StoneX Global Showcases Its Exclusive Art at Maison&ObjetIntérieurs Hong Kong2025

New Delhi [India], December 5:  StoneX Global, one of the leading global brands in natural stone, is participating in the second edition of Maison&ObjetIntérieurs Hong Kong, taking place from 3–6 December 2025 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC).

As part of this milestone event, architect Aparna Kaushik – who represents India among six international architects – has been invited to create a design showcase featuring commissioned artworks by R. Magesh and Yogesh Ramkrishna, presented by StoneX Global. Together, they reflect the brand’s mission to position natural stone as both material and muse.

“Our participation at Maison&ObjetIntérieurs Hong Kong2025 reaffirms StoneX’s commitment to bringing art and architecture into meaningful dialogue,” said Mr Sushant Pathak, Chief Marketing Officer, StoneX Global. “Through Aparna’s vision and the remarkable works of Magesh and Yogesh, we are celebrating stone as a timeless witness to human imagination – crafted, felt, and remembered.”

Mr Philippe Delhomme, President of the Executive Board of Maison&Objet, said,“Maison&ObjetIntérieurs Hong Kong is pleased to welcome StoneX Global to the 2025 edition. Their collaboration with architect Aparna Kaushik—India’s sole selected architect this year—demonstrates an exceptional synthesis of design, craftsmanship, and cultural expression. The showcased works by Indian Artists R. Magesh and Yogesh Ramkrishna further highlight StoneX’s commitment to elevating natural stone as a medium of artistic and architectural significance. We are honoured to host this distinguished presentation on our global stage.”

StoneX at Maison&Objet: A Dialogue of Art and Architecture

StoneX Global will present two marble sculptures – The Monarch by R. Magesh and Shikhara by Yogesh Ramkrishna – within a bespoke environment designed by Aparna Kaushik, whose architectural language is timeless, structured, and deeply sensorial. Her spatial design creates a contemplative atmosphere where light, form, and material interact in harmony.

    R. Magesh’s The Monarch, carved in Grigio Bronze Amani, reimagines the horse – his recurring motif – as a symbol of strength and restraint. Poised yet tethered, it transforms Turkish marble into a meditation on power, vulnerability, and duality.

Yogesh Ramkrishna’s Shikhara, sculpted from Bianco Vogue marble sourced from Greece, merges the silhouettes of temple shikharas and mosque domes. The work stands as an allegory of shared history and cultural confluence, illustrating how stone holds memory across civilisations.

Together, the two works articulate StoneX’s belief that when craftsmanship meets consciousness, material becomes meaning.

A Global Stage for Indian Design

This showcase marks a significant moment for Indian design and artistic collaboration on an international platform. Aparna Kaushik joins leading architects from Paris, Dubai, Shanghai, and Seoul, positioning New Delhi among the world’s influential design capitals.

“Being chosen to represent India at this year’s prestigious Maison&ObjetIntérieurs Hong Kong 2025 is a profound honour,” said Aparna Kaushik. “As the only Indian architect selected, I’m deeply humbled to showcase the richness of Indian art and culture on a global stage. I’m not just representing my own work—I’m echoing the dedication, passion, and lifelong contributions of countless Indian artisans, designers, and architects who have shaped our cultural legacy.

My collaboration with StoneX Global allowed me to craft a space that is both architectural and deeply emotional—where stone transforms into story, and story into experience. My work carries with it an inspiring narrative of India’s heritage, craftsmanship, and timeless design.”

    About the Artists

    R. Magesh (b. 1987, Tamil Nadu) explores memory, history, and identity through painting and sculpture. His works merge classical form with contemporary narrative, often using symbolic animal forms to reflect on strength, morality, and vulnerability.

Yogesh Ramkrishna (b. 1991, Pune) navigates the space between myth and modernity through printmaking and sculpture. His practice interrogates socio-political realities and collective memory, blending satire with symbolism to reveal layered truths.

