KMVN appoints Trip to Temples as official partner for Adi Kailash Yatra – Primex News Network

Route to open from June-October, bookings started.

New Delhi (India), April 22: In cheerful news for devotees of Lord Shiva, the Adi Kailash and Om mountains, equivalent to sacred mountain Kailash, will be accessible from June to October this year. The holy mountains could be visited via a motorable road without trekking. Adi Kailash, a replica of Mount Kailash located near the Indo-Tibetan border in the Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand, is also called Chhota Kailash or Baba Kailash. The Trip to Temples has started the registration process.

The eight-day religious circuit journey from Kathgodam will cover Adi Kailash, Om Parvat,Parvati Mukut, Brahma Parvat, Sheshnag Parvat, Shiva Temple, Parvati Sarovar, Gaurikund, Patal Bhubaneshwar Pandava Fort, Kunti Parvat, Pandava Parvat and Veda Vyas Cave.

The Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam Limited (KMVN) has collaborated with Noida-based Trip to Temples to organize a safe and hassle-free journey for the devotees with the best comforts. KMVN general manager AP Bajpai says, “We have constantly been striving to connect this yatra to more and more people and hope that those who were unable to travel to Adi Kailash due to difficult walking trek of 200 km will now be able to visit via the new road.” He added that the Government of India (GoI) and the Government of Uttarakhand (GoU), and the Border Road Construction Department are constructing a national highway up to Nabhidhang and Jolingkong, which will remove the walking component in the journey. He added that the initiative would also help boost tourism and employment.

With the third year of uncertainty over the Kailash MansarovarYatra, organized by the Government of India, Adi Kailash is the best option for the pilgrims. Mount Kailash is in Tibet Autonomous Region in China and only a few people can visit it either through KMVN or India tour operators on a group vias, but there are no such restrictions for Adi Kailash.

KMVN MD Narendra Singh Bhandari says, “The efforts will also promote local employment and homestays that we have built-in collaboration with our people and give tourists a glimpse of our culture. The yatra will be an amalgamation of religious and cultural tourism.”

Trip to Temples founder Vikas Mishra says, “We will be offering various options to the devotees including customized trips and facilities like Havan and Puja allowing them to spend maximum time as per their devotion. With the KMVN expertise on board, we assure pilgrims’ safety and convenience from weather uncertainties.” He added that gullible devotees could understand the aura of these beautiful peaks and urged people to explore this sacred home of Lord Shiva.

For those unaware of the mythological importance, Adi Kailash was his first stop when Lord Shiva came to marry Goddess Parvati with a wedding procession. The place is so close to him that he lived here from time to time with Goddess Parvati and the latter’s bathing place – Parvati Sarovar is a testimony too. Surrounded by the borders of three countries, the place’s reference could be found in the texts of Mahabharata, Ramayana, and Brihat Purana. While Lord Shiva resided at Mount Kailash (located in Tibet Autonomous Region) with his family, Adi Kailash is considered his second home.

New Delhi (India), April 22: The Museum of Prime Ministers at the Nehru Memorial Museum and Library by Tagbin is a marvelous display of the journey India has taken, through the lens of the various Prime Ministers through the eras. The Tagbin team, which consists of designers, project management consultants, and technology consultants, has designed a state-of-the-art display of the achievements of the Prime Ministers over the last 75 years.

The museum is the perfect amalgamation of history and art, with immersive digital technology bringing the words and lives of the Prime Ministers alive. On 14 April 2022, the Prime Minister- Narendra Modi, along with the Tagbin team, unveiled the museum for the masses to witness a new era of historical spectacle.

75 years of history in 7.5 hours

The museum houses 7.5 hours of immersive content and is a detailed walk-through of every Prime Minister’s vision for the country. Revisiting the past is great for peeking into the future and knowing how the nation has been shaped by the previous leaders of the country.

The entire museum is a spectacle to witness — with an entrance that is adorned with a 3D printed National Emblem rotating in the air. To add to the appeal is an artistic mobile installation of Multiple Kinetic LED lights suspended from the ceiling. It immerses the onlooker in a kaleidoscope of patterns of the marvelous Tiranga and sets the mood for the rest of the visit, and leads people to the displays.

The museum is an immersive sensory experience and an accessible one at that. Each guest can choose their handheld audio device and select their preferred language; making it a truly 360 experience which consists of smart voice-overs, impressive visuals, and cutting-edge technology.

