Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], January 22: The Association of Hotels and Restaurants (AHAR) continues to champion the cause of the hospitality sector by addressing critical issues and ensuring growth and sustainability in the industry. Under the leadership of Sudhakar Shetty, AHAR has been actively working on its four principal pillars: Protection, Employment, Growth, and Service.

    Vision for the Industry
Sudhakar Shetty, President of AHAR, emphasized the association’s vision to create a significant impact on the entire hotel and restaurant community. “AHAR works tirelessly to resolve issues with various government agencies, including the BMC and MCGM, on policies such as amalgamation, fire licenses, illuminated signboards, hawkers, illegal food trucks, and monsoon sheds,” he stated.

Highlighting the bureaucratic hurdles, Shetty advocated for a single-window clearance system to reduce compliance paperwork. “Mumbai is the only city with a dual licensing system—BMC Health licenses and FSSAI. We have proposed a unified licensing system to ease the financial burden on hoteliers.”

    Collaboration with MITRA
AHAR has also joined hands with the MITRA project, a government initiative led by CEO Praveen Pardesi and controlled by the Prime Minister’s Office. This collaboration brings together stakeholders and authorities with the support of the World Bank. The initiative aims to position Mumbai as a top tourism destination in India, which Shetty believes will significantly benefit the hospitality industry by driving job creation and boosting tax revenue.

    Resolving Member Issues
Vijay Shetty, Secretary of AHAR, detailed the association’s efforts to mediate disputes and support its members. “We act as mediators between trade merchant associations and AHAR members to resolve cases amicably. Over 200 cases have been resolved, ensuring smooth operations for hoteliers.” AHAR also assists its members in navigating challenges related to excise and government licenses, easing the burden of regulatory complexities.

Strengthening Relations with Police and Authorities
Satish Shetty, Vice President of Zone 10, highlighted AHAR’s role in fostering strong relationships with law enforcement. “We address issues between police and our members by providing legal guidance and mediating disputes. Our WhatsApp groups keep all members informed, ensuring problems are resolved at the grassroots level.”

  • Social Emotional Learning at Cambridge School Noida: A Holistic Approach to Student Development

Social Emotional Learning at Cambridge School Noida: A Holistic Approach to Student Development

New Delhi [India], January 22: In today’s ever-evolving world, the classroom is where students are often first exposed to people from different backgrounds, beliefs, and abilities. These differences can create both challenges and opportunities for personal growth. To help children navigate this diversity and succeed, Social Emotional Learning (SEL) classes provide a structured approach to developing essential life skills. At the Cambridge Schools, we have integrated SEL as a core part of our curriculum to foster self-awareness, empathy, and resilience among our students, preparing them not only for academic success but for life beyond school.

    What is SEL?

Social Emotional Learning (SEL) is a methodology designed to help students of all ages develop healthy identities, achieve personal and collective goals, better comprehend their emotions, and make responsible decisions. At Cambridge Schools, SEL plays an essential role in fostering the holistic development of our students. This approach enables children to grow emotionally, socially, and academically, providing them with a balanced framework to navigate life’s challenges.

We follow the CASEL framework for SEL, which focuses on five core competencies that guide student development:

    • Self-awareness – Recognizing emotions and understanding how they influence behavior.
    • Self-management – Controlling emotions and actions while working toward personal goals.
    • Social awareness – Understanding and empathizing with people from diverse backgrounds.
    • Relationship skills – Building and maintaining healthy, respectful relationships.
    • Responsible decision-making – Making ethical and thoughtful choices that consider everyone’s well-being.

    Creative and Engaging Learning Methods

To keep our SEL classes diverse and engaging, we use a range of creative mediums such as role-playing, storytelling, film discussions, art projects, group activities, and reflective discussions. Storybooks are used to explore characters’ emotions, motivations, and behaviours, helping children gain insights into their own feelings. For example, after reading a book about a character overcoming a challenge, students engage in discussions that allow them to relate the story to their own lives. Short films about children facing similar issues provide opportunities for empathy and offer potential creative solutions for the students’ personal conflicts.

Additionally, decision-making games place students in hypothetical situations that challenge them to make responsible choices. These activities promote critical thinking and help students understand the consequences of their actions. Art and craft activities also offer a non-judgmental space for self-expression, where children can explore their emotions through creative means.

