  • AppX Exits Science and Fun and Other Creator Ventures

AppX Exits Science and Fun and Other Creator Ventures

New Delhi [India], April 10: AppX has officially exited all creator-led businesses, including its investment in the popular YouTube channel Science and Fun.

AppX has divested its stakes, enabling a smooth exit for five major educational YouTube channels, including Science and Fun, ISAC, Theory of Physics, BioGuru, and Physics by Pankaj Sir, reaching millions of subscribers.

This strategic move is aimed at strengthening the company’s focus on B2B services, ensuring neutrality, and eliminating potential conflicts of interest in the industry.

“As we grow more into the B2B realm with creators, we have decided to cut off all our investments from the creator space. We are ending this on a very good note with all the creators, however, we believe there is a lot of room for growth in the B2B segment for us, and we want to maintain our neutrality in this domain.” – Sameer Sadana, CEO of AppX.

    Background

Over the past decade, the creator economy has witnessed a significant shift, with many YouTubers expanding beyond ad revenue to monetize their expertise through premium content such as online courses. Recognizing this evolving trend, AppX played a pivotal role in enabling creators to scale their ventures by providing essential financial and operational support.

To facilitate this transition, AppX offered initial capital to YouTubers, covering critical aspects such as Course Production, Hiring Teams, Managing Operations, Office Setup and Technology Infrastructure. AppX would retain a stake in course revenue and the YouTube channels in exchange for this, offering creators financial support while managing business complexities, allowing them to focus on high-value content.

Why AppX Decided to Exit the Creator Investment Space?

    • Competitor Concerns – As AppX invested in YouTube channels, some B2B partners raised concerns about potential conflicts of interest, despite the company maintaining ethical business practices.
    • Strengthening Neutrality – To ensure industry-wide trust and maintain an unbiased position, AppX made the strategic decision to step away from direct creator investments.
    • Clearer Business Focus – B2B solutions provide greater scalability and align more effectively with AppX’s long-term vision for sustainable growth and innovation.

    Seamless Transition, Stronger Future

As of April 2025, AppX is completing its divestment from five major YouTube education channels, refocusing entirely on B2B growth. This move allows AppX to innovate in digital solutions while ensuring that creators regain full control of their content and revenue.

    • Science and Fun – Engaging science content for all ages and k-12 students.
    • ISAC NMS – In-depth iit jee education.
    • BioGuru – Comprehensive biology education for Neet.
    • Physics by Pankaj Sir – High-quality physics instruction for regional boards.

AppX facilitated a smooth divestment, enabling creators to regain full ownership and scale independently. With no disruption to content or engagement, this move reinforced AppX’s commitment to a responsible exit. Now fully focused on B2B solutions, AppX is driving innovation to support businesses and creators, marking a new phase of growth.

    What’s Next for AppX?

As AppX transitions to a fully B2B model, it aims to be a leading technology partner for creators, educators, and businesses. The focus is on custom mobile apps, SEO-optimized websites, and scalable learning platforms with AI-driven engagement, secure payments, and advanced analytics. By embracing B2B, AppX is driving innovation, fostering trust-based partnerships, and shaping the future of digital content and online education.

  • Bangalore Student Secures Admit at University of Chicago

Bangalore Student Secures Admit at University of Chicago

Bangalore (Karnataka) [India], April 7: For Aashman, securing admission to the University of Chicago — his dream school — under Early Decision (ED) is a major personal milestone. Ranked in the top 20 universities globally with an acceptance rate of less than 5%, UChicago is known for its intellectual intensity and bold ideas. But for Aashman, it’s not just about the prestige — it’s about finding a place where his curiosity can run free, where questions matter as much as answers, and where his passion for science and environment can thrive and bloom.

A student at the Canadian International School Bangalore, an IB school known for its academic focus, Aashman has always pushed the boundaries of learning. His love for science and economics isn’t confined to textbooks; it’s a living, breathing part of his everyday life, from late-night problem-solving sessions to thought experiments inspired by Feynman and Einstein.