    About StoneX Global

  • CLAT 2026: What to Expect & How to Stay Prepared in the Final Days by LegalEdge

CLAT 2026: What to Expect & How to Stay Prepared in the Final Days by LegalEdge

New Delhi [India], December 5: After the roller coaster that was CLAT 2025, it’s natural for aspirants to approach CLAT 2026 with a mix of hope, anxiety, and apprehension. CLAT 2025 was far from smooth. What should have been a routine competitive exam cycle turned into a never-ending litigation, with back-and-forth between the Supreme Court and various High Courts: countless petitions, revised results, and egregious errors by the courts. CLAT 2025 is remembered for all the wrong reasons.

So the million-dollar question is: Will CLAT 2026 be the same?

Hopefully not — though the signs haven’t been very comforting.

The admit card notification mentioned the wrong year.

The sample paper was released 10 days before the exam.

These slip-ups have raised eyebrows, but this is also the moment for aspirants to rise above the noise. With just a few days left, the smartest thing you can do is focus on your preparation, not the chaos.

Your Mindset Will Matter More Than Anything Else

In the last 4 days, the biggest enemy is not the paper — it’s your own ‘what ifs’:

    • What if I mess up?
    • What if the paper is too tough?
    • What if something goes wrong?
    • What if I don’t clear?

Shift the narrative. Each time you think of a reason, you will not. Think of one reason why you will.

Utilize the time to revise, go through the previous year CLAT Exam Analysis and trust all the effort you have put into preparing for the D Day.

    Stick to Your Sequence

Do not change your strategy or your attempt order now.

You’ve spent months getting comfortable with a specific flow — don’t disrupt it in the final lap. Stability beats experimentation at this stage.

If You Come Across Anything New…

Especially in GK — Read it, add it to your repository, and revise it once. But avoid spending too much time on anything new. Focus on all that you have already studied. Remember, revision is the Key.

    Maximize Attempts on D-Day

CLAT rewards smart, high-attempt strategies. If your number of attempts drops too low, you’re likely out of the race. If the paper is similar to the last 2–3 years, aim to attempt at least 110 questions; if it is slightly tougher, target around 100. Remember, attempts matter — accuracy alone won’t be enough.

3 Mistakes You MUST Avoid at All Costs

    1. Taking things to extremes

    • “I’ll chill for the next 3 days”
    • “I’ll study 16 hours a day for 3 days” ❌
    • Both approaches are counterproductive.
    • Balance wins.

    2. FOMO-driven over-prep

    Avoid:

    • Solving mocks from 10 different coaching institutes
    • Reading every compendium that exists
    • Watching endless marathon videos

This will only increase panic, not performance.

    3. Trying to predict CLAT’s difficulty

Don’t waste mental energy on guessing:

Will it be tough? Will it be easy? Will it be quirky?

Nobody knows — not faculty, not toppers, not even the internet.

Go in with a clear mind and adaptability.

    Final Word

CLAT is unpredictable — but your preparation doesn’t have to be.

Stay steady, revise smart, maximize attempts, and avoid last-minute chaos.

All the Best from LegalEdge by Toprankers. You have got this

Together, these curations reflect the festival’s commitment to preserving and celebrating the living traditions of the Himalayas.

Ri Gyancha, the snow leopard installation perched atop the palace roof, stands as a silent guardian of the highlands—honouring Ladakh’s “jewel of the mountain”.

Stages inspired by Art & Architecture

The festival’s performance and dialogue spaces draw deeply from Himalayan aesthetics. The main stage, designed with motifs from Himachal’s Kath Kuni architecture, shifts through the day—from cultural performances, theatre, culinary demonstrations and workshops to high-energy evening concerts spanning classic rock, indie, fusion, soul and electronic. Complementing this is the Conversations Stage, framed by original artwork from Ladakh’s celebrated contemporary artist Jigmet Angmo, offering a dynamic setting for talks, panels, community storytelling, textiles, heritage, ecology, responsible tourism, sports culture and more. The Ritek Pavilion by Vishal K. Dar further extends this narrative, reinterpreting the Adi community’s traditional communal structure from Arunachal Pradesh into a contemporary space for gathering, reflection and shared experiences through films and conversations.

