Talking about his current form and the team selection of Kolkata Knight Riders for IPL 2021, Yadav said,” This time our team is well balanced, and with Harbhajan Singh’s selection, the team will get an edge. I am happy that we have new promising players in the team and with this confidence, I am sure that we will win the trophy this time.”

  • SUGARADHANA- A New Generation Sanitizer

Hyderabad, Telangana [India]: One day my daughter screamed and showed me her hands in panic. She was uncomfortable with some itching on her hands.

I looked at my 8 yr. old’s little hands, there were rashes everywhere. I was wondering if this is a reaction to some dirty stuff she might be playing with. But as much as I know her, that’s not possible. She is the one who has been consistent with cleaning her hands and surrounding during covid.

Yes, that’s true. Even I didn’t expect this from her at this tender age. Well, I showed it to the skin specialist, and he told me that these rashes are nothing but a reaction to excessive use of sanitizers and soaps. I was shocked! Aren’t sanitizers and liquid soaps are meant to help us from germs?

The doc smiled at me and told me the truth about sanitizers we have been using for a long, especially for the last year. Sanitizers are good for sometimes not always. Their alcoholic nature is not always safe on skin that too on kids’ skin. Instead of using alcohol-based sanitizers, you should choose Organic ones; they are easily available and safe on the skin. One such is SUGARADHANA, recommended by my doctor and I am totally satisfied with the results.

“In her words, Mrs. Megha Krishnan narrated her story to me and thanked me to develop SUGARADHANA, an organic intoxicated sanitizer. But the problem is not related to her only, the problem is much bigger than this and almost every second family is facing this or any other issues related to sanitizers. I have always been taught to focus on the solution more, and this habit has helped me to develop SUGARADHANA. “

Says Dr. Karthik when we asked him what made him develop an Organic Sanitizer named SUGARADHANA.

SUGARADHANA is not only recommended by doctors of Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, etc. but has also been appreciated by the President of India.

With the approval by The Ministry of Ayush SUGARADHANA is now supplied at Rashtrapati Bhawan.

What is the difference between SUGARADHANA and other Sanitizers?

    • Alcoholic & Non- Alcoholic
      • Most liquid disinfectants contain a large amount of ethyl or isopropyl alcohol, which when ingested, can lead to alcohol poisoning. This means you can never leave your alcohol-based sanitizers unsupervised around children!
      • Sugaradhana is a 100% chemical-free cleaner that’s made using kitchen-based enzymes mixed with citrus fruit-based extracts and glycerin oils. This makes it safe for ingestion and commercial usage, all while giving back to nature.
    • Safe on Skin
      • When used too frequently, alcohol-based sanitizers can wash away your skin’s natural oils and cause it to crack and dry up. This in turn can provide germs the perfect entry point to creep into your skin and cause infection – which is exactly what you want to avoid in the first place!
      • The natural components in Sugaradhana make it a fully non-toxic all-purpose cleaner that’s safe for use on human skin, without causing rashes, cracks, or irritation of any kind.
    • Safe to use everywhere
      • Alcohol-based sanitizers have a flashpoint of fewer than 100 degrees Fahrenheit, which means they can be classified as a fire hazard and must always be stored away from all ignition sources and electrical outlets.
      • SUGARADHANA is a Multipurpose liquid disinfectant solution it can also be used as a concentrated floor cleaner, Sugaradhana not only makes sure your floors are spotless but also ensures they are baby-safe and pet-safe as well.

    Why SUGARADHANA?

India’s first fully organic disinfectant, Sugaradhana, is a multipurpose cleaning solution that can be put to use in all corners of your home, right from floors to toilets to kitchen equipment. The lack of chemical components makes it a great vegetable cleaner too! Here are some more benefits to using the best natural all-purpose cleaner in the market today.

As India is seeing the surge of Covid Second Wave, Organic Sanitizers are the way ahead as it is chemical-free and lab tests have proven it has the power to arrest and kill the mutant on the surface as well on air too.

Is SUGARADHANA available in the market?

After the success of SUGARADHANA’s pilot tests, it’s now available for the masses as well. Dr. Karthik believes that the road from toxic to organic is an easy one and starts with what you use, right from home.

“We believe Sugaradhana can change the face of disinfectants in India for good. Our vision for the future is clear: inspire people across the globe to make the shift from alcohol-based sanitizers and chemical disinfectants to an organic alternative that’s just as good, if not better. “

Sugaradhana is well on its way to becoming the best natural all-purpose cleaner in the market today and this is just the beginning.