SEL classes cover themes such as teamwork, collaboration, stress management, problem-solving, anger management, empathy, effective communication, positive self-talk, goal setting, and conflict resolution, among others.

    A Space for Safe Expression

SEL classes are primarily led by counselors, who facilitate discussions, guide activities, and offer one-on-one support when needed. The counselor’s role is key to creating a supportive environment where students feel safe to express themselves. This open setting allows children to address their emotions and receive guidance in a structured, yet relaxed manner.

    Secondary Benefits of SEL Classes

One of the additional benefits of SEL classes is that they give students a platform to express their thoughts and concerns in a group setting, which helps identify issues early before they escalate. These classes give children the opportunity to discuss their aspirations, struggles, and hopes with their peers, fostering a sense of belonging and understanding.

For quieter students, who may not typically engage in regular class discussions, SEL classes offer an ideal environment for them to participate. The group dynamic and the supportive atmosphere encourage them to speak up, making them feel heard and valued.

A Comprehensive Approach to Student Well-being

Overall, SEL classes at Cambridge Schools tie closely with our values of service to others, global outlook, and rational thinking. It is an essential part of our school’s commitment to nurture well-rounded global citizens and foster a community of caring, emotionally intelligent individuals.

Jyoti Joshi, Officiating Principal, Cambridge School, Noida, says As essential as academics, SEL teaches children to understand their emotions, empathise with others, and build meaningful relationships. In today’s fast-paced world, it equips young minds with the confidence and resilience to deal with a variety of situations that they may be confronted with”.

  • Dr. Faruk Patel Calls Upon IIT Bombay Students To Focus On Innovation In Solar Energy

Dr. Faruk Patel Calls Upon IIT Bombay Students To Focus On Innovation In Solar Energy

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], January 22:  KP Group Chairman and Managing Director, Dr. Faruk G Patel, has described achieving the 500 GW renewable energy capacity target of Government of India by 2030 as an extraordinary but achievable challenge.

Dr. Patel made the comment during his keynote address at SUSTAIN 5.0, held at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT Bombay). Organised on the theme — Rethink the Choices, React to the Changes, Rebuild the Future — the event brought together academia, industry leaders and sustainability advocates to discuss crucial environmental issues and the role of renewable energy.

“Today, India has already achieved over 200 GW of renewable energy capacity, with solar energy contributing a remarkable 94 GW. Solar energy is not just part of the solution, it is at the heart of it. To meet the goal of 500 GW by 2030, we will need to install approximately 60 GW of renewable energy every year for the next five years. It is an extraordinary but achievable challenge,” Dr. Patel said.

Dr. Patel outlined India’s ambitious commitments to renewable energy, including meeting at least half of the energy requirements through renewable sources, reducing carbon emissions by 100 crore tonnes, and achieving net zero by 2070.

Highlighting the critical hurdles in scaling solar energy, particularly land availability, he said, “Land availability is a genuine constraint for large-scale solar installations. Around 4 acres of land is needed for 1 MW of solar capacity. We have already used 3.84 lakh acres for 96 GW solar projects.  With our target of 500 GW, we are looking at over 12 lakh acres more. Where will this come from? The answer lies in innovation.”

Dr. Patel called on the students of IIT Bombay to lead the charge in advancing solar technology, urging them to focus on research to enhance the efficiency of photovoltaic cells, increase the lifespan of solar panels beyond 25 years, innovate in battery technologies for improved energy storage, explore alternatives like floating and vertical solar installations and integrate artificial intelligence to optimise solar energy systems.

“You have the intelligence, creativity and resources to push the boundaries of what is possible,” he said and pledged all kind of support required by either students or for IIT Bombay’s innovative sustainability projects and also invited them to visit KP Group’s renewable energy parks in Gujarat.

The event witnessed other thought-provoking sessions, including a presentation on Avoid, Shift, and Improve framework by Dr. KVK Rao, Deputy Director of IIT Bombay, and insights on sustainable public transport by Ramamoorthy Sankaranarayanan, Secretary, Fee Regulatory Authority, Government of Maharashtra.

The event also featured the launch of a recycled paper newsletter and an innovative Carbon Footprint Calculator, symbolising the spirit of innovation and environmental responsibility. The dignitaries lit solar-powered diyas, symbolising hope for a greener future, to mark the commencement of SUSTAIN 5.0.