Building on last year’s debut, the 2025 edition unfolds across Travancore Palace through a series of interconnected venues and pavilions featuring immersive installations, exhibitions, culinary experiences, workshops, conversations, performances and community-led programming. Audiences and riders will also participate in the Celebration Ride during the festival, embodying Royal Enfield’s Social Mission—its commitment to partnering with 100 Himalayan communities and inspiring a million riders to explore sustainably.

The festival runs until 10 December 2025 at Travancore Palace, New Delhi, featuring programming that spans material and cultural innovation, craft, heritage, sustainability, responsible travel and performance—co-created with communities and collaborators from across the Himalayas.

  • Avdhesh Industries Enhances Precision Die and Pattern Manufacturing in Ahmedabad With Digital Engineering and Export-Ready Quality

Avdhesh Industries Enhances Precision Die and Pattern Manufacturing in Ahmedabad With Digital Engineering and Export-Ready Quality

Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], December 5: Avdhesh Industries, a long-established engineering company with more than 30 years of experience in die making, pattern development, precision machining, and reverse engineering, has announced significant advancements in its manufacturing ecosystem to support modern OEM requirements across India. Driven by a commitment to technology adoption and high-accuracy machining, the company now offers an integrated approach to tooling — combining digital engineering, CNC/VMC production, and advanced inspection methods under one workflow.

At the core of Avdhesh Industries’ manufacturing system is its expertise in metal and aluminum pattern engineering, including split patterns, match plates, core boxes, cope and drag molds, shell core dies, investment casting dies (lost wax),  investment casting services and lost foam dies designed for high-precision foundry applications. Digital simulation helps identify shrinkage, flow defects, weak points, and machining collisions before manufacturing begins, reducing rework and improving first-time casting accuracy. This approach has helped foundries and OEMs achieve predictable production planning and better component consistency.

Over the years, Avdhesh Industries has expanded beyond the pump industry to serve automotive, locomotive, defence, medical implant, industrial machinery, agriculture equipment, and valve casting manufacturers. This multi-sector capability has been built on investments in 3D scanning, CNC/VMC machining centers, CAD/CAM systems such as Siemens NX, Powermill, and SolidWorks, and simulation-guided design validation. These tools enable faster development cycles, improved casting outcomes, and repeatable accuracy for both prototype and production requirements.

The company’s 3D scanning and reverse-engineering division provides high-resolution digital data capture for worn-out, discontinued, or legacy parts where drawings are unavailable. Converting STL data to CAD, generating casting deviation reports, and recreating complex geometries allow OEMs to upgrade critical components without depending on imported spares. This capability has been especially valuable in the automotive and defence sectors, where high dimensional standards, material control, and documentation traceability are mandatory.

With growing demand for local sourcing and engineering reliability, Avdhesh Industries is strengthening internal quality processes through 3D inspection, CMM support, and export-ready packaging standards, ensuring dimensional stability during transit for heavy dies and machined components. While the company currently supplies across India, leadership has stated that it is actively preparing for long-term export-capable production, focusing on surface finish norms, tolerance control, simulation-based machining planning, and documentation for international RFQ eligibility.

“As we move forward, our objective is to combine our heritage in tooling craftsmanship with digital manufacturing technology,” the management team shared. “We are building systems that support faster development, stronger accuracy, and sector-specific engineering requirements for OEM partners.”

With continued investment in infrastructure, automation, talent development, and inspection, Avdhesh Industries aims to reinforce its position as a dependable precision engineering partner and a future-ready supplier for global manufacturing needs.

