    The event showcased the remarkable talent, grace, and empowerment of women worldwide. Its grand finale sparkled with the presence of esteemed personalities from the entertainment industry and accomplished professionals. Chaired by Mr. Bharat K Bhramar, the panel of judges included Sylvie Rodgers (Celebrity Hair Designer), Tisca Chopra (Actress), Amisha Sethi (Haut Monde Mrs India Worldwide Winner 2021), Reshma Vipin Nambiar (International Zone Winner of Haut Monde Mrs. India Worldwide 2022), Aparajita Sinha (Winner of Haut Monde Mrs. India Worldwide 2023), Rakhi Saha (Winner of the Fire Element title at Haut Monde Mrs. India Worldwide 2023), Manjari Priya Gupta (Winner of the Earth Element title at Haut Monde Mrs. India Worldwide 2021), Ronny Kaula (Ace Fashion Photographer), and Ruchika Malhotra (Haut Monde Mrs India Worldwide Winner 2022). The show unfolded under the masterful choreography and direction of the talented Alison A Woodham, complemented by the exquisite styling expertise of Anjali Sahani.     Following a fierce competition and outstanding performances, the prestigious title of Haut Monde Mrs India Worldwide Season 13 was bestowed upon Mousoumi Sinha Dutta. Hailing from Kolkata and currently residing in Amsterdam, Mousoumi Sinha Dutta brings with her a background in finance and supply chain. She has contributed significantly as a process specialist in the COVID-19 vaccine initiative. Additionally, she is the founder and choreographer of a dance group.

    The elemental champions of Season 13 displayed extraordinary qualities and talents. Among them were Dr. Reshma Prakash (Water) from Asia, Dhanya Prasanna Ayer (Air)  from USA Midwest, Ruchika Chauhan (Fire)  from Canada, Bhumika Tyagi (Space)  from Middle East, and Mousumi Sinha Dutta (Earth) from Netherlands.

Pandey’s remarkable life journey by becoming an eye surgeon to eradicate treatable blindness. Dr. Pandey is an internationally acclaimed eye surgeon as well as an author, motivational speaker, and cyclist. He has brought light to the lives of millions of patients through sight-restoring eye surgeries.

    The autobiography begins with the small village ‘Mohna’ located in Rawatbhata tehsil, Chittorgarh district of Rajasthan, where Dr. Suresh K. Pandey was born in August 1968. Studying in the dim light of lantern at Mohna, braving every hardship that came his way, he dreamed of becoming an eye surgeon like his late grandfather, freedom fighter, late Dr. Kamta Prasad Pandey. Dadaji did special training in cataract operation and other eye operations in 1937 at Kishanlal Jalan Eye Hospital, Bhiwani (Haryana) under the supervision of late Dr. P. D. Giridhar. After the ‘Bagi Ballia Movement’ it became impossible for Dadaji to work as an eye specialist in Ballia (Uttar Pradesh).

    Dadaji decided to leave Ballia in the year 1944 and moved eleven hundred kilometers away in Rajasthan to continue the fight against blindness and started the important work of sight restoring eye surgeries in a village called Mohna, District Chittorgarh. 

    Dr. Suresh K. Pandey, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, never gave up and tried relentlessly to fulfill the dream of becoming an eye doctor to light up the dark world of millions of visually impaired patients. He stood first in Vikram University, Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh) in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) first year.

    After this, without any coaching, he got selected in the Pre-Medical Test (PMT) in his first attempt and was admitted to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College, Jabalpur. Struggling with ragging and other hardships there, Dr. Pandey transformed himself from a shy person to a confident person to face the harsh conditions of the world.

    After completing his medical graduation, he completed his post graduation studies in Ophthalmology at the country’s renowned Medical Institute, the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh. Dr. Pandey lived in America and Australia for seven years and gained mastery in eye surgery and research work at John A Moran Eye Centre, University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah, USA and University of Sydney, Sydney Eye Hospital, Australia.

    In the book titled ‘Diary of an Eye Surgeon’, Dr. Pandey shares with the readers his journey as a medical student and the challenges and difficulties he faced along the way in learning the art of ocular micro-surgery. His achievements were recalled by two contrasting figures in his footballing journey. Argentinian World Cup-winning legend Ossie Ardiles, an international teammate and friend of Diego’s and perhaps Diego’s most famous opponent, legendary England Captain Terry Butcher.

    Butcher and Maradona featured together in the most memorable World Cup match in history, England v Argentina at Mexico ‘86. Maradona scoring his ‘hand of god’ goal and the ‘Goal of the Century’ when he dribbled past the England team including a last-ditch tackle by England captain Butcher. Maradona was presented with the Adidas Golden Ball trophy to recognize him as best player of the 1986 World Cup.

    The Aguttes auction house will offer at auction a piece of world football history on June 6th, 2024: Diego Maradona’s Adidas Golden Ball trophy (1960 – 2020) awarded to the best player of the Mexico ‘86 World Cup.
