Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], March 27: In today’s hip-hop landscape, much of the music revolves around quick fame, lifestyle and surface-level themes. But artists like Rocksun are carving a different path — one that brings deeper meaning back into rap.
Hailing from Maharashtra, Rocksun represents a growing wave of conscious hip-hop that focuses on mindset, discipline and self-awareness. His music speaks directly to listeners who are trying to navigate life’s challenges while staying true to their values.
For Rocksun, hip-hop is not just a form of entertainment. It is a medium to uplift and inspire. His lyrics encourage people to take responsibility for their lives, face hardship with courage and use every experience — good or bad — as a reason to keep moving forward.
A unique element of his work is his connection to the history and spirit of Maharashtra. Stories of courage, leadership and resilience from the region’s past often influence the way he writes and thinks. These ideas naturally blend into his music, giving his work a sense of identity that feels both rooted and relevant.
This balance of street realism and thoughtful storytelling is what makes Rocksun stand out in the current scene. His songs carry intensity and aggression, but they also carry purpose.
As hip-hop continues to evolve in India, Maharashtra is emerging as an important cultural hub for the genre. With global players now starting to invest in regional movements, the Marathi hip-hop scene is entering a new phase of visibility and growth.
Artists like Rocksun are at the centre of this shift — not just as performers, but as voices representing a generation that wants more from music than just entertainment.
For listeners who are looking for hip-hop that speaks about strength, focus and real-life lessons, Rocksun’s work is quickly becoming something worth paying attention to.

New Delhi [India], March 27: The internet sells a clean story.
Write well → get clients → earn money.
It sounds linear. It isn’t.
Most beginners obsess over writing skill in isolation. They polish sentences that no one has commissioned. They build portfolios no one reads. They wait to “be ready.”
Meanwhile, the market is not evaluating prose.
It is evaluating risk.
Hiring a writer—especially a new one—is a risk calculation. Deadlines. Clarity. Reliability. The ability to understand what the client actually wants, not what the writer wants to say.
The first barrier isn’t writing quality.
It’s trust deficit.
What Freelance Writing Jobs Actually Are
Strip away the romanticism.
Freelance writing jobs are not “writing what you love.” They are:
Translating business goals into words
Turning vague briefs into structured output
Delivering clarity under constraint
A startup founder doesn’t want poetry.
They want conversions.
A marketing manager doesn’t want creativity for its own sake.
They want outcomes.
This is where most beginners misfire. They approach writing as expression. The market demands execution.
The Entry Point Nobody Talks About
The first paid job rarely comes from a “job listing.”
It comes from proximity.
Someone in your network needs content
A small business can’t afford an agency
A founder replies to a cold message
The job exists before the platform lists it.
Beginners often spend weeks refreshing freelance marketplaces. Competing with thousands. Writing proposals that dissolve into silence.
A quieter strategy works better:
Be specific. Be direct. Be useful.
Instead of saying, “I’m a freelance writer,” say:
“I help small businesses write website content that explains what they actually do.”
Clarity reduces friction.
Friction kills opportunity.
The First ₹1 Is More Important Than ₹1,00,000
The first payment changes something structural.
It converts identity.
Before: “I want to be a freelance writer.” After: “I have been paid to write.”
That shift matters more than the amount.
Beginners often aim too high too early—premium clients, large retainers, perfect niches. They stall.
The real progression is smaller, almost unimpressive:
₹500 blog post
₹1,000 website copy
₹2,000 editing work
Not glamorous.
But each transaction builds proof.
Proof compounds.
Platforms vs Reality
There are platforms. They work—but not how beginners expect.

Thrillophilia, India’s trusted multi-day tour operator, uses AI to make tour execution more reliable and deliver personalised travel experiences at scale, serving 1M+ travellers (FY21–FY25).
Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], March 27: Thrillophilia, India’s most trusted multi-day tour operator, has been awarded the ‘AI in Travel’ recognition at the Economic Times Entrepreneur Awards 2026, held in Mumbai. This award clearly highlights how well the company has been using artificial intelligence for its operations. This utilisation goes across the entire lifecycle of multi-day tours. It starts from when the itinerary gets created and checked for whether it’s feasible for the on-ground coordination and final delivery. And all of this is seamlessly implemented in what most consider one of the highest operationally complex travel categories, that is, multi-day tours, an approach that recently helped Thrillophilia earn the AI in Travel recognition at the ET Entrepreneur Awards 2026.
India’s Multi-Day Tour Operator of Choice
Founded in Bangalore and headquartered in Jaipur, Thrillophilia is a travel brand that focuses on building and delivering complex multi-day tours that span multiple destinations and require coordination across several logistics components. These itineraries often involve several logistical complications and depend on coordination between transport, stays, activities, and multiple on-ground partners.
The company operates across India as well as international destinations such as Europe, East Africa, and Southeast Asia. Its offerings range from private European itineraries to Kenya safari holidays. One can explore even the culturally immersive experiences with them, such as the Himalayan journeys.
Between FY2021 and FY2025, Thrillophilia has served more than 1 million travellers through its multi-day tour offerings. Through these services, the company operates at a revenue scale of ₹500 crore and above with EBITDA profitability, reflecting how consistently they deliver quality in an industry and segment as demanding as that of multi-day tour travel.
AI That Supports Execution, Not Just Planning
Thrillophilia’s approach to technology is simple yet very targeted. They centre it around a set of AI systems developed in-house. Further, each system is designed in a separate manner so that it addresses a specific challenge within this multi-day tour lifecycle.
AI Itinerary Builder: Starting with this AI Itinerary Builder, the company creates personalised, day-by-day travel plans. A Feasibility Agent then comes into the picture to validate them. The route ordering, availability, seasonality, and timing are some of the factors well checked before the itinerary is shared with a traveller.
Thrillo Voice AI: Thrillo Voice AI, manages initial customer interactions. It also deals with qualifying leads and directs them to the right travel advisor based on the already captured relevant context.
CallMind: CallMind is known to record, interpret, and finally analyse customer conversations. This way it improves how the advisor delivers solutions, their performance and maintains quality consistency across teams.
Trip Management System: The Trip Management System converts confirmed bookings into a structured execution pipeline. It is highly used majorly by the operations teams, who get real-time visibility into every element of each active tour.
Lead Intelligence Engine: The Lead Intelligence Engine evaluates enquiries and routes them to see where and to whom an enquiry needs to be assigned. For instance, more complex or high-value trips are handled by experienced advisors.
These systems have a way of working as connected layers instead of merely acting as standalone tools. In practice, it means every stage of a trip, whether it’s planning, validation, booking or on-ground execution, is linked. So, the systems allow the team to get complete visibility. Eventually, this is what results in ensuring smoother coordination and more reliable delivery for travellers.
The Thinking Behind the Recognition
Speaking on the approach, the company stated a clear difference, which highlighted how it uses AI within travel operations:
“Most platforms are using AI to help travellers plan better. We are using it to help our teams execute better. In multi-day travel, planning is expected. Reliable execution is what truly matters,” said a spokesperson at Thrillophilia.
At Thrillophilia, the operating model is built in a way that defines the division of roles. For instance, AI systems handle intelligence-driven processes. These include the ones ranging from itinerary creation and checking how viable the trip is to lead scoring and operational monitoring. Human travel experts and on-ground coordinators are assigned to take responsibility for delivery.
Experts at Thrillophilia are accountable for each AI-generated outcome separately to get to the final output. Balancing the AI efficiency with human ownership in such a manner is what truly forms the core of the company’s approach. This denotes how they manage complex travel experiences so well.
Key Highlights
More than 1 million travellers have been served for multi-day tours, within FY2021 and FY2025
₹500 crore and above in revenue with EBITDA profitability
Operations are found all across India, Europe, East Africa, Southeast Asia, and even further
Fully in-house AI stack covering itinerary building, feasibility checks, voice AI, trip management, conversation intelligence, and lead routing
Founded in Bangalore and headquartered in Jaipur
Award received at the ET Entrepreneur Awards 2026 in Mumbai

New Delhi [India], March 26: India’s energy sector is undergoing a structural transformation, driven by the dual need for sustainability and long-term energy security. Within this evolving landscape, leadership in clean energy is increasingly defined not only by ambition but also by the ability to execute at scale. Under the leadership of Ratul Puri, Hindustan Power has shared a roadmap to build a 5 GW energy portfolio by 2028; an initiative defined by strong strategy and disciplined execution.