  • India Can Become THE Global Leader in Cybersecurity: CERT-In DG Dr. Sanjay Bahl

India Can Become THE Global Leader in Cybersecurity: CERT-In DG Dr. Sanjay Bahl

New Delhi [India], December 5: As India rapidly expands its digital infrastructure, cybersecurity has become a critical requirement for national resilience. Leading the country’s cyber defence efforts is Dr. Sanjay Bahl, Director General of the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In), Government of India. Over the years, he has played a key role in strengthening national cyber governance, incident response, risk frameworks and security capabilities. In this interview, Dr. Bahl explains India’s strategic cyber priorities, sectoral vulnerabilities, global partnerships and the path ahead for strengthening the country’s cyber ecosystem.1. What is your vision for positioning India as a global leader in cyber resilience?

As the Director General of the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In), Government of India, my vision aligns with the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s digital agenda. From a cybersecurity point of view, I see this as a mission to amplify a safe, secure, trusted, vibrant and resilient digital future for our society, industry and government. This is the foundation on which India can build global leadership in cyber resilience.

    2. Which sectors face the highest cyber risks today, and how is CERT-In tackling them?

The BFSI and fintech sector faces the highest level of cyber risk because of the 5 Ds: Digitization, Disruption, Democratisation, Decentralization and Data. These elements create a highly attractive environment for malicious actors.

At CERT-In, we respond to these risks through 24×7 incident monitoring and response, real-time threat intelligence, the National Cyber Coordination Centre, botnet and malware alerts through Cyber Swachhta Kendra, empanelled cyber auditors, large-scale cyber drills and our Cyber Abhyas Suvidha cyber range for advanced preparedness.

    3. How can India build stronger coordination between government and industry in cyber defence?

A strong demonstration of this coordination is our Cyber Swachhta Kendra, which now covers 98 percent of India’s digital population. Through this platform, we offer free bot-removal tools, cyber hygiene guidelines and security utilities for both individuals and organisations. This public–private partnership with ISPs, antivirus companies, academia and government has significantly strengthened cyber hygiene.

In the energy and power sector alone, we recorded nearly a 90 percent reduction in botnet infections. The World Economic Forum has showcased this model as a global example of scalable cyber protection.

    4. What role can CERT-In play in accelerating cybersecurity innovation among startups and SMEs?

Cybersecurity is a fundamental enabler of digital transformation. Under MeitY, we support startups by identifying and mentoring innovative cybersecurity technologies. At CERT-In, we also use some of these startup-developed tools in our operations, which helps them improve resilience and scalability.

For MSMEs, we created a baseline audit framework consisting of 15 Elemental Controls and 45 recommendations. This provides them with a structured approach to improving their cybersecurity posture and building trust across supply chains.

    5. How is CERT-In balancing mandatory incident reporting with trust and data protection?

We have neutralised several coordinated cyber campaigns in recent years. The six-hour incident reporting mandate has been instrumental, as it enables near real-time coordination across sectors and allows us to issue timely advisories to other organisations at risk.

With continuous monitoring and advanced analytics, we detect anomalies early and contain threats faster. Throughout this process, we maintain a strong focus on building trust and ensuring data protection.

    6. What are your priorities for developing India’s next generation of cybersecurity professionals?

India requires strong technological literacy to build cyber resilience. We are focusing on nurturing talent in AI security, quantum security, network security and domain-specific cybersecurity roles.

Key initiatives include the CERT-In and BITS Pilani cybersecurity certificate course, the CERT-In and SISA CISPAI program for securing AI and generative AI systems, a 60-hour Cyber Security Foundation Course for the financial sector, expanded certifications under MeitY’s ISEA programme and an upcoming course on Quantum Security.

    7. How effective have CERT-In’s national cyber drills been in strengthening readiness across sectors?

Our drills are structured around the principles of anticipate, withstand, recover and evolve. These red-blue team exercises have significantly strengthened the readiness and incident management capabilities of organisations.