One of Aashman’s most impressive academic feats was his role as a Student Researcher at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. His research, published in a leading journal IRJMETS, focused on creating a sustainability function for the Indian aviation sector. Using Python, he game-theoretically modeled various variables and identified optimal government policies, merging scientific concepts with real-world applications.

As a Web Development Intern at NavGurukul—a nonprofit providing tech education to underprivileged girls— Aashman helped develop the UI/UX for Samyarth.org, a platform connecting 900+ girls with employment opportunities in technology. He also contributed to Sama, a sub-agency encouraging companies to recycle idle tech hardware, combining technical expertise with social responsibility.

Aashman’s leadership shone through at CISTheta, his high school’s math society and magazine club. Under his leadership, the club published two annual volumes totaling over 160 pages, featuring 21 research papers. He raised funds to print and distribute 120+ hard copies and initiated an international collaboration with Mu Alpha Theta for the third volume.

His passion for sustainability extended to founding the Canadian International School Gardening Club. As President, he organized weekly workshops on sustainability and raised funds for a prototype greenhouse, designed to offset the school’s carbon footprint each year. His hands-on approach inspired fellow students to take environmental action.

Despite his busy schedule, Aashman finds solace in music. A pianist since 2012 and a member of DJ Nitro Music, he has performed eight times at high school events, old age homes, and orphanages. His repertoire includes classics like Turkish March and Moonlight Sonata, along with three original compositions. His talent earned him international recognition from the Association for Music in International Schools (AMIS).

Reflecting on his journey, Aashman acknowledges the crucial role EZ Scholar played in shaping his profile and strengthening his  application. “Their insights into crafting a compelling application and highlighting my achievements made all the difference,” he shares.

When asked about his future, Aashman confidently states that he wants to start his own venture exploring sustainable computer technology. It’s a vision rooted in his passion for science and sustainability, aiming to create innovative solutions that balance technological advancement with environmental consciousness.

As Aashman prepares to embark on his next academic chapter at the University of Chicago, he carries with him not only his love for Physics but also a strong sense of purpose. His blend of scientific brilliance, leadership in research and sustainability, and creative expression through music paints a picture of a well-rounded individual ready to make a meaningful impact.

With his intellectual curiosity and determination, Aashman is set to explore new horizons and push boundaries, not just in college but in every endeavor he pursues. His story is a testament to the power of passion, perseverance, and the relentless pursuit of knowledge.

  • World Health Day 2025: Expert Advice on Starting Healthy and Building a Bright Future

World Health Day 2025: Expert Advice on Starting Healthy and Building a Bright Future

New Delhi [India], April 7: World Health Day 2025 serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of health in shaping our future. This year’s theme emphasizes the significance of healthy beginnings, recognizing that the foundation of good health starts early in life. Experts agree that making informed, healthy choices from childhood through adulthood not only enhances our well-being but also sets the stage for a brighter, more sustainable future. In this article, we’ll explore key insights and practical advice from health professionals on how to foster healthy habits and build a better tomorrow for ourselves and future generations.

    1. Dr S S Murthy, Director & HOD – Cardiology, Ayushman Hospital and Health Services, Dwarka, New Delhi

Healthy living is a blend of good habits and behaviors that support overall physical, mental, and emotional well-being. For physical health, focus on a balanced diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Include regular exercise—at least 150 minutes of moderate or 75 minutes of vigorous activity per week. Ensure 7–9 hours of sleep each night and stay hydrated by drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily.

To support mental health, practice stress management through meditation, yoga, or deep breathing. Build strong social connections with family and friends, and engage in self-care activities like reading or relaxing baths. Emotional health improves with a positive attitude, self-compassion, and maintaining healthy relationships.

Adopt other healthy habits such as regular health check-ups, avoiding tobacco, excessive alcohol, and recreational drugs. Practice good hygiene, especially handwashing during flu season, and stay on track with organization tools like calendars and to-do lists.

Incorporating these habits into your routine promotes overall wellness and enhances your quality of life.

