  • Rajasthan’s Young Talent Jagdish Bemali Brings Folk Devotion to the Digital Age

Rajasthan’s Young Talent Jagdish Bemali Brings Folk Devotion to the Digital Age

Bhilwara (Rajasthan), April 29: Jagdish Bemali, a 21-year-old rising star from the culturally rich soil of Rajasthan, is making a remarkable impact on the regional music landscape. Born as Jagdish Chandra Gadri on November 27, 2003, in the small village of Bemali in Kareda Tehsil, Bhilwara district, the singer has captured the hearts of audiences with his unique voice and spiritual connection to folk music.

Raised in a traditional household—his father, Shravan Lal Gadri, and mother, Rukman Devi, both rooted in local customs—Jagdish grew up immersed in devotional practices and music. From a young age, he gravitated toward bhakti sangeet (devotional music) and found early guidance from spiritual mentors such as Ugrada Mand and Mada Satti Bada Devnarayan.

His musical journey began at 14, when he started performing devotional songs at local events and temples. Over the years, Jagdish has evolved into a digital-age folk icon, with his songs racking up thousands—sometimes millions—of views on streaming platforms. His breakout hit, “Ghar Aaja Pardesi Piya,” became a viral success, amassing over a million views within its first month.

Blending tradition with modern presentation, Jagdish’s catalogue includes devotional anthems like “Dev Ji Ki Mahima,” “Deenanath,” and “Khama Khama.” In late 2024, he released a duet titled “Banadi Thumka Su Chalo” with Twinkal Vaishnav, further proving his versatility and collaborative spirit.

His presence spans across major platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, where he regularly shares performances, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and spiritual messages. Songs like “Royal Gadri” and “Ugada Mand Ki Aarti” are available on Amazon Music and Apple Music, showcasing his appeal beyond regional borders.

In recognition of his efforts to revive and popularise Rajasthani devotional music, Jagdish was felicitated with a state-level award presented by Bollywood playback singer Alka Yagnik, a moment he described as “deeply humbling and motivating.”

Jagdish Bemali represents a new generation of artists bringing folk music into contemporary relevance, bridging the gap between ancestral traditions and modern audiences.

  • Advanced Homeopathy treatment brings New Hope to Aplastic Anemia Patients: Dr. A.K. Dwivedi’s Efforts Shine

Advanced Homeopathy treatment brings New Hope to Aplastic Anemia Patients: Dr. A.K. Dwivedi’s Efforts Shine

Indore (Madhya Pradesh) [India], April 29: When most people hear the word “anemia,” they associate it with simple iron or vitamin deficiencies. However, aplastic anemia is a completely different and far more serious condition. In aplastic anemia, the bone marrow, responsible for producing blood cells, stops functioning, and existing blood cells begin to die. If not treated promptly, the disease can become life-threatening.
This was explained by the director & CEO of Advanced Homoeo Health Center & Homeopathic Medical Research Pvt Ltd, Indore’s Dr. A.K. Dwivedi,  also a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Central  Council for research in homeopathy under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, and a Governer Nominee Executive Member of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Dr. Dwivedi highlighted that conventional treatments, including ATG (Anti-Thymocyte Globulin) therapy and bone marrow transplants, are not only expensive but also prolonged and complicated. In this scenario, homeopathy has emerged as a ray of hope. Through his specialized homeopathic treatment, Dr. Dwivedi has successfully given a new lease of life to many patients suffering from aplastic anemia — a disease once considered incurable.
“Patients have been able to save lakhs of rupees that otherwise would have been spent on ATG therapies or bone marrow transplants,” said Dr. Dwivedi. Understanding the immense financial burden on families, Dr. Dwivedi has also taken proactive steps by writing letters to the Chief Minister, Governor, and Prime Minister, urging the government to recognize the seriousness of aplastic anemia and provide financial assistance to affected patients.
He recently shared the heartening news that one of his patients received financial aid of ₹3 lakh under the Pradhan Mantri Rahat Kosh Yojana, following an intervention at the Prime Minister’s level.
Interestingly, Dr. Dwivedi pointed out that in most cases, the exact cause of aplastic anemia remains unknown. While some cases may be triggered by dengue, hepatitis viruses, Epstein-Barr virus, certain medications, or exposure to toxic chemicals, a large number of patients develop the disease suddenly and without warning.
Dr. Dwivedi urged patients and their families to become aware of government schemes like the Pradhan Mantri Rahat Kosh and apply timely to avail necessary financial support.

Through a combination of compassionate medical care and persistent advocacy, Dr. A.K. Dwivedi continues to bring hope to those battling this devastating disease.

Groundbreaking Pediatric Skull Surgery Performed in Surat by Shalby Hospital

Surat (Gujarat) [India], April 29: Shalby Hospitals, Surat, has etched its name in South Gujarat’s medical history by successfully performing the region’s first craniosynostosis surgery- a complex procedure to correct a rare skull deformity in infants. This landmark achievement opens new doors for advanced pediatric neurosurgical care, allowing families in the region to access life-changing treatment closer to home.

Craniosynostosis is a rare condition in which one or more of the fibrous joints between the bones of a baby’s skull (cranial sutures) close prematurely. Usually, these sutures stay open, so the skull may expand with brain development. Early fusion can lead to an abnormal head shape, increased intracranial pressure, developmental delays, and vision problems. While the exact cause often remains unknown, some cases are linked to genetic syndromes. The condition is classified by which sutures are affected:

    1. Sagittal Synostosis: Top suture fusion, causing a long, narrow head.
    2. Coronal Synostosis: Temple-to-forehead suture fusion, flattening one side of the forehead.
    3. Metopic Synostosis: Forehead suture fusion, creating a triangular forehead.
    4. Labroid Synostosis: Back-of-head suture fusion, flattening one side.

Usually, treatment consists of surgical correction of skull form and cerebral pressure release. Depending on the patient’s age, kind of craniosynostosis, and surgical team experience, options include open surgery, endoscopic methods, and distraction osteogenesis.

The complex surgery was performed by a highly skilled specialist, Dr. Mohit Goyal, a highly experienced Keyhole & Endoscopic Neurosurgeon with over 6 years of experience in treating complex cranial and spinal conditions. Renowned for his expertise in minimally invasive neurosurgery procedures, Dr. Goyal used advanced 3D surgical planning, intraoperative pediatric neuro drill, and innovative endoscopic techniques to get the best possible outcome.

Speaking about the achievement, Dr. Supriya Sarkar said, “This surgery is a testament to our commitment to delivering world-class healthcare and pushing the boundaries of medical excellence. We are proud to offer this advanced treatment right here in South Gujarat, so patients no longer have to travel to distant cities for such specialized care.”

The patient who underwent the procedure is an 11-month-old female suffering from B/L coronal and metopic suture premature closure. She is healing well and displaying notable cranial growth and development improvement. This success not only emphasizes Shalby Hospital’s leadership in pediatri and full neurosurgery treatment but also reinforces its commitment to serving the community with compassion and expertise.
