    Udaipur (Rajasthan) [India], July 7: Heritage Girls School successfully hosted the 5th edition of TEDxHeritageGirlsSchool with an audience of about 100 attendees. The goal was to bring together bright minds to express innovative, original, and focused ideas on a wide range of subjects, to foster learning, inspire action & provoke conversations that matter.

    It was a session full of bright speakers with ideas that were engaging and thought-provoking, speakers who put forth thoughts, some so simple that made you wonder how it never occurred to you. On the other hand, some ideas made you wonder how such an idea could ever take shape and come alive!

    The opening ceremony had Rhythm Bahrani singing the soulful number– Imagine by John Lennon, beautifully rendered, a warm-up song that kept the audience rapt.

    The first speaker was Mr. Varun Behl, MD & Co-founder of Kebabs & Curries Co. He spoke of his journey as an entrepreneur that has now culminated in having 18 outlets within eight years with seven brands in Rajasthan, an example of sheer achievement.

    Hittesh Patel, the second speaker, was more of a performer. The audience was treated to a delightful performance along with the gripping saga of initial rejection, struggles, tears, pain and the ultimate appreciation from International artists like Anthony Lee & Mike Song. Immensely inspiring, his message to all was to create your own space even if you are rejected a few times; ultimately, you will be recognized.

    The third speaker Ms. Archana Surana established vital pathways in specialized streams of Design Education. With so many young people aspiring to enter Designing as a career, her talk enthralled the students in the audience.

    Heritage Girls School student Ms. Ishmeher Kaur spoke poignantly about the concerns and worries of young people passing out of school this year. Stark images on television of expatriate students being air-lifted from foreign shores post Ukraine – Russia conflict have filled students aspiring for an education overseas with fear and uncertainty. She exhorted governments to make countries safer for study and for doing business; her talk was refreshingly candid, her appeal genuine.

    14-year-old Alvira Tripathi came in next. A young mountaineer who has climbed the base of Mount Everest at the age of 9, and Mount Kilimanjaro at 11, her speech reflected the challenges and trials that risk-takers inevitably face. She spoke about the need to introduce compulsory adventure into the school curriculum to keep young people engaged and encourage them to explore newer avenues of discovery.

    A restless young thing, Alvira’s entrepreneurial streak led her to create a knowledge-based Board game for 7 – 14-year-olds, Know On the Go. Her social initiative on Water Aerators is helping the community save almost 4000 litres of water every day, and she feels this is just the beginning; her advice to all students is to start young and never to trust their fears, as they don’t know your strengths.

    Our sixth speaker was Dr. Chinu Kwatra, a humanitarian who fights against child hunger through his NGO ROTI GHAR. Once aspiring to be in the army, he inspired us with his talk about his journey until he reached his self-motivated career path as an NGO.

    Ms Vibha Kagzi came in next. She is the founder & CEO of ReachIvy.com, a leading education & student advisory. She is keen to advise students on their college selections and interests. She has published a book called “Break the MBA Code”.

    The piece de resistance was undoubtedly the Guest of Honor, Maharaj Kumar Sahib Lakshyaraj Singh Ji Mewar. Philanthropist, educationist, sports patron, business Leader and six times Guinness World Records Holder. Maharaj Kumar Sahib Lakshyaraj Singh Ji Mewar of Udaipur exhorted the audience, “Don’t be so serious that you lose the essence of Life”.

    The evening ended with plenty of fodder for thought! The AV room at Heritage Girls School was a bubbling cauldron of ideas waiting to be explored!

    July 7: The global economy is in entering into a recession state. Recently the S&P 500, the stock market index for the top 500 performing companies in the United States, confirmed that the market is in a bear market state. The United States is currently the world’s largest economy and they are going to try the nation from slipping into a recession state. To do this the United States Federal Reserve is going to push for higher interest rates which would potentially lead different world economies into a state of pandemonium. The market has fallen for the past week straight leading to a frenzy. The S&P plummet by 21.8%. Experts are expecting people’s purchasing power to diminish over time. All of this sounds grim for the digital marketing industry.