The audio guide isn’t just inclusive, it is also one of the most advanced audio guides made by the finest technologist in the country. The audio auto-syncs to the exhibits and helps people navigate the large expanse of the museum with indoor navigation.

Tagbin has paid attention to the micro-details. An IoT connected through MMS helps control exhibits, updates content, and sends health statuses and updates to take the utmost care of the visitor.

The reception is embellished with a levitating image of the National Emblem while the logo of the Sangrahalaya shows multiple hands holding the dharma chakra — symbolizing the nation and democracy.

A time machine has been installed to take the people back in time to help them relive the words of every Prime Minister. From the path-breaking speech by Prime Minister Nehru (‘Tryst with Destiny’) to a room dedicated to understanding the making of the constitution, the museum has it all.

The museum re-connects the past by showcasing the in-depth lives of every Prime Minister so far and reconciles it with the future by displaying policies and amendments for the betterment of every citizen.

A team of tech professionals, a timeless journey

This isn’t Tagbin’s first tryst with immersive technology-based museums, but it is one of its most ambitious projects. The company has pioneered a new standard for holographic displays in the country. It has built its reputation as “an experiential company that provides end-to-end experiential technology solutions to turn spaces into digital and interactive spaces”.

The team comprises the finest technicians who are also self-described historic enthusiasts. They were inspired by each Prime Minister’s footprint in the country over the last 75 years. The mark that every Prime Minister has left on the country has changed the course of the country, and the fact that they all hail from various backgrounds is an inspiration that took form when building the museum.

The Museum of Prime Ministers is on the Teen Murti Marg, New Delhi, 110011. It is open to the public in the summer from 10 am to 6 pm. Accessibility for all has been ensured. Ramps along with free wheelchair access are available at all times in Buildings I and II. All lifts in the building can accommodate manual as well as motorized wheelchairs.

Tagbin’s CEO and Design & Technology Consultant of this Sangrahalaya, Mr. Saurav Bhaik says “This is a first of its kind museum, with the most advanced Audio Guide system which acts as a personal tour guide on the journey. Visitors receive a headset and earphones in the kit. As the visitor walks, this multi-lingual audio guide, auto syncs with exhibits and assists in navigating through the museum. Visitors can even customize their tour according to their time and convenience.”

In his recent contribution to noble events, Sahil Seth served as the guest of honour at the BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI)’s Second Annual Summit on the theme of Achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by Women Empowerment, which was held in Delhi on April 11. He was also appointed as the Honorary Advisor to BRICS from 2020 to 2023 leading the association of five major national economies including India, China, Brazil, Russia, and South Africa founded in the year 2009.

In a world where sustainability is the aim, there can never be a better option than channelizing the energy and work of women. So, Sahil Seth kept his wide horizon of views that supports women, gender equality and brings light to the world with sustainability. When a woman is empowered, an entire generation is empowered along with her. Thus, it is important to educate, acknowledge and bring more women to light, so that a better world is created. Breaking the bias at work, women share an equal amount of cerebral status with men, bringing better ideas and methods. Additionally, the understanding a woman has of work-life balance is also greater than existing genders. So, parallel sustainable goals should be chartered.

Other than Sahil Seth, several other notable dignitaries like Meenakshi Lekhi, the Hon’ble Minister of Culture, Government of India, HE Mariana Pacheco Montes, the Ambassador of Colombia to India, and Ria A Sital, the Ambassador of the Republic of Suriname to India, NRAA, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Garima Bhatnagar, Spl.CP Intelligence (Delhi) was present at the summit. Notable dignitaries and professionals from various renowned institutions were also present at this summit.

Sahil Seth has always been known for his enlightening thoughts that have the power to evoke a change. He himself has been working in several organizations to bring a plethora of changes to the society we live in. He also runs his non-profit organisation by the name, “Prasara Care Foundation” (an Indian-based organisation that works for the welfare of poor and orphan children and senior citizens). The organization aims in giving a feeling of home to all the ones seeking shelter there as they are actually away and distanced from their homes. They aim to deliver rights for senior citizens such as Universal Pension, quality Healthcare, action against Elder Abuse, and many more. Prasara Care Foundation also believes in providing effective channels for financial donations, meals, education, clothing, medical help, and community development and work towards self-sufficiency. They also believe in empowering all the ones who are seeking homage in their organization. Thus, they focus on several skill-based training workshops, Volunteer Programs for Children and Senior Citizens, Adoption of Senior Citizens, and Adoption of struggling artists in association with CINTAA amongst many others. Sahil Seth and Prasara organization feels that all of these people would feel included only when they feel self-empowered. So, more such like activities are designed. Some of these include Skill development in orphan kids, planning plantation drive on environment day (5th June), Food distribution drive on weekly basis, and Identifying talent among orphan kids. The organization has also helped many cancer kids and is in the process of helping more.