    2. Dr Rahul Agrawal, MBBS DNB Medicine, Dr NB Gastroenterology, Senior Consultant Gastroenterologist, Liver Superspecialist, Liver Transplant Physician and Therapeutic Endoscopist, Fellow Hardward Medical University, Surat

Good health starts from within, and a healthy gut lays the foundation for lifelong well-being. Our digestive system does more than just process food—it influences immunity, metabolism, and even mental health. What we eat today determines our health tomorrow. A balanced diet rich in fiber, probiotics, and essential nutrients supports a strong gut microbiome, reducing the risk of digestive disorders and chronic illnesses.

Hydration, regular physical activity, and stress management play equally vital roles in maintaining optimal gut function.

Small lifestyle changes—such as mindful eating, avoiding processed foods, and ensuring adequate sleep—can significantly improve digestive health. Staying Away from Alcohol and Obesity Will keep Your Liver Safe.  Regular health check-ups including COLONOSCOPY – Endoscopy of Large Intestine (after age of 50) help in early detection and prevention of gastrointestinal issues.

On World Health Day 2025, let’s pledge to make smarter dietary and lifestyle choices. Investing in gut health today ensures a vibrant, disease-free future. After all, a healthy beginning leads to a brighter and healthier life ahead!”

I ALWAYS Say, “Pachantantra swasth to Zindagi Mast”.

    3. Prof Dr G.S. Prabudoss,  Director & Chief Consultant, Surgical Gastroenterology, Minimally invasive & Endobariatric Surgery , Chennai Obesity and Gastro Surgeons Centre, Chennai. Tamil Nadu

Prof Dr G.S. Prabudoss, a renowned Surgical Gastroenterologist and Bariatric Surgeon at Chennai Obesity & Gastro Surgeons Centre, emphasizes the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle:

“Embracing a healthy lifestyle today lays the foundation for a vibrant and disease-free future. Regular physical activity, balanced nutrition, and routine medical check-ups are essential components of preventive healthcare.”

He also highlights the advancements in endoscopic procedures offered at their center: “Our center is proud to offer painless endoscopy for adults without any sedation as a day-care procedure, ensuring patient comfort and swift recovery.”

On World Health Day 2025, Dr Prabudoss encourages individuals to prioritize their well-being: “Investing in your health is the most valuable commitment you can make. Let’s work together towards a healthier and brighter future.”

*Note: Painless endoscopy without sedation is a growing trend in medical practice, offering benefits such as reduced preparation and recovery times. This approach minimizes discomfort and eliminates the risks associated with general anesthesia.

    4. Dr Sachinder Jain Nawal, MBBS, DCH, MD, Pediatric, DM (chest + Resp), International Postgraduate, Pediatric Certification, Consultant at Sunrise Hospital and Arihant Hospital, Gurugram

A child’s early years are pivotal in establishing a foundation for lifelong health and well-being. Ensuring timely immunizations is crucial, as they protect against life-threatening diseases like polio, measles, and diphtheria. Adhering to the recommended vaccination schedule not only safeguards individual children but also contributes to community-wide herd immunity, reducing the prevalence of preventable diseases.

Equally important is providing a balanced diet rich in essential nutrients. Incorporating diverse food groups—fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and dairy—supports physical growth, cognitive development, and overall health. Establishing healthy eating habits early can prevent chronic illnesses and promote lifelong wellness.

Additionally, managing digital screen time is vital. While technology offers educational benefits, excessive screen exposure can negatively impact physical health, social skills, and development. Parents should set clear boundaries, encourage regular breaks, and promote physical activities to ensure a balanced lifestyle.

By focusing on these key areas—timely vaccinations, balanced nutrition, and moderated screen time—we can provide our children with a robust foundation for a healthy and bright future.

    5. Dr Naveen Chettupalli, MBBS, DNB – Pediatrics’ Pediatrician – Consultant Pediatrician & Managing Director at Sravani Hospital, Hyderabad

Optimal maternal and neonatal health is fundamental to lifelong well-being. The 2025 World Health Day theme underscores the urgency of reducing preventable maternal and neonatal mortality through evidence-based interventions.

Globally, over 300,000 maternal deaths and 2 million neonatal fatalities occur annually, largely due to inadequate prenatal care, intrapartum complications, and preventable infections. Strengthening healthcare infrastructure, ensuring skilled birth attendance, and promoting early neonatal care can significantly improve outcomes.

