced Digital Dentistry

Dr. Renu Chaudhary Brings 1-Day Smile Makeover Revolution to Jaipur with Advanced Digital Dentistry

Jaipur (Rajasthan) [India], April 11: In a significant advancement for dental care, Jaipur is witnessing a transformation in the way people achieve their perfect smile. The concept of a “1-Day Smile Makeover” is rapidly gaining popularity, offering patients the ability to correct chipped, stained, or uneven teeth in just a single visit—without pain, long waiting periods, or multiple appointments.

At the center of this innovation is Dr. Renu Dental Clinic, located in Nirman Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan(https://share.google/ZDctVSMGQ29FNyRpG). Known for its advanced, painless, and same-day dental treatments, the clinic is redefining patient experience through cutting-edge digital dentistry and personalized care.

The Hidden Challenge: Why Patients Delay Treatment

Despite increasing awareness about dental aesthetics, many individuals continue to delay smile makeovers. The reasons are both practical and psychological—fear of pain, the inconvenience of multiple dental visits, long treatment durations, and uncertainty about results. More information at https://drrenudentalclinic.com

However, experts warn that postponing treatment often worsens the condition. Minor cosmetic concerns can gradually develop into more complex dental issues, affecting not only oral health but also confidence and social interactions.

    Breaking the Cycle of Delay

Many patients live with dental imperfections for years, not because treatment options are unavailable, but due to hesitation and lack of awareness. Interestingly, with modern advancements, individuals who once hesitated to smile due to chipped or discolored teeth are now walking out of clinics with complete confidence—often in just one visit.

    The Solution: 1-Day Smile Makeover

The 1-Day Smile Makeover represents a paradigm shift in dental care. This modern approach combines multiple cosmetic and restorative procedures into a single appointment, dramatically reducing treatment time while maintaining high precision.

Procedures that can be completed in one visit include dental crowns, veneers for smile design, dental bonding for chipped or gapped teeth, teeth whitening, and minor smile corrections. The concept is simple yet powerful—patients walk in with concerns and leave the same day with a transformed, natural-looking smile.

Instant Enhancement with Veneers and Bonding

Among the most popular treatments in smile makeovers are veneers and dental bonding. Veneers are ultra-thin, custom-designed shells placed on the front surface of teeth to improve shape, color, and alignment. On the other hand, dental bonding offers a quick solution for chipped teeth, small gaps, and minor imperfections.

Both procedures are minimally invasive and can often be completed within a single visit, making them ideal for individuals seeking quick and effective cosmetic improvements.

How It Works: A Fully Digital Workflow

At Dr. Renu Dental Clinic, the entire smile makeover process is powered by a seamless digital workflow.

The journey begins with a digital scan using advanced systems like PrimeScan, eliminating the need for traditional, uncomfortable impressions. The scanned data is then used to design the patient’s smile using CAD/CAM software. Once finalized, restorations such as crowns or veneers are fabricated in-house using milling technology like PrimeMill.

This streamlined approach—Scan → Design → Create → Fix—ensures that the entire treatment is completed efficiently within a single visit.

    Technologies Driving the Transformation

Modern smile makeovers are supported by a suite of advanced technologies that enhance both speed and accuracy. These include CEREC CAD/CAM systems for precise restorations, digital impressions for comfort, and Sirona sintering technology for durable results.

Additional innovations such as Zoom Teeth Whitening provide instant brightness, while EMS Guided Biofilm Therapy ensures deep cleaning. Diode lasers enable painless procedures, and microscopic dentistry enhances precision at every step.

The availability of in-house CBCT and OPG imaging further accelerates diagnosis and treatment planning, making the entire process faster and more reliable.

    Premium Materials for Lasting Results

The quality of materials plays a crucial role in the success of a smile makeover. At Dr. Renu Dental Clinic, internationally trusted materials are used to deliver both durability and aesthetics.