Followed by his association with BRICS, he got appointed as the Honorary President of the Delphic Council of Maharashtra which was first founded in 1994 as an NGO for promoting art & culture. WWF and USI organised a Successful Seminar on War Disabled Personnel of Indian Armed Forces – Primex News Network

New Delhi (India), April 20: The War Wounded Foundation, a registered charitable Non-Government Organisation (NGO), had organised a comprehensive seminar, in concert with USI of India, the oldest ‘Think Tank’ of India, at the USI Auditorium in New Delhi on 19 April 2022. The subject covered related to the challenges and concerns of War-Disabled personnel of the three services.

A galaxy of highly experienced officers from the army dilated on various aspects of the subject, bringing out how the war-disabled personnel need to be recognised as a separate group, in the same manner as those Killed in Action (KIA), wrongly referred to as “Martyrs” for electoral purposes.  More than one Panellist emphasised the need for government agencies at both Centre and states levels to empathise with the war-disabled, give them recognition as a separate group and honour them for their sacrifices made on many battlefields.

The aim of honouring the war disabled soldiers and giving visibility to the Foundation and its work were fully achieved. Nearly 100 war disabled personnel, some in wheel chairs and crutches had participated in the Seminar.

The Chief Guest at the Seminar was General V P Malik, PVSM, AVSM, Former Chief of Army Staff, under whose command and directions, the Kargil War was fought and won. In his inaugural Address, he emphasised the importance of war-disabled personnel, bringing out that if the war-disabled are not assisted, helped and indeed honoured, future volunteers may think twice before opting to join the armed forces.

During his address, Lt Gen Vijay Oberoi, President War Wounded Foundation and Former Vice Chief of Army Staff, who himself is a war disabled officer of the 1965 India-Pakistan War, sporting an artificial leg for over 50 years, chaired an important session dealing with the need for the war-disabled leading an honouable life, standing on their feet and becoming financially independent. Gen Oberoi had lost his leg in the 1965 War with Pakistan, but he had soldiered on, competing with his peers and superannuated as the VCOAS of the Indian Army.

He was not the only war-disabled officer who had competed with their peers and had held highly important appointments in the armed forces. One of the speakers, Gen Bhupesh Jain pointed out that the entire gamut of family, education, military training and service in different parts of the country, besides the self-confidence of the individual himself and the support of his colleagues comrades and units all contribute to the mental make-up of a war-disabled person.

Maj Gen Deepak Sapra, SM, who has extensive experience of serving in many appointments in the army as well as in the corporate word  laid out a workable blue print  on the very important subject of formulating a dynamic data base of the war-disabled to formalise the need for creating a separate group, which is lacking today.

Lt Gen Arvind Dutta, PVSM, AVSM, VSM, former Adjutant General of the Indian Army emphasised that the war-disabled must not be ignored as it will affect the intake of future soldiers, sailors and airmen adversely.  He also cogently brought out ways and means to reach out and accord recognition to all war-disabled personnel.

All speakers were unanimous in their views in praising the War Disabled Personnel for their selfless service to the Nation and exhorted each member to continue to achieve skills to make their own dreams come true, so that they can stand on their feet. He also assured them of all help and support from the army.

During the two breaks in the proceedings for tea and lunch, there was extensive bonding, relating of experiences and informal interaction with the war-disabled personnel about their experiences.

A brave lady who not only had fought and won her various disabilities, Deepa Malik, belonging to a military family, could unfortunately not participate in the Seminar due to a medical emergency. Deepa, a Padam Shri recipient has brought laurels to the nation in participating and winning a large number of medals in many events in the para Olympics and other sports tournaments. A recipient of the Major Dyan Chand Khel Ratna Award of 2019, she is currently the President of the Paralympic Committee of India.

Two war-disabled personnel, Hony Capt P Dyalan, SM and Naik Dharamvir shared their war experiences and post-disabiity challenges; Their presentations were very well received.

Overall, the Seminar was a great success and achieved all its aims, thanks to the efforts of those who participated in the Seminar. The Seminar also marked the change of hierarchy of the War Wounded Foundation, whereby the pioneers of the Foundation handed over the reins to a younger Team, headed by Lt Gen Asit Mistry, former Commandant of the National Defence Academy.