Our initiative with cooperative banks was highlighted in the World Economic Forum’s Global Cybersecurity Outlook 2025 as a replicable model for resource-limited institutions and an effective example of building cyber equity.

    8. How is CERT-In preparing for threats driven by AI, quantum computing and advanced automation?

We are preparing the ecosystem by publishing extensive technical guidelines and whitepapers. These include documents on Software Bill of Materials, cybersecurity for smart cities, satellite communication security, unmanned aircraft systems, MSME cyber controls, AI system security and quantum readiness. These publications help organisations strengthen their defences against advanced and emerging threats.

    9. What steps are being taken to enhance India’s role in global cybersecurity collaboration?

We are actively expanding India’s presence in global cybersecurity collaborations. This includes a joint high-level AI cyber risk analysis report with France’s National Cybersecurity Agency, contributions to the Cyber Resilience Compass report by the World Economic Forum and the University of Oxford, and technical reports for Asia Pacific CERT.

We participate regularly in global platforms such as the World Economic Forum, Global Forum for Cyber Expertise, ICANN, Internet Governance Forum, Financial Stability Board, SIFMA Quantum Dawn, QUAD, BRICS and United Nations working groups. These engagements strengthen India’s voice and leadership in shaping global cybersecurity policies.

    10. What message would you give to India’s cybersecurity innovators and entrepreneurs?

This is an important phase for India’s cybersecurity ecosystem. I encourage innovators to strengthen public–private partnerships, develop resilient cyber solutions and accelerate the transition to a quantum-safe future. Together, we can make Bharat a global leader in cybersecurity. The next decade will be exciting, and collective effort will be the key to our success.

  • Welcome to Cinematic Insanity: Films That Bent Reality Before Reality Bent Us

Welcome to Cinematic Insanity: Films That Bent Reality Before Reality Bent Us

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], December 5: Some films don’t simply entertain; they stalk your thoughts for days, nibbling at your sanity like uninvited house guests. They arrive without apology, demand full intellectual custody of your brain, and then vanish—leaving behind existential crumbs for you to trip over.

Three such beautifully deranged gems are Synchronic, The Endless, and Vivarium. Individually, they feel like puzzle boxes; collectively, they form a cinematic cult that worships at the altar of “Genius or Madness? — Why Not Both.”

And in an era where reboots, sequels, and remakes parade around with all the originality of a photocopied photocopy, these films stand out as the wild, rebellious problem children of modern storytelling.

So let’s dive into the brain-twisted brilliance, the production anecdotes, the applause, and the occasional raised eyebrow.

    Synchronic (2019)

A film that asked the very normal, very wholesome question:
What if a pill could yeet you into the past with all the reliability of a broken elevator?

Directed by the filmmaking duo Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead—yes, the same narrative anarchists now directing episodes for major studios—Synchronic began as an exploration of temporal dislocation and psychedelic existentialism. Essentially, a medical-tech fever dream with philosophical side effects.

Anthony Mackie and Jamie Dornan ground the chaos, which is impressive considering the story involves time-travel that behaves less like “science” and more like “cosmic roulette.” Mackie later mentioned in interviews that the film’s emotional spine—dealing with mortality and identity—was what locked him in. Because nothing says character development like accidentally materialising in the 1800s and being hunted for existing.

    Positive buzz?
Cinematography and concept were praised for ambition and depth, and the film has now crossed its budget in global revenue streams, including theatrical, digital, and licensing (current lifetime gross + post-theatrical value estimated around $10–12 million combined).

    Negative buzz?
Some viewers found the science “inconsistently consistent,” but honestly, if your biggest problem with a movie about time-hopping narcotics is realism… we must send you a trophy.

    The Endless (2017)

Some people reconnect with old friends. Others revisit childhood neighborhoods. Benson & Moorhead?
They return to the cult they made a movie about.