Emax (Ivoclar) offers superior translucency for a natural look, while multilayer zirconia provides strength and longevity. VITA ceramics ensure accurate shade matching, and premium composites from Ivoclar, 3M, and VOCO deliver reliable bonding and aesthetic excellence.

These materials not only enhance the appearance of teeth but also ensure long-lasting, stain-resistant, and biocompatible results.

    Visualizing Results Before Treatment

One of the most remarkable aspects of digital dentistry is the ability to preview the final outcome. With digital smile design, facial proportions are analyzed, and a customized smile is created digitally.

Patients can see their expected results before the procedure begins, eliminating uncertainty and building confidence in the treatment plan.

    A Pain-Free Dental Experience

Fear of dental pain has traditionally been a major barrier to seeking treatment. However, advancements in dental technology have made procedures significantly more comfortable.

The use of diode lasers minimizes invasiveness, while microscopic dentistry ensures precision. Combined with advanced anesthesia techniques, these innovations create a virtually painless experience for patients.

    Expert Insight

According to Dr. Renu Chaudhary (https://www.youtube.com/@JaipurDentalExpert) who brings over 15 years of experience to the field, “Digital dentistry allows us to deliver faster, more precise, and comfortable treatments. Patients can now achieve excellent results in just a single visit.”

This blend of experience and technology ensures predictable outcomes and high patient satisfaction.

    Proven Success and Evolving Dentistry

With thousands of successful smile transformations already completed using digital workflows, the shift from traditional to modern dentistry is evident. Where traditional methods required multiple visits, temporary restorations, and manual impressions, digital dentistry offers single-visit solutions, immediate results, and unmatched accuracy.

Jaipur as a Dental Tourism Hub

With its combination of affordability, advanced technology, and high safety standards, Jaipur is emerging as a preferred destination for dental tourism. Patients from across India and abroad are choosing the city for quick, high-quality smile makeovers.

    Avoiding Common Mistakes

Experts emphasize that delaying dental treatment due to misconceptions can lead to serious consequences. Ignoring early symptoms or assuming that treatment is time-consuming often results in more complex procedures later.

Early intervention, on the other hand, is faster, simpler, and more cost-effective.

    Who Can Benefit?

The 1-Day Smile Makeover is ideal for working professionals, brides and grooms, individuals with chipped or stained teeth, and even outstation or international patients seeking quick results.

    Safety and Hygiene Standards

Maintaining patient safety is a top priority. The clinic follows a strict 6-step sterilization protocol, uses advanced diagnostic tools, and adheres to international hygiene standards, ensuring a safe and reliable treatment environment.

    Conclusion

The introduction of 1-Day Smile Makeover is redefining dental care in Jaipur. What once required weeks of treatment can now be completed in just a few hours.

With advanced technology, premium materials, and expert care at Dr. Renu Dental Clinic, located in Nirman Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan, patients can achieve a confident, natural-looking smile faster than ever before.

As same-day appointments remain limited due to the precision and planning required, experts advise patients to plan early and take advantage of this revolutionary approach to modern dentistry.

  • Goods Movement Hits Record as E-Way Bills Reach 140.6 Million in March

Goods Movement Hits Record as E-Way Bills Reach 140.6 Million in March

New Delhi [India], April 11: India’s record 140.6 million e-way bills in March may look like routine tax data, but underneath that dry statistic is a much bigger economic story. Rising goods movement across supply chains suggests resilient domestic demand, stronger business activity, and a steadily formalizing economy.

India’s Truck Routes Are Quietly Telling Us Something Big About the Economy

Sometimes economic strength doesn’t show up first in stock markets or GDP headlines or those super polished panel discussions where everyone says “macro environment” every four minutes.

Sometimes it shows up in trucks.

    Actual trucks. Moving actual stuff.

Steel rods, packaged snacks, machine parts, tiles, pharma boxes, auto components, maybe even that suspiciously delayed office chair someone ordered three weeks ago.