The 5 GW vision is built on a balanced approach to energy development, integrating both renewable and transitional energy assets and requiring strong capabilities in project development, financing and on-ground execution. It aligns closely with India’s national target of achieving 500 GW of non-fossil fuel capacity by 2030, while also incorporating emerging sustainable technologies to support the transition to a low-carbon future.
With a strong national presence, the company is well positioned to develop and commission projects in response to the evolving demand.
Ratul Puri’s approach reflects a clear understanding that clean energy is not purely an environmental imperative, but also a strong economic opportunity. Achieving multi-gigawatt capacity requires not just capital investment, but also strong execution, disciplined operations and effective use of technology.
Hindustan Power’s approach reflects a diversified strategy toward building this capability. The planned portfolio is focused on solar and energy storage systems to support both scalability and reliability. This integrated model is designed to address one of the most critical challenges in renewable energy, intermittency, by combining generation with storage and system-level solutions.
Execution at this scale is backed by strong domestic presence and a proven project experience. The company commissioned India’s first 5 MW solar plant in 2010, followed by Asia’s first 30 MW solar PV plant in 2011. By 2013-14, it had grown into one of India’s prominent solar power developers, with over 500 MW of capacity and projects across states including Odisha, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, West Bengal, Punjab and Tamil Nadu.
In parallel, recent project developments indicate steady progress toward the 5 GW target. The company has recently secured nearly 1 GW of solar capacity along with over 750 MWh of energy storage projects, reinforcing its focus on integrated clean energy solutions. These projects include both standalone renewable installations and hybrid solutions combining solar generation with battery energy storage systems (BESS), reflecting a shift toward more resilient and dispatchable power systems.
A key pillar of this strategy is the focus on innovation and effective system integration. Rather than adding new capacity, the approach focuses on maintaining strong performance and reliability over a long period of time. Industry perspectives also suggest that leadership in energy infrastructure is now shaped by durability, system efficiency and the ability to adapt to evolving grid requirements.
Moreover, the execution of large-scale renewable projects in India continues to require coordinated efforts across land acquisition, grid connectivity and policy frameworks. Addressing these challenges is essential to accelerating deployment timelines and ensuring that clean energy capacity translates into reliable power delivery.
Commenting on this ambitious target, Mr. Ratul Puri, Chairman of Hindustan Power, said: “The global energy sector is undergoing a transformational shift and India stands at the forefront of this change. Hindustan Power is dedicated to advancing sustainable energy solutions while ensuring energy security and economic growth. Our vision of achieving a 5 GW portfolio is proof of our commitment to building a cleaner and more resilient energy future.“
India’s commitment to reducing its reliance on fossil fuels and achieving net-zero emissions by 2030 has created a fertile environment for public-private partnerships in the energy sector. Hindustan Power’s strategic expansion plan showcases the critical role of the private sector in supporting national climate goals and fostering sustainable economic growth.
In this context, the roadmap associated with Ratul Puri reflects a broader shift in the energy sector, from gradual expansion to more systematically planned large-scale transformation. The focus now goes beyond simply generating clean energy to building integrated systems that can deliver reliability, efficiency and sustainability at scale.
About Ratul Puri
Ratul Puri is the Chairman of Hindustan Power, an integrated power generation company with a strong presence in renewable and transitional energy. Over the years, Ratul Puri has been actively involved in developing large-scale energy infrastructure projects that support India’s growing power requirements and its transition toward cleaner energy sources.
About Hindustan Power:
Hindustan Power is a leading integrated power generation company in India with a focus on renewable and transitional energy generation. With a commitment to sustainability and innovation, the company has been an active contributor to India’s energy transformation.