  • Redefining Mobile Ads: Exclusive Talk with Kumar Saurav, Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer, AdCounty Media

Redefining Mobile Ads: Exclusive Talk with Kumar Saurav, Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer, AdCounty Media

New Delhi [India], January 22: In the ever-evolving realm of digital advertising, Mr. Kumar Saurav stands as a luminary, blending innovation with strategic acumen. As the Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of AdCounty Media, Kumar Saurav has carved a niche in the mobile advertising industry with his unparalleled vision and expertise. With over 18 years of experience spanning multiple media channels, he brings a unique perspective to shaping the future of AdTech. In this exclusive interview, Mr. Kumar Saurav delves into his professional journey, the milestones that have defined his career, and the trends driving the mobile advertising ecosystem.

    1. Can you tell us about your journey in the mobile advertising industry and what inspired you to take on the role of Chief Strategy Officer at AdCounty Media?

My professional journey in the digital space began as a media planner for print. Later I switched to TV and radio planning. After three years of working in offline media, I paved the path for digital media planning through agencies like LiveMint, Docomo, Air India, and Microsoft. Moreover, these tasks enabled me to gather some experience in developing media plans and parts of digital strategies. Throughout four areas of media, I was a Digital Strategist, having desired experience in print and digital media. Weaving together concepts from various forms of media, I brought those ideas to life. During that time, I also crafted marketing strategies. 2015 was the year that I left agencies to join AdTech, which I felt could be a potential frontier of Ad Tech.

In AdTech, I’ve built and scaled businesses, honing my leadership and strategic thinking. With 18 years of experience across multiple channels, I’m uniquely positioned to thrive in multi-faceted positions such as Chief Strategy Officer, where it is crucial to have a deep business perspective. I am very keen to apply my experience in advancing meaningful strategies to help shape the evolving digital world.

    2. What would you consider the most significant milestone in your career so far, and how has it shaped your approach to strategy and leadership?

Building AdCounty Media has been the most significant achievement of my career so far. It was a great learning experience. From the beginning, we started working on our own website with a novel idea as its name “AdTech,” embodying innovation as it achieves results. Formalizing a company while being agile in such a rapidly changing digital environment is not an easy job. It also means being far-sighted and single-minded, as well as flexible enough to rethink while in this constantly changing industry. It was a costly education in endurance, strategic acumen, and close handling of a vivid, driven team.

AdCounty Media formed the basis of my strategy by emphasizing data-driven decisions, scalability, and long-term value creation. It reiterates the need to be ahead of trends and foster innovation in order to deliver solutions that resonate with both advertisers and publishers. There are some great things, some challenges, and some things for which I don’t yet have solutions. In the end, when one really pushes an entire group to innovate, he or she often faces the same issues time and again.

Culture and values need to remain stable, directing the framework supporting the people and processes that create potential solutions for the organization. Leading AdCounty Media has also taught me the importance of knowing how to manage risks while being optimistic. This is not only a milestone in my career but serves as a solid pillar in my development as a strategist and leader.

3.As the Chief Strategy Officer, what does a typical day look like for you, and what are the core aspects of your role that excite you the most?

A typical day in my life as a CSO is hectic and quite varied, centered on the expansion of the business and its seamless functioning. I start by devising and iterating upon mechanisms to search for new business or vertical market opportunities, by analyzing marketplace trends to identify expansion targets. This strategic architecture helps establish the frame of the day and ensures that the focus aligns with the goals of the organization as a whole.

Operational oversight is a key aspect of my day. I make sure that members of a team are kept on the same wavelength, that work is completed in an orderly manner, and that any hurdles that arise are dealt with promptly. Proactive work in this way helps sustain the momentum projects and departments over time.

Other essential business calls are part of my daily schedule. I interact with clients, partners, and the team to deal with urgent issues, address problems, and conclude agreements. All of this is the cornerstone of building trust and fostering collaboration throughout an organization.

My function heavily relies on strategic planning, operational management, and effective communication. With the challenge of adaptation, problem-solving, and decision-making every day the organization is kept agile and ready to grow. In this mix of responsibilities, I help shape the company’s long-term roadmap while also contributing to day-to-day objectives.

    4. How has the mobile advertising ecosystem evolved over the past few years, and what are the key trends driving this evolution?