  • Amit Pathak, quietly ushering in a new revolution in mental health care

Neuro-Linguistics Programming, the less known, highly potent science that can fix even the deepest mental health issues swiftly and effectively

Mumbai, Maharashtra [India]: Ever since the pandemic hit India in March 2020, followed by the unprecedented lockdown, stress levels have been on the rise like never before. In July 2020, a study conducted by GOQii surveying over 10000 Indians, discovered that 43 percent of Indians suffered from mild to moderate levels of depression. Indeed, the Covid pandemic followed by series of job cuts, business losses, anxiety, and an overall volatile environment has taken a major toll on the mental health of the population.

“Depression is a word that we throw around without realizing the depth of the issue. It is a mental health condition that can quietly creep into a person’s life and lead to severe emotional and even health scars that are difficult to heal. Acute forms of depression can even lead to suicidal tendencies”, said Amit Pathak, a well-respected proponent of radical new coaching and therapy science called Neuro-Linguistics Programming.

There is a widespread myth that mental health issues, such as depression, take months and numerous appointments with a practitioner, to get better. According to Mr. Pathak, a veteran NLP Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in this field and licensed by the International Society of Neuro-Linguistics Programming, “If it takes one second to install fear in the mind, why should it take months to get out of it? After all, it is the same mind. Barring certain special cases, practically any mental issue should not take too long to get rid of and without any medication.”

Imagine someone suffering from months or even years of depression, starts seeing improvements in the very first session, and perhaps even comes out of it completely in just a few weeks? That too, with no medication. This is not magic, but a set of proven techniques coming from this science called NLP. Most NLP techniques take less than 30 minutes and usually need to be done just once with permanent results. “what if you can permanently get rid of any sort of stress, anxiety, anger, or negative thoughts in just five minutes using simple techniques?” asked Amit Pathak. The NLP coach went on to add, “people vainly resort to expensive treatments and months of therapy sessions to get out of unwanted habits like smoking, drinking, watching porn, procrastination or other compulsive behaviors. Or, helplessly suffer from traumatic memories, toxic relationships, and bad careers. Traditional counseling methods either take too long or even don’t work in some cases. However, in few short sessions, NLP techniques can help such people get long term positive results”.

Neuro-Linguistics Programming is a blend of different sciences that were evolving in the 1950s and 1960s. It is an amalgamation of psychology, linguistics, cybernetics, and hypnosis all balanced together in a wonderful transformational cocktail. Put simply, it is a powerful mind-reading and mind-programming science.

Founded in the ’70s by Dr. Richard Bandler and Dr. John Grinder, NLP provides simple and practical ways in which you can change the way that you think, view past events, and approach your life. It shows you how to take control of your mind, and therefore your life. Unlike psychoanalysis, which focuses on the ‘why’, NLP is very practical and focuses on the ‘how’.

“At school and college, we learned wonderful things like history and geography and algebra but we did not learn much about how to feel good or to have great relationships. That’s where NLP comes in and I decided to start training people in learning and using NLP in their life” says Amit, now one of the best NLP trainers in India.

As a Licensed NLP Trainer, one of very few in India authorized by Dr. Richard Bandler and author of the best-seller book ‘The Turning Point’, Amit has clients from all over India and over 15 countries. Based out of Mumbai, his institute Changeworx Consulting (www.changeworx.in) has been spreading the awareness of NLP in the community through online, offline, and video courses in NLP, sharing his knowledge with participants from all over the world. In his words, “Our aim is to provide affordable NLP training in India, sometimes even for free as a service to the community. Even one person’s life changed, will be worth our efforts.”

  • The Karn, Founder of Billion Dollar Indian Tech Startup, sKarn Robotics and Wecript Challenges Google

New Delhi, [India]: The name of the company SKarn RoboticS has been spreading to corners because of their product line, WECRIPT. Wecript is a safe search engine launched by sKarn RoboticS to provide a safe and secure searching experience to internet users. The man in the late twenties who worked hard for this advanced invention is THE KARN. Being the founder of sKarn RoboticS and Wecript, The Karn is a very proficient entrepreneurial mindset person and he is trying to make India as powerful as possible with the help of the latest technology.