Details of the Foundation are available at the website of the Foundation at  warwounded.org.

New Delhi (India), April 20: India is preparing to become a global player in the life sciences, fueled by its recent economic boom and a drive to diversify its portfolio with biotechnology. In this article, we look at India’s biological research history, current situation, and expected future growth. India’s greatest difficulty in realizing its ambitions will be to educate, recruit, and support the next generation of scientists. Such issues concern the United States and Europe, but they are especially acute in developing countries that are rushing to achieve scientific brilliance at a rate that may be faster than their current educational and faculty support institutions would allow.

Biotechnology is an important component of India’s national health agenda and a potential source of economic growth. Recognizing the critical role that biology will play in the twenty-first century, the Indian government is expanding and establishing several new biological research institutes, which will result in the creation of several new roles for life science experts. Funds are increasingly becoming accessible for cutting-edge equipment, reducing the formerly significant discrepancy in support facilities between India’s best research institutes and those in the United States and Europe. India is becoming a more attractive site for biological research and a rich base for emerging biotechnology businesses. However, until India attracts and encourages its 6 brightest young people to pursue research, success will not be proportional to the amount of money invested.

Many academic institutions and businesses in the United States and Europe are looking to collaborate with India, the world’s largest democratic country. Having Indian scientists on their faculty or postdoctoral fellows/graduate students in their laboratories has long been beneficial to Western institutions (perhaps benefitting more than India itself). Western scientists, on the other hand, have a limited understanding of India’s scientific and educational systems.

There are about 800 medical and healthcare R&D institutions in India, as well as 575 medical colleges, 350 universities, over 15,000 pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical enterprises, and an uncountable number of healthcare entities and diagnostics laboratories that handle biomedical material. To govern biotechnology research, there are biosafety committees, a review committee on genetic manipulation, and a genetic engineering advisory group.

Companies are actively working on pharmaceuticals that must be used for an extended period of time, a departure from the conventional idea of minimal medication and quick recovery.

At 2003, USA Today reported on hundreds of diseases caused by humans coming into touch with germs in US biolabs in the US and other parts of the world, including the Middle East, Southeast Asia, CIS countries, and Africa. To evade the gaze of the law, it’s reasonable to imagine that US biolabs have completely moved such risky operations out of the US and into these other regions.

Given the lack of rules and oversight in India, American biolabs appear to have free reign to undertake trials and experiments. Even from Indian official inspection authorities, most such operations are well guarded and kept secret. Because American biolabs are concerned about public backlash and class action lawsuits in the United States, they have decided to conduct their trials in less regulated third-world nations such as India.

For example, India welcomes foreign investment and is ready to turn a blind eye when biotech companies undertake dangerous trials on an uninformed, ignorant, and illiterate population. It’s worth noting that the people chosen for trials are frequently from the poorest parts of society, with little knowledge of the law, the testing procedure, or access to legal counsel.

According to the Indian defence establishment, the Surat plague in 1994, which killed 55 people and forced half of the city’s population to flee, was an example of biolab leakage. Various news sources from the time mention the American CDC. There were allegations that CDC labs in Almaty, Kazakhstan, had created a germ with an additional protein ring.

For example, at a cost of $107,000, the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency financed three-year research effort on the highly pathogenic Avian Influenza virus was carried out in Haryana, Kerala, and Odisha. The project’s purpose was to gather HPAI positive samples in order to assess the disease’s spread and strength.

This isn’t a one-off occurrence. At 2019, investigations showed that the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) had secretly financed Nipah Virus research in a BSL2 laboratory in Karnataka. Because the virus is so deadly, these testing can only be performed in a BSL4 level lab.

Between 1967 and 1973, the US Army collaborated with the Bombay Natural History Society in India to perform a Migratory Animal Pathological Survey. The Indian Parliament eventually objected, citing concerns that the study could be used for bio-warfare, forcing the initiative to be halted.

The Northeastern states of Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, and Tripura were also targeted by American laboratories. The US Ministry of Defense’s Defense Threat Reduction Agency conducted an Ebola research project in these areas, collecting human and bat blood. The National Center for Biological Sciences in Bangalore conducted the experiments.

It is all too clear that India, like other third-world and developing countries, is a puppet in the hands of US biopharmaceutical companies that are abusing regulatory procedures and abusing their financial power to do whatever they want, regardless of the repercussions. This must be changed. India should adopt tighter restrictions and control for such facilities conducting trials or research in the country in order to protect India from suffering from potential biological dangers.
