  • Sara, 10 yrs old, Indian Creates the World Record

    Dubai [UAE], May 06: Sara Chhipa, a 10 yrs young, proud native of Bhilwara, Rajasthan, India, and a blessed resident of Discovery Garden in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates for the last 9 years has created a World Record on 2nd May 2021 by memorizing all the 195 “Countries – Capitals & Currencies” across the world.

    The previous world record was only on “Countries & Capitals” and Sara has added one more dimension about their currencies. This record was administered through a virtual live event on 2nd May at 4:30 pm UAE time, 6 pm India time, and was streamed on Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn. With this record on 2nd May, Sara became the first in the world to create & hold the “world record” in this category.

    Sara’s world record journey started around three months ago with the support of her mentor, Mr. Sushsant Mysorekar, founder of Brain Rhyme Cognitive Solutions, Singapore. Mr. Sushant has been training Sara on memorizing these through various memory, creative skills & intelligence techniques. As per her father, Sara has started memory techniques classes during the lockdown and the world record attempt was not pre-planned at all. After some sessions, her mentor identified the spark in Sara and shared the plan with her parents. As per Sara, it was not an easy journey, especially during the initial days of learning all the complex names along with the pronunciation of those countries & capitals. Her mentor’s support was crucial as he has not only inspired Sara but also helped her through his various creative memory techniques. In beginning, it used to take around 1.5 hrs to practice all 585 records, which Sara reduced to around 15 mins with the regular practice. Sara gives her credit to parents who have encouraged & collaborated to define her schedule & ongoing schooling and supported her in associated aspects of practice.

    Sara came to Dubai along with her parents when she was only 1 year old. Sara had early schooling with Indian curriculum, Springdale’s School, Dubai, and currently, is a grade 6 student of Gems Modern Academy (Indian & IB curriculum school), Dubai. Sara’s father, Suniel Chhipa works with Etisalat Telecom, and her mother, Renu Chhipa works with Asteco Properties. She has one younger brother, Shourya who is a KG2 student at Springdale’s School, Dubai. It’s a proud moment for India & UAE and we are sure that, she would be an inspiration to all the children across the world.

    Interestingly, Sara is also a budding cricketer and fortunate to meet the former captain of the Indian Cricket Team, Mahendra Singh Dhoni & current captain of the Indian women’s cricket team, Mithali Raj. She is also an avid dancer and performed various stage shows in Global Village, Dubai & shared stage with Bollywood celebrity, Karishma Kapoor at Bollywood Parks, Dubai.  She is also exposed to the practices of yoga & breathing techniques through the “Art of Living Foundation” and proudly continuing on daily basis. Bhavika’s father Rajesh Maheshwari is associated with the textile and education sector and her mother Manisha Maheshwari is a housewife. She has a younger brother Madhav Maheshwari.

    Bhavika Maheshwari isn’t your usual 11-year-old. In addition to being a bright 7th STD student of Scholars Academy School, she is the co-founder of Mobile Addiction Clinic and Talent World Startup. She is also the CEO of World Screen Rescue Private Limited, the world’s youngest company.

    When other children are busy enjoying their childhood years, Bhavika was inspired to do something different. She has done several extraordinary things that have made not only her family but also the country proud. Here are some of her accomplishments.

    Due to so many accomplishments, Bhavika has been recognised with many awards and honours. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Cabinet Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, Ratan Tata Ji, Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, and many more in the country have praised the work of the pioneer Bhavika. Indian Army Chief Narwane Sir has honored Bhavika. Recently, in view of Bhavika’s service work, she was awarded the Nari Chetna Award 2021.

    On the 16th of April 2021, Mr. Ajay Ajmera was awarded the Champion of Change Award, Entrepreneur, Social Welfare (Women’s Empowerment), Gujarat for the year 2020.

    How was this feat achieved? Well, it started by making the environment at Ajmera Fashion as women-friendly as possible and letting every woman express themselves at the company. This not only helped numerous women become financially independent but also gave many a new identity, self-confidence and self-belief.

    Regularly holding motivational workshops and training classes for personal and career development where Mr. Ajmera made it a point to continuously motivate all the female employees to believe in themselves and never be afraid, he constantly pushed them to strive for the best and constantly go up the organisational ladder. As a result, many of the Management positions have strong women commanding them.

    Today the company has over 30% of its active workforce as women and the numbers are just going up.

    However, Mr. Ajmera knew that providing jobs was not the only way of empowering women as a majority of the women in India live in small villages or small towns, of which most are housewives or homemakers.

    Thus started a YouTube channel, ‘Ajmera Fashion’. On the channel, Mr. Ajmera regularly posts inspirational and self-motivational videos in which he appeals to women of all states, regions and ages of India to make themselves self-reliant, independent, confident and to take a stand for themselves in their lives. He wanted to bring a small change in the lives of the suppressed, opportunity deprived and reliant (women reliant on their family, husband or children for financial support) women of the country.

    Today over 3500 women are part of the extended family at Ajmera Fashion, who can proudly say that they are financially independent, able to support their families and feel stronger and more confident than ever.

    The company has helped so many women set up their own businesses from the comfort of their homes. To aid with this endeavour, Mr. Ajmera has a strong team whom he considers as his family. A call centre to aid and guide anyone over the phone on how to set up their business at home and how to obtain goods, margins and any other help has made this company a leader in this segment of the 21st century.

    This year, the prestigious Champions of Change Awards were conferred in the following categories – Social Welfare, Culture, Education, Health Care, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, and Special Contribution in Aspirational Districts, Corona Warrior, and for the National Unity.

    Champions of Change-2020 award were conferred upon at Taj Resort & Convention Centre, Panaji, Goa. Bhagat Singh Koshyari, Governor of Maharashtra and Goa, was the Chief Guest of the Third Edition of Champions of Change Award.

    The Jury for Champions of Change Award is headed by Justice K.G. Balakrishnan (Former Chief Justice of India and Former Chairman NHRC).