And right now, India’s goods movement data is sending a pretty loud signal: e-way bill generation hit an all-time high of 140.6 million in March.

At first glance, I know, this sounds painfully unexciting.

    E-way bills? Really?

    Very spreadsheet-core.

But stick with me because this number matters more than it seems.

An e-way bill is the digital document businesses generate under GST rules when transporting goods worth more than ₹50,000. It tracks the commercial movement of products across supply chains and helps ensure tax compliance. So when these bills spike, it usually means more inventory is being dispatched, stocked, sold, shifted, cleared, or urgently moved before someone in finance starts panicking near year-end closing.

    March’s jump wasn’t small either.

The 140.6 million figure was up about 12.9% year-on-year. It also beat the previous record of 138.39 million set in December. Month-on-month, it rose more than 6% from February levels too.

    That’s serious movement.

    Like warehouse-lights-on-at-midnight movement.

Like “can this dispatch leave today?” movement.

What Record E-Way Bill Volumes Actually Mean

And a big chunk of that activity is likely coming from sectors that rarely slow down. FMCG supply chains keep everyday essentials moving constantly—packaged foods, soap refills, shampoo bottles, biscuits, cleaning products, the kind of stuff people buy almost without thinking. At the same time, auto and manufacturing networks are shipping components, tyres, machinery parts, and finished inventory across dealer and factory ecosystems. So behind this giant compliance number is a very physical picture: trucks loaded with detergent cartons, snack boxes, engine parts, and warehouse pallets rolling across highways.

If you’ve ever been anywhere near operations teams during the last week of March, you know the energy. Someone’s checking inventory sheets for the fifteenth time. Logistics partners are being called nonstop. Finance wants clean books. Sales teams are squeezing in final invoices because every shipment suddenly feels emotionally important.

So yes, part of this spike is seasonal.

Financial year-end behavior absolutely plays a role.

Businesses clear stock. Rationalize inventory. Push dispatches before books close. That happens.

But experts quoted across reports also point toward something broader: resilient consumption demand and sustained supply-chain activity across sectors. Meaning people are still buying stuff. Businesses are still replenishing. Trade is still moving despite global uncertainty being, frankly, kind of exhausting lately.

Why E-Way Bills Reflect More Than Just Demand

And that’s where this gets interesting.

Because the wider economic mood recently has been full of caution.

    War-linked disruptions.

    Oil price volatility.

    Freight cost worries.

    Import-export stress.

Governments literally setting up weekly systems to monitor trade disruptions because supply chains feel fragile globally.

Yet inside India’s domestic economy, goods are still moving at record pace.

That suggests underlying demand has more stamina than many people expected.

Probably not everywhere equally, and maybe not forever, but right now? The domestic engine looks pretty active.

The Hidden Role of GST Compliance

There’s another angle here, too, and honestly, this part may be even more important than the headline number.

    Formalisation.

Tax experts have pointed out that stronger GST compliance systems are also boosting reported e-way bill volumes. More e-invoicing. Real-time GSTN integrations. Tighter enforcement. Better digital reporting. All of this means business activity that may once have stayed semi-informal is now entering visible, trackable systems.

Which creates a weird but meaningful question:

Are we seeing more economic activity?

Or are we seeing more of the economy being properly recorded?

    The answer is prolly both.

    And both are significant.

Because when commercial activity becomes easier to measure, tax collection improves. Credit underwriting gets cleaner. Business planning gets sharper. Policymakers get less blurry data.

    The economy becomes more legible.

    Less shadowy.

    More countable.

That matters a lot in a country as large and operationally chaotic as India, where measuring the real scale of commerce has never exactly been simple.

Could Rising Logistics Costs Slow This Momentum?

Still, and this is where nuance stops us from getting carried away, not everyone sees this surge as a straightforward growth celebration.

Some analysts warned that contingency buying may also be contributing. Businesses dealing with geopolitical uncertainty might be stocking extra raw materials or finished goods just in case supply chains get messy later. A little defensive inventory hoarding. A little corporate anxiety shopping.