Ever since independence, India has been a developing country. Yet after 76 years it is still a developing country. In the latest conversation with skarn RoboticS and Wecript, Founder The Karn didn’t want India to be a developing country anymore, rather he wanted it to be the most advanced and developed country in the developed country list. Intending to make India a developed and advanced country, The Karn has started his startup sKarn robotics and Wecript in 2019. The main vision of The Karn is to develop various tech products that would transform people’s way of using the internet while protecting their privacy through new and advanced technology products.

Safety is the priority for every civilian. But with the new policies and search engines, the data of internet users is being leaked, misused, sold, and shared. The safety and security of personal information are no longer guaranteed by most search engines. To provide a highly- secured search engine that follows all the privacy policies and protects data sharing and leakage, The Karn introduced Wecript. Wecript is such an advanced search engine that doesn’t share and sell your data with third parties.

The Karn is immensely trying hard for better inventions and to make India a global leader.

His ideas, execution, and management skills of running the startup during covid situations prove that he has management, tech product development, and marketing expertise to build and manage a multi-billion dollar startup.

Unlike many large industries that cut their employee’s salaries and firing employees during covid situations,  The Karn has decided to support people in terms of salaries, employment offers, and other medical benefits as well. He was one of the few initial persons to start work from the culture in India during covid-19.

The Karn and his startup deserve to be the top startup company. Young and talented people like The Karn are the foundation for a strong and developed India. They need to be encouraged and supported at any cost. The government should also support such young and talented people who are working hard, to make India a superpower and govt’s vision of ‘Make in India’ program a success. • Solving one problem at a time, the story of Apna Nawada

Nawada, Bihar [India]: In October 2020, a group of people called a number available publicly on a Facebook page and complained about the bad state of roads in their lane along with persistent waterlogging for months. A member from the team visits the next day and takes up the matter ahead. The people from that page run a campaign which leads to the local candidate for assembly polls promising the road and within six months to it the problem has been solved. What occurs as a standalone story has become a regular thing for a group of youngsters from a citizen-led initiative named Apna Nawada.

Founded as a Facebook page a few years back by Suman Shekhar, who graduated from Delhi University last year is today a popular name for youth in the district, and a platform for the citizens to raise their voice. The team of Apna Nawada writes letters frequently, gives applications, and also submits memorandums demanding solutions to problems the district administration has turned a blind eye towards.

In a recent example, young sports enthusiasts reached out to Apna Nawada regarding the bad state of practice grounds in the district. Aditya, an athlete who also prepares for a physical exam for Army recruitment said “The situation on the ground was very bad. No one was listening to us. We talked to a lot of people, but no avail. Then, disappointed but also with a lot of hope, we contacted Apna Nawada. They have been continuously raising the issue and comparatively the situation has also improved.”

The initiatives of Apna Nawada haven’t just been limited to the infrastructure woes and facilitation of complaints, but in recent months, they have been also helping people adapt to the post covid world. The timely and important distribution of masks and sanitizers has been one of their works in this step. While they also plan to organize skill camps to empower the youth to become skilled in times of widespread unemployment. Sanket Kumar, a law student and a core member of Apna Nawada said, “We are planning several camps related to different skills that can empower the youth. For working towards a better future, it is necessary that youth is trained, skilled, and empowered.”

Recently, with the increasing covid test numbers across the country, the team of Apna Nawada has started planning again on war footing to help in awareness related to it. Masks and sanitizers are being distributed and thousands of people are being reached daily by the team. Along with this, they have also started the preparation of possibilities of skill training in the district so that unemployed youth can benefit from it.

All of it seems good, with great reception, until the problem of survival comes. Suman Shekhar, the 21-year-old founder of the Apna Nawada initiative says” Though we are doing good work in the quest to improve the condition of our district, it doesn’t feed us. We have to do multiple other gigs to support ourselves and also to fund the initiative. I am a graduate in Journalism from the University of Delhi, but when my classmates were dreaming of going to Columbia, I was striving hard to come back and work for people here. This work makes me content, after all, we are a total sum of the society we come from.”

Pratyush Anand, a teacher from Nawada said “We had no idea about how much we have in our district. From this initiative, we get to know more about our district, the history, the heritage and also raise important issues and points about our district.” This is what the initiative has been about, a fresh wind of change but to take marks.

Nishant Nalin, a Design Student whose Holi colors are yet to go away from his body says that Apna Nawada is emerging as the voice of millions of people in the district, it is working to enhance the culture and tourism as well”.