Yes, The Endless is a quasi-sequel to their earlier film Resolution, expanding their obsession with temporal loops, cosmic entities, and the gentle horror of being stuck—physically, emotionally, existentially. Filmed mostly on a micro-budget (reportedly under $1 million), the movie still manages to look like it was shot with the cosmos sponsoring the production.

The plot follows two brothers re-entering the UFO death-cult they escaped years ago. Why? Closure. Or delusion. Or boredom.

    Accolades?
Critics worshipped the grounded performances, the slow-burn tension, and the clever integration of the filmmakers themselves as the lead actors—because apparently budget-saving can also be artistic brilliance.

    Controversies?
Some argued the ambiguous mythology was “too ambiguous,” which is like complaining a cryptic message is too cryptic. The film is now considered a genre essential and continues to generate new fan theories every few months, resurfacing more often than that one friend who only texts when Mercury is in retrograde.

    Vivarium (2019)

If you’ve ever suspected that suburban housing projects are sinister, congratulations—you and this film share DNA.

Starring Jesse Eisenberg and Imogen Poots, Vivarium is basically IKEA meets eternal purgatory. The concept was inspired partially by urban alienation and the repetitive structure of modern consumer life. Director Lorcan Finnegan wanted to critique the “perfect home = perfect life” lie, and what better way than trapping a couple in an infinite maze of identical houses while forcing them to raise a rapidly-growing, non-human child?

The film premiered at Cannes Critics’ Week, winning the Gan Foundation Award. It later found a second life during the pandemic when audiences, locked in their own homes, identified a little too much with the oppressive sameness.

    Praise?
Brilliant metaphor, striking visuals, clever social commentary.

    Criticism?
Too bleak. Too strange. Too claustrophobic.
    Which, frankly, is the point.

The movie has surpassed $9–10 million in combined worldwide earnings—impressive for a contained psychological sci-fi piece.

More Genius-Concept Films That Deserve Cult Status

Handpicked additions — each one mentally unhinged in the most intelligent way.

    Coherence (2013)

The cheapest multiverse film ever made (budget: reportedly $50,000), shot in five days, mostly improvised. Eight friends at a dinner party + a comet passing overhead + physics deciding to commit crimes.
Still discussed in scientific forums today.
    Still confusing… today.

    Primer (2004)

    The grandfather of headache cinema.
Shane Carruth wrote, directed, starred, scored, and probably brewed the coffee.
    Budget: $7,000.
Plot: Two engineers accidentally invent time travel and immediately ruin their lives.

Considered the most “scientifically accurate” time-travel film ever made. Also considered the most incomprehensible. Duality.

    Predestination (2014)

Ethan Hawke stars in this adaptation of Robert Heinlein’s “All You Zombies.”
    One timeline. One character.
    About three dozen identity crises.
A genius paradox done with clean logic and devastating emotion.

    Under the Skin (2013)

Scarlett Johansson as an alien seductress in Scotland.
    Minimal dialogue, maximal dread.
A blend of existential philosophy and nightmare surrealism.
Frequently appears in “best sci-fi ever made” lists.
And yes, it unsettles everyone. Equally.

A Tiny Slice of Current Commentary (for freshness)

Film communities online have recently revived discussions around The Endless and Synchronic after the directors’ involvement in upcoming high-profile projects. Their “low-budget cosmic weirdness” is now being cited as a case study in film schools, and Coherence continues to trend in cycles every time someone’s friend group hosts a movie night and accidentally awakens their inner physicist.

Meanwhile, Vivarium fan theories have resurfaced as housing prices continue to behave like horror villains—multiplying and threatening humanity.

So, Must Watch? Absolutely. Must Understand? Optional.

These films are not passive experiences. They demand attention, curiosity, emotional resilience, and, on occasion, the willingness to say, “Okay, fine, I’ll watch the ending three times.”

    They’re not for everyone.
    They’re for the willingly bewildered.
For the people who enjoy stories that feel like solving an escape room inside a dream.

And that’s precisely why they’re genius.