    Let us take a deeper look into how the looming global recession is going to potentially affect the digital advertising ecosystem. During the peak of the pandemic, ad-buying had increased by 38% compared to the previous year (2019) but in 2022 a deceleration in terms of ad buying is visible. A massive reason for the deceleration in advertising ad spend is because China accounts for 20% of ad spend and the ongoing war in Ukraine has had an adverse effect too. According to a recent statistic by GroupM e-commerce sales grew only by 6.7% in 2022 compared to the previous years. This has been the slowest growth rate noticed in the e-commerce industry since 2020. Additionally, GroupM predicted that consumer price inflation is going to soar upwards of 7%.

    Despite these turn of events, the large agencies Zenith, MAGNA, and GroupM recently released their mid-year reports and all of them have noted an increase in their advertising spend for 2022. This provides hope to brands and advertisers of all sizes. Zenith is predicting a $33 billion increase in advertising spend across different digital platforms. Online advertising on OTT (Over-the-top) and CTV (Connected TV) is a big growth factor for a lot of agencies and brands. It is predicted that global advertising expenditure on online video advertising is to rise from $62 billion to $94 billion by 2024. The advertising industry has severely decreased its spending on TV ads this is because the younger generation is engaging more with different OTT platforms. Concurrently, advertisers find it easier to measure the success of campaigns on CTV and OTT compared to traditional TV.

    Another space where advertising expenditure is set to increase is podcasting and online radio. It has been a market that has not been completely tapped into yet. MAGNA, the ad giant, claims it will be increasing its spending by 5.7% in 2022 on audio advertising. Additionally, MAGNA is forecasting its advertising revenue will grow by 9.2% in 2022. Along with CTV and OTT, out-of-home advertising is expected to grow as people are beginning to travel and spend more. In other words, brands are cramming to get their ads up on different types of OOH ads.

    In India, the advertising budgets for 2022-2023 are said to increase by 20% despite inflation being around the corner. Companies like Maruti Suzuki are said to increase their advertising budgets through the remainder of the year. Large FMCG companies are increasing their pricing and passing on the cost to the consumers ensuring they are protected at all times. A number of companies in India would want to ensure that they can keep their expenses low during the inflation period.

    A different aspect to also keep in mind is that all the major advertising agencies, trading desks, and global brands are at a critical junction given that Google is set to depreciate its cookie-based targeting by 2023. Audience-based targeting tools are going to be sunset and brands are on the hunt for other alternatives. Budget allocations need to be made for market testing and product fit to ensure that it will yield the best results. With the impending inflation, advertisers need to ensure that they are able to safely carry out their day-to-day operations as per normal.

    Only time will tell whether brands, advertisers, and ad tech companies are able to make it through the inflation period unhinged.

    The Mazar-e-Aqdas (Holy Tomb), Aastana e Aaliya Dargah Sharif of Hazrat Khwaja Garib Nawaz (R.A.) always remained under the custody and care of the Khadim community from the very beginning, which proves that they are the Custodians (Khadim, Gaddi Nashin) of the Holy Shrine (Mazar-e-Aqdas) in the true sense of the word. All the Rituals & Traditions (Rasam) of the Mazar-e-Aqdas (Holy Shrine) are performed by Khadims alone.

    The keys of the Holy Shrine have been in the custody of the Khadims since inception according to our Ancestors’ centuries-old Kalid Baridari system. They are the Hereditary Key Holder of Dargah Sharif Ajmer.

    Only the Khadims have the Privilege to open The Door (after giving Azaan at the doorstep of the Shrine) & close the doors of the Holy Shrine for Centuries in Religious & Hereditary Capacity.

    Khadims are the only ones entitled to take Zaireen (Pilgrims) for Ziarat (Darshan) at the Holy Shrine, and they have the right to receive all kinds of Nazar & Niyaz (offerings) at the Holy Shrine (Mazar-e-Aqdas) of Huzoor Khwaja Gharib Nawaz (R.A.).

Built natively on the Sales Cloud, COEM allows real estate companies to record, store, manage, and assess their records on a single unified platform. The software caters specifically to the small and medium businesses that are willing to drive digitization.

    COEM is designed to handle processes related to sales and loan management for businesses operating in the real estate industry. Some of the key features of COEM include:

    The sales aspect of the application allows users to add the acquired leads to an automated sales pipeline, nurture them, and carry out personalized interactions with them to close deals.