There has been tremendous transformation through technological advancements and shifting user behaviors within the mobile advertising ecosystem. The rise of AI and new-age personalization; first-party data significance; the rise in mobile-first strategies, given the significant amount of user time on their devices; and finally, short-form video dominating engagement have altered the mobile advertising landscape. On the other hand, the utilization of contextual targeting and in-app advertising pushed barriers, and even more innovations like 5G connectivity and AR experiences were launched. Besides, the utilization of privacy-first frameworks such as ATT from Apple and the Privacy Sandbox of Google totally changed the play.

Thus, the very ecosystem balances in attempts to warm up towards the future entirely.

    5. You emphasize leveraging data-driven solutions in mobile advertising. Can you share how AdCounty Media integrates data analytics into its strategies to enhance user acquisition and app monetization?

At AdCounty Media, data analytics is at the heart of our strategies. We analyze user behavior, preferences, and engagement patterns with advanced tools. With this data, we craft precise targeting models to optimize user acquisition campaigns so that ads resonate with the right audience. Following this philosophy in our app monetization strategy allows us to focus on the specific target group more likely to yield profit, customize their experience, and then maximize revenue with the help of flexible ad pricing and placement. Our approach allows us to continually test, analyze, and optimize campaigns in the field so that the deep insights we gain are productive. We equip our clients with an improved ROI focused on sophisticated advertising principles while simultaneously ensuring it is useful to end-users.

    6. With advancements like geofencing and biometric mobile marketing, how do you see these technologies reshaping the way brands engage with users in the mobile advertising space?

By facilitating hyper-targeted interactions, geofencing as well as biometric technologies transform mobile advertising into a fully dynamic activity. With geofencing, brands can send targeted promotions and experiences that are related to the physical locations of potential customers, thus increasing the relevance of advertisements and foot traffic to their stores. On the other hand, biometrics such as facial recognition and fingerprint scanning offer a new realm of seamless, highly secure mobile user experiences and brand loyalty, as they provide new exciting possibilities for mobile commerce. These technologies allow brands to create deeply contextual interactions that users are vested in together with their immediate reality. The effectiveness of these methods depends on the extent to which their implementation is intrusive to the user’s privacy and whether users genuinely believe that their information is safeguarded and used ethically.

7.AdCounty Media has expanded its footprint across domestic and international markets. What are some challenges and opportunities you’ve encountered while scaling operations globally?

Going global brings new opportunities like entering new markets, partnering with local businesses, and more income streams, going global brings many benefits. But it also brings challenges like language barriers, new laws, and different buying habits. Gaining trust from local ad agencies and publishers is a task that requires knowledge and experience of the market. For AdCounty Media, proper technology, borderless collaboration, and a strong compliance system are essential. Today, expansion throughout the world increases our ability and willingness to provide regional and international solutions.

    8. With increasing concerns about user data privacy, how do you strike the right balance between delivering personalized ads and ensuring user trust in mobile advertising?

Achieving the right mix between relevance and privacy is important. Here at AdCounty Media, a privacy-focused strategy positions people as customers to create business through means such as first-party data and contextual targeting. This is something that allows us to abide by intrusive means of advertising. Instead, we focus on developing relevant ads that are not offensive to users. Addressing how data is utilized and controlled by users information surfaces trust. To add to our claim, customers will always get value from advertisements because their experience is enhanced, and privacy or security is not put in danger.

    9. What advice would you give to brands aiming to maximize their ROI in the competitive mobile marketing landscape, especially in emerging markets?

Maximum ROI for brands should come from local campaigns, respecting the culture and language so they need to go through affordable channels like in-app ads and programmatic solutions. With a focus on mobile-first formats of content like short videos and interactive ads, which tend to bring maximum engagement for investments. In addition, companies should optimize the app or the website for lower bandwidth and multi-devices of these markets. Finally, they should build trust through transparent data practices and customer-centric strategies to drive long-term success.

Kumar Saurav’s leadership at AdCounty Media exemplifies the perfect blend of strategy, innovation, and adaptability in the dynamic world of mobile advertising. From championing data-driven solutions to leveraging emerging technologies like geofencing and biometrics, he continues to redefine the possibilities in the AdTech space. His insights on balancing personalization with privacy and scaling operations globally offer invaluable lessons for brands navigating the competitive digital landscape. With a forward-looking approach and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Kumar Saurav is poised to lead AdCounty Media to even greater heights in the years to come.

