  • Eesha Agrawal’s New Age Strategies for Success for all ages

Eesha Agrawal’s New Age Strategies for Success for all ages

New Delhi [India], April 2: Traditionally, for personal struggles, individuals turn to the wisdom of the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita, and for management challenges, Chanakya Niti is often recommended. However, a resource specifically designed to guide professional success has been notably absent. Now, Eesha fills this gap with ‘Strategies for Success,’ offering a dedicated framework for achieving career goals.

Eesha’s diverse professional background, spanning corporate, entrepreneurial, and family business roles, combined with early work experience and ongoing studies, has been instrumental in her extensive learning and knowledge acquisition. “All these things come with a lot of challenges, huddles, and many failures. At that time, I used to think, why there is no one to guide me or tell me, what to do and what not? Do this, or do that. You will come out of these challenges or you will do wonders in this way. So I was always looking for such kind of books for myself to deal with my challenges and failures, which led me to write ‘Strategies for Success’,”  Eesha said while taking about what inspired her to write a book.

    Eesha Agrawal

‘The 5 AM Club’, ‘Atomic Habits’, ‘Ikigai’, ‘The Power of Your Subconscious Mind’, ‘Think and Grow Rich’, and ‘The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People’ are some of the best books on self-improvement available in the market. Talking about how her book is different from other books, Eesha said, “Well, these books are a specific subject. My book, Strategy for Success, is a manual for people looking for success in the fast-paced world. I can say there’s a lot of case studies included in this handbook. Nowadays, people see the brands, but they don’t go into their key to success. I believe while going through case studies, people can gain a lot of insight of those brands. But if you ask me my personal strategy – a ‘devil’s advocate’.”

“It’s kind of a roadmap and a guide for young people, you know, who want to attain organizations, excellence and personal development, who really want to do good for themselves and for society,” Eesha added.

In presence of guests like Haji Arfat Sheikh,(BJP Transport cell Chairman,Ex Minority Commission chairman, Maharashtra Govt.) Rishabh Sawhney, Vijay Kadechkarr, Dr. Shyam Singhania and many more, Eesha has launched her very first book, Strategies for Success.  This book will be available on all online and offline stores for book lovers and learners who want to make a difference in their lives.

  • Dash Across the Waves: Anil Deswal’s Sea waves-to-Book pages Adventure

Dash Across the Waves: Anil Deswal’s Sea waves-to-Book pages Adventure

New Delhi [India], April 1: Meet Anil Deswal—or “Dash” when he’s scribbling away! A marine chief engineer from Rohtak, Haryana, Anil’s life story is as deep and unpredictable as the ocean he’s sailed for decades. He’s not just a sailor; he’s an external surveyor with the Mercantile Marine Department of India, a lead auditor with Class DNV, and a superintendent. And if that’s not enough, he’s also the president of the Merchant Navy Officers Welfare Association of NCR. But beneath the titles and the tough exterior is a storyteller at heart—a man who turns waves into words and experiences into ink.

Anil’s love for the sea isn’t just a job; it’s his lifeblood. He’s logged more miles on water than most of us can fathom, picking up stories and wisdom from every port. But the ocean isn’t the only thing that defines him. Raised on the rustic fields of Rohtak, he’s still a small-town guy at heart—vegetarian, lover of nature, and a deep thinker drawn to life’s philosophical corners. His NGO, Ek Haryana, reflects his spirit—supporting seafarers, helping animals, and giving anyone in need a hand up. For Anil, life’s a wild ride, and his books are how he shares the view.

The Sea Whispered, I Grabbed a Pen

How does a sailor become a writer? “I just wanted to say hi to the world,” Anil laughs. “The quiet of the sea gives you space to think. Maybe the waves whispered a little magic into me.” His first book wasn’t planned—it was born from long, still nights on deck, the rhythmic rise and fall of the ocean stirring thoughts that wouldn’t rest. That’s when “Dash” was born—a name that captured his urge to capture life’s wild moments in words.

His debut book, “Ankahi The Untold”, struck a chord with readers who saw pieces of themselves in his honest storytelling. It was raw and real—just like him.

    COVID Memoirs in a book

When the pandemic hit, the sea went quiet—but Anil’s mind didn’t. Ships stalled, airports locked down, and the whole world seemed stuck in limbo. That’s when Anil picked up his pencil. “Writing kept me sane,” he says. “It turned those dark days into something I could hold.” His second book, “Queen Corona Coronation”, is more than a pandemic memoir—it’s a snapshot of a global pause, seen through the eyes of a sailor. “I wanted it to be our story,” Anil says. “Something people could look back on and say, ‘Yeah, we survived that. ‘A record of days of pandemic for future generations well preserved each day wise with actual account of those days.

