    New Delhi (India) July 15 : Incorporated in 2004, Kataria Industries Limited manufactures and supplies Low Relaxation Pre-stressed Concrete (LRPC) Strands and Steel Wires, Post-tensioning (PT) Anchorage System (Anchor Cone, Anchor Head, and Wedges), HDPE Single-Wall Corrugated (SWC) Sheathing Ducts, Couplers, and Aluminum Conductors. The company is poised for its initial public offering (IPO), with plans to raise INR 54.58 crores through the issuance of 56.85 lakh new shares.

    For its SME Initial Public Offering (IPO), Kataria Industries Limited has established a price band of Rs 91 to Rs 96 per share. The company’s shares will open for subscription on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 and closes on Friday, July 19, 2024. These will be listed on the NSE SME, with a projected listing date of Wednesday, July 24, 2024.

    Interactive Financial Services Ltd is the book running lead manager of the Kataria Industries IPO, while Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd is the registrar for the issue.

    The issue proceeds will be utilized in the repayment of certain of the outstanding borrowings, funding capital expenditure towards installation of additional plant and machinery at the factory, funding to meet working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.

    On Monday, July 22, 2024, the shares for the Kataria Industries Limited IPO are anticipated to be allotted, and on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, the shares will be credited to the demat account of the allottees. The IPO comprises 50% of the net issue for QIB, 35% for retail investors and 15% of the net issue for the NII segment.

    Retail investors need to contribute a minimum of Rs 1,15,200 considering the minimum lot size for an application is 1200 shares. For HNIs, the minimum bidding size is two lots, or 2400 shares, for a total investment of Rs 2,30,400 lakh at the upper price band.

    Kataria Industries Limited’s revenue increased by 2.26% and profit after tax (PAT) rose by 28.83% between the financial year ending with March 31, 2024 and March 31, 2023.

    Kataria Industries’ wide range of products is used in various sectors, including Infrastructure, Roads, Bridges, Flyovers, Metros, Railways, High-Rise Buildings, Atomic Reactors, LNG Tanks, Power Transmission, and Distribution Lines. The product portfolio of the company comprises of LRPC Strands,  Polymer-coated grease/wax-filled LRPC Strands, Galvanised LRPC Strands, Galvanised PE Coated LRPC Strands, Specialised LRPC Strands (19 Strands and Upto 23.00 mm).

    New Delhi (India), July 15 : Clean technology startup Neo San Pvt Ltd announced a seed funding round, with USD 1.5 Million raised in total, at a post-money valuation of USD 7.2 Million.     Neo San is a clean-tech startup that is solving hazardous waste management through innovative products that use proprietary technology. Their flagship product, Neo-X, is a decentralised waste incinerator that uses clean energy to treat waste output at the source.

    “We will use this round of funding to scale our technologies across India, and to enable larger systems to support the country’s waste-handling needs,” said Dhwaj Bagrecha, Co-Founder, Neo San. “Currently, we’re building decentralised networks of people and machines that will allow our growing cities to better manage waste locally and efficiently, reducing the overall emissions from this process by over 90% compared with the current scenario.”

    A combination of their commercial and industrial incinerators will help contain dry-reject waste on-site, be it a residence, office, school, airport, or factory, reducing millions of dollars spent on trucks, fuel, land, and energy, thus reducing the operational cost burden and emissions for municipalities and private companies.

    “Land-use and open burning is one of the biggest problems,” said Dhwaj Bagrecha. “The way I see it, any land that becomes a dump loses its value completely, be it for agriculture, development, or as a natural habitat. Toxic ash and contaminated water from waste enter our soil and water sources, poisoning the food, water, and air we consume. As time passes, the problems increase in the way of a butterfly effect, which is a global phenomenon.”

    India generates over 25 million tonnes of reject-waste each year, over 30% of which is not even collected. Current systems are extremely centralised and come with the burden of carrying mixed waste a few hundred kilometres away from its source to be handled. 70% of our waste budgets are spent on this movement, which Neo San can positively change.

    “India has a big landfill shortage problem in towns big and small. Everywhere we go, we see plastic lying around by the roadside and on vacant plots. Minimising the flow of volumes of combustible materials to landfills while minimising SOx and NOx emissions is an innovative Incineration based solution being offered by NeoSan. Rather than send the waste to overflowing landfills, small volumes of waste can be incinerated on site by green minded corporate and commercial establishments in an environmentally friendly manner with minimal toxic gas emissions. I am hoping that wider adoption of Neosan’s incinerator technology will help in a Clean India with no plastic lying around our country.” said Mr. Ashish Kacholia, a lead investor in this round.

    The Neo-X is a localised incinerator that can be installed conveniently on any site. It uses proprietary technology to reach temperatures of 1200°C in under two minutes. Handling reject, non-recyclable waste in these machines can reduce emissions by 98% compared to current pollution standards. Designed and manufactured entirely in India, the Neo-X consumes only 0.2 units of electricity per cycle, bringing the operational cost of waste management down to less than a few rupees per kilogram. It is highly safe, CE compliant, and also captures important live data around the waste it burns to help calculate carbon offsets.
     
     “Early next quarter, we are set to launch our advanced modular incinerator, capable of processing one tonne of toxic waste per day. The company, with proven track record of consistently delivered end-to-end supply chain management solutions, has received these orders in tune of total 1,400 metric tonnes per month for loading, unloading and transportation services.

    The first order was received from Bhavnagar based Royal Transport for Loading, unloading and transportation of Precipitated Silica and AluminoSilcates, products of Madhu Silica Private Limited from Bhavnagar to various Dealers in South India with average quantity of 600 metric tonnes per month. GConnect Logitech received the second order from another Bhavnagar based company Vera Synthetic Ltd for Loading, unloading and transportation of PP – Fishing Net, twine rope straps and industrial yan from Bhavnagar to various dealers in Gujarat with average quantity of 800 metric tonnes per month.

Further, 1401000 equity shares were allotted under IPO on 1st April, 2024. The objective of SME IPO was for business expansion including purchase of vehicles and body building, to finance the website development and App designing and for general corporate purposes.

    For the financial year completed on 31 March, 2024, GConnect Logitech had reported increase of 119.52% in total income to Rs. 4.01 crores which was at Rs. 1.01 crores in FY23.  Net profit was reported at Rs. 23.86 lakhs, jumped by 74.88% compared to Rs. 10.86 lakhs in the previous financial year.