In Memory of Sardar Manmohan Singh- Establish Educational Institutes, Not Memorials

New Delhi [India], January 22: To honor the memory of Sardar Manmohan Singh, we Namdhari Sikhs request the government that no conventional memorial, such as a statue or monument, should be constructed. Instead, a world-class educational and technical institute should be established in his name.

Traditional memorials, often built for display, can lead to unnecessary expenditure of government resources and occupy valuable land without contributing meaningfully to society. By contrast, an institution of global standards, dedicated to education and innovation would serve as a living, dynamic tribute to Dr. Manmohan Singh’s intellectual brilliance and commitment to the progress of the nation.

This institute would foster the development of future intellectuals and leaders, inspired by the values and vision of Dr. Manmohan Singh. It would not only honor his legacy but also uphold and enhance the name of India (Bharat) on the global stage. Such an institution would glorify the Indian civilization, and bring pride to the parents of every aspiring student it nurtures.

A center of learning and excellence would be the most fitting tribute to a leader and economist who devoted his life to the service of the nation. It would embody his values, inspire future generations, and serve as a true memorial to his enduring legacy.

  • Leica SL3-S: The new full-frame camera with a 24 megapixel sensor, fast autofocus and enhanced video functions

Leica SL3-S: The new full-frame camera with a 24 megapixel sensor, fast autofocus and enhanced video functions

New Delhi [India], January 21: Leica Camera AG launched the SL-System in 2015, combining photography and videography in a unique way right from the very start. With the full-frame system based on the L-Mount standard, Leica has firmly established itself in the world of professional audiovisual production. The latest version in the range of SL-System cameras is the Leica SL3, which was launched in March 2024. Like all Leica products, it fulfils the highest standards of image and production quality, setting new benchmarks for ease of use with its unique user interface. These values are now embodied in a new SL-System camera: the Leica SL3-S.

When developing this camera, the process centred on the high demands of professional photography and videography. In doing so, the key focus was on speed, flexibility and versatility. The result is a camera that combines the highest image quality for both photography and videography with optimum working speed and reliability. The Leica SL3-S integrates state-of-the-art technology into an outstanding design. It also offers numerous new functions that ensure a professional workflow for producing audiovisual content.

A new BSI CMOS full-frame sensor with 24-megapixel native resolution, 48- and 96-megapixel multi-shot modes, and a new autofocus system form the core of the SL3-S. Securely protected by an IP54-certified solid all-metal body, Leica combines the strengths of three focus technologies here: the latest generation in phase detection AF (PDAF), depth map (object detection AF) and contrast detection AF enable continuous shooting with the Leica SL3-S at up to 30 frames per second with full autofocus support. This makes the SL3-S the fastest Leica system camera ever built. Together with a high dynamic range and the impressive ISO range of 50 to 200,000, the SL3-S delivers excellent-quality photos and videos in all shooting situations.

The SL3-S is also the first camera in the SL-System to be equipped with content credentials technology in accordance with the Content Authenticity Initiative (CAI) for photos. If desired, each image can be signed with tamper-proof metadata, such as the camera model and author information, as well as creation and editing data. In order to prove authenticity with verifiable image content and to make edits transparent, the content credentials can be checked using freely available verification tools (verify.contentauthenticity.org).

The SL3-S records videos in a resolution of up to 6K and offers 3:2 open-gate recording, a feature that provides flexibility when creating video content for a wide variety of channels. For example, portrait format videos can be recorded in 4K, 9:16 without any loss of quality and the field of view in recorded material can also be determined retrospectively. The SL3-S records HDMI-RAW in 5.9K at 30 fps to external display recorders. What’s more, thanks to the fast CFexpress type B interface, ProRes 4:2:2 HQ in 5.8K at 30 fps or C4K at 60 fps can also be internally recorded without any recording time limits. It is also possible to record directly to an external SSD hard drive via the USB-C interface, which further increases the flexibility of the SL3-S. A dedicated timecode interface enables professional synchronisation of image and sound on set. The Maestro IV processor with L2 technology effortlessly handles enormous amounts of data, resulting in images with superb colour rendering, high dynamic range and excellent noise behaviour in the L-Log colour space. This processor has been lauded internationally for its optimal quality.