When the Pen Takes a Nap

Even Dash has off days. “Sometimes the words just don’t come,” he shrugs. “I get lazy, or the pencil just sits there.” His fix? “I back off. Let it breathe. Then when the spark hits—bam, I’m off!” It’s the patience of a sailor—waiting for the wind to turn, knowing that the tide always comes back.

    Village Roots, Ocean Breezes

“I’m a village boy at heart,” Anil grins. “Nature’s in my bones.” The fields of Rohtak taught him to stay grounded; the sea gave him the freedom to explore. “Those lone hours on the water—they’re gold,” he says. His writing reflects that balance—earthy warmth mixed with the salty unpredictability of the ocean. His books carry the simplicity of small-town life and the expansiveness of the sea—a rare blend that makes his work both intimate and universal.

    Books That Stick Around

Why keep writing? “Books don’t die,” Anil says. “They stick around longer than we do. They’re how I connect with the world.” For Anil, writing isn’t about fame or money—it’s about leaving a mark. “My stories won’t let me rest until I tell them,” he admits. “It’s like they’re tapping on my shoulder.”

His pandemic book, Queen Corona Coronation, stands as proof of that commitment. “It’s the real deal,” he says. “The chaos, the quiet, the weird beauty of it all. I wanted people to feel it.”

    From Pencil to Party

Publishing wasn’t easy. “I sent it everywhere,” Anil laughs. Olympia finally said yes, but the road didn’t end there. “Three rounds of edits—it was brutal,” he recalls. But he stuck with it, old-school style. “Handwritten drafts, pencil marks everywhere—it’s slow, but worth it.” For Anil, writing is like sailing: patient, steady, and rewarding.

    Dash’s Next Big Splash

Anil’s just getting started. A new novel is brewing—a fierce female lead at its center, fighting battles both external and internal. It’s due next year, and he’s excited about where it’s heading. Before that, a poetry collection—100 verses drawn from the deep—will hit shelves this year. “The sea’s my teacher,” Anil says. “There’s always more to learn.”

    A Guy Who Glows

Anil Deswal isn’t just a sailor or a writer—he’s a force. He’s lived a life shaped by the sea, anchored by the soil, and driven by a need to create. His books are more than stories; they’re pieces of his journey. Through storms and stillness, Anil’s voice remains steady, reminding us all to ride the waves and share the view.

  • AI Paradox in QA: Twice as Many Testers Fear Job Loss, But Adoption Keeps Climbing

AI Paradox in QA: Twice as Many Testers Fear Job Loss, But Adoption Keeps Climbing

Atlanta (Georgia) [USA], April 1: Despite fears of job loss, Quality Assurance (QA) professionals are leaning into AI faster than ever, according to Katalon’s newly released  2025 State of Software Quality Report. The report reveals that testers using AI tools are twice as likely to fear being replaced by them, a paradox that underscores the profession’s evolving relationship with automation. Yet those with stronger AI fluency aren’t just adapting—they’re testing faster, leveling up their skills, and reclaiming joy in the work that once burned them out.

That shift is fueled by both urgency and intent. As AI reshapes expectations, 82% of QA professionals say AI skills will be critical in the next 3 to 5 years, and teams are already adapting. The report finds that those with higher AI fluency excel not just at using new tools, but in test planning, problem-solving, and applying AI concepts in real-world scenarios.

To close the skills gap, 67% of teams are investing in continuous learning, while 53% are adopting AI-driven testing practices to stay ahead. And for the most advanced teams, QA is no longer just a safeguard, it’s a business enabler. In fact, 77% of respondents say aligning QA with business goals has helped improve customer retention.

Katalon’s 2025 State of Software Quality Report surveyed over 1500 quality professionals, from engineers to senior executives, across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.  The report explores the challenges, capabilities, and innovations shaping today’s testing landscape—and how QA teams are evolving from execution-focused roles to strategic drivers of business value.

“The shift toward AI-powered testing isn’t just accelerating—it’s inevitable. This year’s report validates what we’ve long believed: QA professionals, the unsung heroes of software innovation, are navigating intense pressure to move faster without compromising quality, and their impact is finally being recognized, with 48% of organizations now viewing QA as a competitive advantage. Looking ahead, the future of quality will belong to teams who can combine AI fluency with human insight to lead testing into a smarter, more adaptive era.”