    Which, honestly, feels very human.

    Also worth watching: logistics costs.

If goods movement stays elevated while crude oil remains volatile, transportation expenses could climb and start squeezing margins. So increased activity is great, until diesel bills show up and ruin everybody’s mood.

What Happens Next for Domestic Demand?

Anyway, the real test is what happens next.

Was March simply a year-end sprint fueled by accounting deadlines and precautionary stocking?

Or is this evidence of durable consumption strength carrying into the new financial year?

April, May, and GST collection trends will tell us more.

For now though, this much feels fair to say

India’s economic story is increasingly visible through infrastructure signals most consumers never think about.

    UPI volumes.

    Digital toll payments.

    GST filings.

    Warehouse dispatches.

    E-way bills.

The invisible backend machinery of commerce.

Not flashy. Not headline-friendly. Kinda nerdy, actually.

    But incredibly revealing.

Because companies can delay expansion announcements.

They can sound cautious on earnings calls.

They can avoid making bold forecasts.

But when businesses across the country are moving physical goods in record quantities, that usually means something real is happening on the ground.

And sometimes the trucks know before everybody else does.

  • KRAFTON and Neptune Launch ‘Flick’ Global Game Dev Challenge, Open to Indian Studios with USD 5 Million Support Pool

KRAFTON and Neptune Launch ‘Flick’ Global Game Dev Challenge, Open to Indian Studios with USD 5 Million Support Pool

Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], April 10: KRAFTON, in collaboration with Neptune, a South Korean game developer, today announced the launch of the ‘Flick x KRAFTON Casual Game Challenge’ (Season 1) — a global initiative designed to discover, validate, and scale the next generation of hybrid and hyper casual mobile games.

Open to developers and indie studios worldwide, including India, the programme offers a total support pool of up to $5 million, alongside a structured pathway to global publishing.

The challenge also marks the debut of ‘Flick’, Neptune’s dedicated hybrid casual publishing label, built to create a long-term pipeline of mobile-first games with global appeal and scalability.

As part of the programme, teams selected for the first phase of the program will receive a seed marketing budget for CPI (Cost Per Install) testing, allowing them to assess growth potential based on market data from the earliest stages of development. In addition, top-performing titles will be considered for publishing deals, with minimum guarantees of up to $200,000 for hybrid casual games and $100,000 for hyper casual titles. The programme also includes a pre-publishing track to support promising early-stage concepts, enabling developers to refine and scale their games before full launch.

Unlike traditional game development contests, the Flick challenge is designed as an end-to-end publishing pathway rather than a one-time competition. Developers will submit playable builds that are evaluated not just on creativity and gameplay, but through real-market validation. Selected entries will be assessed on critical performance metrics such as cost per install (CPI), early playtime, and user retention, underscoring the growing importance of data-driven decision-making in mobile game publishing.

“With Flick, our goal is to move beyond conventional publishing models and create a scalable, data-driven ecosystem for discovering global hits,” said, Seunghyun Kwon, Head of Game Business Division at Neptune“By combining real-market validation with early-stage support, we are enabling developers to build with confidence, iterate with clarity, and ultimately compete on a global stage. Our partnership with KRAFTON strengthens this vision, bringing together deep publishing expertise and a shared commitment to nurturing the next generation of game creators”

The initiative comes at a time when hybrid casual gaming is rapidly emerging as a dominant global trend, blending the accessibility of casual formats with deeper engagement and stronger monetization potential. Through Flick, Neptune and KRAFTON aim to build a sustainable pipeline of high-performing titles, backed by global distribution capabilities, operational expertise, and performance-led insights.

For Indian developers, the programme represents a significant opportunity to access global publishing infrastructure, secure early-stage funding, and build for international markets. As India’s gaming ecosystem continues to evolve, initiatives like this can play a pivotal role in bridging local talent with global scale, accelerating the country’s emergence as a hub for world-class game development.