The versatile interfaces and powerful connectivity of the SL3-S ensure a seamless professional workflow. It has slots for CFexpress type B and UHS-II SD memory cards, a USB-C port for fast data transfer, tethering, SSD connection or power supply, and a full-size HDMI 2.1 output for external LCD panels or recording devices. In addition, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi with MIMO technology enable fast, stable connection to the Leica FOTOS App, with which DNG images can be transferred in full resolution in a matter of seconds. As a certified Apple “Made for iPhone® and iPad®” accessory, the Leica SL3-S can be connected directly to Apple products using the supplied USB-C cable. Over the course of 2025, the Camera-to-Cloud function will also become available via Adobe frame.io, using which videos and photos can be uploaded directly from the camera to the Adobe frame.io cloud for further processing.

Thanks to the L-Mount, the SL3-S can be combined with the outstanding lenses for all Leica camera systems, as well as the broad range from super wide-angle lenses to super telephoto zoom lenses from the L-Mount alliance partners. Various Cine lenses can also be used via adapters, the special scales for which can be found in the video menu of the SL3-S. The lens bayonet mount ensures that the Leica SL3-S offers comprehensive system compatibility. In addition, the legendary Leica M-Lenses’ full potential can be harnessed thanks to the special design of the image sensor and an external light sensor. Photographers and videographers benefit from the unrivalled imaging performance and compact design of the Leica M-Lenses together with the incredible features of the SL3-S. Image stabilisation of up to 5 stops integrated into the camera body further extends the range of applications for M-Lenses.

The EyeRes® viewfinder of the Leica SL3-S is equipped with a painstakingly produced optical system of glass lenses. It displays the subject crystal clear at all times with up to 120 images per second and a resolution of 5.76 million pixels. Thanks to the live preview, it offers full control over the exposure and composition of shots even before the shutter is released. Another new feature of the SL3-S is the tilting 3.2-inch high-res touchscreen with a high-quality tilting mechanism, which makes it even easier to take photos and videos from different angles.

A further highlight is the interface, already familiar to users of the SL3. As with the SL3, the optimisations to the SL3-S include ergonomic and haptic features, as well as the user interface and menu navigation. The handle, button layout and overall camera design have been improved for even more intuitive handling. The clearly structured icon and menu design makes navigation even easier, with distinct sections for photo and video functions. The Cine mode has been tailored specifically to the needs of professional video production.

Freely assignable FN buttons and optimised touch interaction throughout the camera menu allow for intuitive and convenient operation. When taking photos and filming, the entire user interface of the SL3-S aligns itself in landscape or portrait format according to the camera position. The SL3-S is noticeably lighter and more compact than its predecessors and feels even better in the hand thanks to its optimised design. In addition, the complete range of accessories already available for the Leica SL3 are also compatible with the SL3-S.

Legal Expert Sunil Kumar Pathak’s book Legal First Aid released at India International Centre

New Delhi [India], January 21: Legal expert Sunil Kumar Pathak’s book ‘Legal First Aid’ was released on Tuesday at the Multipurpose Hall of India International Centre (IIC), New Delhi. Dr. Lalit Bhasin, President of Indian Law Firms and former President of Bar Association of India, attended the book release ceremony as the chief guest. Participating in the book discussion, Dr. Bhasin said that today 6 crore cases are pending in the country. It is a matter of concern that people are not able to get justice on time. In such a situation, common people find it better to compromise rather than taking the risk of litigation. But the question is where is justice?

Senior Supreme Court advocate and former Additional Solicitor General Dr. Pinky Anand and senior Supreme Court lawyer Pramod Dubey participated in the book discussion as Guests of Honour. Dr. Pinky Anand said that the common man has less access to the court, people also lack knowledge. It is very important to have a basic understanding of the law, in which a book like this can be helpful. Advocate Pramod Dubey said that legal issues should be raised at the grassroots level. Awareness is very important, we should focus on it. Due to lack of knowledge, people rush to the court. Therefore, this book is the need of the hour.

The author of the book, Sunil Kumar Pathak, said that ‘Legal First Aid’ has been written to provide information about legal rights and procedures to common citizens. This book is like a legal guide for every person, which explains various types of crimes, rights and legal process in a simple and practical way. This book includes important topics such as legal rights and provisions for various crimes, ways to take the right steps in any legal situation, police investigation, management of evidence and the process of court proceedings.

According to the author, the book has been prepared as a “first aid kit” so that citizens can face legal challenges with confidence and understanding. Many well-known legal experts and scholars of the country were present as panelists in the book discussion. The program was conducted by Trust Legal’s Managing Partner Sudhir Mishra.