    – Vu Lam, CEO of Katalon

The key highlights of Katalon’s 2025 State of Software Quality Report are:

AI Integration with Human Expertise:Testers who blend AI, automation, and manual testing skills with critical thinking, the new generation of hybrid testers—are leading the next wave of innovation in software quality. According to the report, high-maturity QA teams that leverage these hybrid testers are 1.3 times more likely to adopt AI-augmented test optimization and 1.8 times more likely to implement intelligent test maintenance practices like self-healing tests, compared to lower-maturity teams.

The Happiness Edge:Happier QA pros aren’t just more satisfied, they’re more effective. According to the report, they’re 1.4 times more likely to implement advanced automation solutions (46% vs. 34%) and 1.4 times more likely to say AI has improved efficiency and automation in their roles (71% vs. 52%). As organizations modernize, these findings reveal a clear connection between job satisfaction and innovation in software quality.

AI and The Future of QA: AI-driven testing is gaining momentum, with 61% of QA teams adopting it to automate repetitive tasks and free up time for more strategic work. Forward-looking teams are embracing advanced automation tools, augmented with AI, with the potential to make testing more adaptive, efficient, and intelligent. Beyond AI, they’re also investing in performance and load testing tools (34%) and test management platforms (30%) to further optimize workflows and scale quality with confidence.

Redefine quality with AI: The research shows that high-performing teams are modernizing on three critical fronts: 61% are adopting AI-driven tools, 51% are using modern development practices, and 40% are investing in continuous testing. Together, these shifts are accelerating release cycles while preserving what matters most: trust, reliability, and quality at scale.

  • Brawn Drain: The Silent Exodus of India’s Blue-Collar-Abhijeet Rane

Brawn Drain: The Silent Exodus of India’s Blue-Collar-Abhijeet Rane

New Delhi [India], April 1: When discussing India’s workforce, the one worrisome trend that is often spoken about is brain drain – the emigration of our skilled workers abroad. What is going on unnoticed, though, is a phenomenon I would like to call ‘brawn drain’ wherein blue-collared workers, both skilled and semi-skilled, are opting to move to countries that offer them better remuneration or standard of living than India.

As per data shared by the Ministry of Skill Development, the number of emigration clearances sought by unskilled and semi-skilled workers rose threefold between 2021 and 2023. These workers were engaged in construction, domestic work, mining, the service industry and driving among other sectors. Gulf countries are the preferred destinations for a large number of them.

Surprisingly, this is happening at a time when the construction sector in India is seeing an unprecedented boom and several multinational companies are showing interest in establishing manufacturing units in the country. This mismatch of availability of jobs but workers not being interested in filling up the vacancies can hit India’s economic growth hard.

A recent survey by a portal that helps blue-collared workers seek jobs in India revealed that almost 58% of workers in the country’s unorganised sector earned less than Rs 20,000 monthly, while 30% of them earn between Rs 20,000 to Rs 40,000 per month. In contrast to this, even unskilled workers stand to earn an average monthly salary of around Rs 50,000.

Ironically, many of the Indian workers chose to migrate to countries like Israel and Russia despite the ongoing wars in the two regions, lured by the prospect of earning five times what they would earn at home working as a mason, farm hand, delivery driver or retail worker.

In more developed countries, the workers get a chance at upward mobility through support of the social schemes and local Indian communities, on top of making a decent living, assured legal protection of their rights and a society that provides them dignity of labour.

These advantages are often missing in India, where informal employment and exploitation remain significant concerns. If we do not work on a major overhaul of the way blue-collar workers are treated in our country, we will fail to utilise our human capital as a country.

We need strict adherence to a minimum wage and better working conditions for our workforce by ensuring safety norms are followed rigorously in all industries. The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 lays down these norms in a pretty comprehensive manner but its implementation still remains poor. When it comes to upskilling, we already have the National Skills Development Corporation, yet more than 51% graduates in the country are unemployable according to the Economic Survey 2023-24 presented in front of the Indian parliament last year.

India’s development in the coming decades hinges on whether we can make the workplaces in the country safe, providing sufficient monetary benefits to lead a dignified life. Addressing the wage gap, providing better working conditions, and offering social mobility will be key to reversing the brawn drain and ensuring that India’s economic boom benefits all sections of its workforce.

  • The Indian Potash Limited Story Under PS Gahlaut: Balanced Fertilization for Sustainable Agriculture

The Indian Potash Limited Story Under PS Gahlaut: Balanced Fertilization for Sustainable Agriculture

New Delhi [India], April 1: Indian Potash Limited (IPL) has been a cornerstone of India’s agricultural transformation since its inception in 1955. From introducing potash fertilizer to Indian farmers to championing balanced fertilization practices, IPL has played a pivotal role in enhancing crop productivity and improving farmers’ livelihoods.

Under the leadership of PS Gahlaut, the company continues to innovate and expand its reach, ensuring that farmers across the country have access to high-quality fertilizers and sustainable agricultural solutions. Let’s dive deep into decades old journey of Indian Potash Limited.

Historical Role of IPL: Transforming Agriculture Since the 1950s

The story of IPL is intertwined with the history of potash acceptance in India. Before the 1950s, the use of potash fertilizers was sporadic and limited to a few southern states. Recognizing the need for balanced nutrient application, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry established the Indian Potash Supply Agency (IPSA), which later became Indian Potash Limited in 1970. At the time, India’s NPK ratio was highly skewed, reflecting an over-reliance on nitrogen-based fertilizers like urea.

To address this nutrient imbalance, IPL embarked on a mission to promote potash use across India’s vast agricultural landscape. The company introduced field demonstrations, crop trials, and farmer education programs to showcase the benefits of Potassium fertilizer in improving soil fertility and crop yields. Despite challenges such as poor road connectivity and low literacy levels among farmers, IPL agronomists used innovative methods like audio-visual vans and short films to spread awareness among Indian farmers.

“A lot of efforts have been put to ensure that the farmers, who are the backbone of this country have enough knowledge and resources at hand to know and understand the fertilization needs of their crops. We have come a long way but much more needs to be done” believes PS Gahlaut.

Focus on Balanced Fertilization: The Importance of NPK Ratios

One of IPL’s core missions has been promoting balanced fertilization practices that ensure optimal nutrient application for healthy crops. Balanced fertilization involves the application of all plant essential nutrients in right proportion based on soil and crop needs for optimum crop growth and yiled while reduce cultivation coat and environmental footprints as well.

IPL initiated the farmer’s awareness program under PM-PRANAM scheme to aware the all stakeholders including farmers about the needs and potential benefits of balanced use of fertilizers in crops of the particular regions. By integrating IPL innovative fertilizers such as Potash-I Granular MOP, ACRONA (NPK-16:16:16), Polyhalite, PDM, FOM and Nano-fertilizers, which improve soil health, boost crop productivity and reduce nutrient leakage into the environment.

Recent Developments: Securing Stable Potash Supplies

In recent years, IPL has taken significant steps to ensure a stable supply of potash for Indian farmers. In 2022, the company signed a five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Israel Chemicals Limited (ICL) for the supply of Muriate of Potash (MOP). This agreement guarantees a consistent flow of high-quality potash into India, safeguarding farmers against global supply chain disruptions and price volatility. Presently, IPL has introduced Granular Potash in the market with the brand name Potash-I, which ensure the sustainable supply of potassium fertilizers with easy-to-handle & storage and efficient application in the field.

PS Gahlaut says, “This partnership underscores IPL’s unwavering commitment to Indian agriculture by ensuring farmers have reliable access to essential nutrients. By securing long-term supply agreements with global partners, we are not just mitigating risks of fluctuating fertilizer availability and costs but also empowering farmers to cultivate with confidence and resilience.”

Overall Impact: Six Decades of Agrarian Growth

Over its 60+ year history, IPL has made an indelible mark on Indian agriculture. By promoting balanced fertilization practices and ensuring the availability of high-quality potash fertilizers, the company has contributed significantly to increasing food grain production and improving farmer incomes. From a meagre consumption of MOP in 1955 to becoming India’s largest importer and distributor of potash fertilizers today, IPL’s journey is a testament to its popularity and its unwavering focus on farmers.

Beyond fertilizers, Indian Potash Limited has diversified into allied sectors such as dairy, cattle feed, sugar production, and rural warehousing—all aimed at uplifting rural communities. Despite these expansions, the company’s core mission remains rooted in supporting agrarian growth through sustainable practices.

Indian Potash Limited stands as a beacon of innovation and resilience in India’s agricultural sector. Under Parvinder Singh Gahlaut’s visionary leadership, the company continues to champion balanced fertilization as a means to achieve sustainable farming practices and food security for millions. As it marches forward with initiatives like long-term supply agreements and farmer education programs, Indian Potash Limited remains committed to empowering Indian agriculture for generations to come.