Additionally, addressing maternal nutrition, managing comorbidities, and enhancing access to reproductive health services are imperative. Holistic policies that integrate maternal health with broader public health strategies are essential for sustained impact.

As pediatricians, our role extends beyond treatment—we must advocate for systemic reforms, equitable healthcare access, and community-driven initiatives to ensure every child’s right to a healthy start, ultimately shaping a healthier global future.

    6. Dr Sudheer Penchala MBBS, M.D-General Medicine, D.M-Neurology (SRMC-Chennai) Advanced Fellowship In Pain Management – Kolkata International Neuro Palliative Care Fellowship-Manipal University, Senior Consultant Neurologist Neuro Palliative Care Physician, Pain Specialist And

Dr Sudheer Penchala, a neurologist and Dr Balaraju Naidu, an orthopedic practicing at Onus Robotic hospital Hyderabad emphasizes the profound impact of early life experiences on brain development and long-term well-being. In line with World Health Day 2025’s theme, “Healthy beginnings, hopeful futures,” he advocates for establishing consistent daily routines, such as regular sleep patterns and shared family activities, to foster cognitive and emotional growth. Incorporating omega-3 fatty acids, found in fish, into children’s diets has been associated with improved behavior and social skills. Additionally, for expectant mothers, early intake of folic acid supplements is linked to enhanced verbal and behavioral outcomes in children. By prioritizing these elements—structured routines, balanced nutrition, and prenatal care—families can lay a strong foundation for their children’s cognitive and emotional development, ensuring healthier and brighter futures.

    7. Dr Bipin Chandra Aditya Dasari, Interventional Cardiologist at Rhythm Heart Institute, Vadodara

With over a decade of experience in interventional cardiology, I emphasize the importance of early cardiovascular health in shaping lifelong well-being. This World Health Day 2025, themed ‘Healthy beginnings, hopeful futures,’ highlights the need for proactive measures to prevent heart disease from an early age. Adopting a heart-healthy lifestyle—including balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, and routine health screenings—is crucial for preventing cardiovascular diseases. Healthcare systems should prioritize accessible, high-quality care that addresses both immediate and long-term heart health. By investing in preventive strategies and education, we can significantly reduce the incidence of heart-related ailments, paving the way for healthier societies.

    8. Dr Vaibhav Jain – Spine and Orthopedic Surgeon MBBS, M.S. Orthopaedics Fellowship in Endoscopic Spine Surgery, Assistant Professor (Orthopedics), Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal

On this World Health Day, themed “Healthy Beginnings, Hopeful Futures,” we emphasize the importance of musculoskeletal health—especially spine and joint wellness—for a vibrant and active life. The spine is the backbone of our mobility and function. Conditions like degenerative disc disease, herniated discs, and spinal stenosis can significantly affect quality of life. Fortunately, modern advancements like minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgery now offer patients quicker recovery, less pain, and reduced hospital stays.

Similarly, joint health is vital for maintaining independence and movement. Joint preservation techniques—such as cartilage restoration and realignment procedures—aim to delay or prevent joint replacement, especially in younger patients. These procedures are less invasive and help retain natural joint structures.

The use of orthobiologics, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and stem cell therapies, is revolutionizing both spine and joint care. These biologically derived substances promote healing, reduce inflammation, and support tissue regeneration.

Early diagnosis, preventive care, and advanced treatments can dramatically improve long-term outcomes. This World Health Day, let’s commit to proactive musculoskeletal care—empowering individuals with healthy beginnings and enabling them to build hopeful futures with strength, mobility, and confidence.

    9. Dr. Haresh H Manglani, M. S – Orth, DNB – Orth, Oncology Fellow – MSKCC, New York USA; Mount Sinai, Toronto, Canada & Tata Memorial, Mumbai. ICOE – MTF Fellow, NJ, USA.  Director, ANMMOL ORTHOVISION, Mumbai. Senior Orthopaedic Oncosurgeon – Fortis Hospitals, Jaslok Hospital, HCG Cancer Center.

Dr Haresh Manglani, senior Orthopaedic Oncosurgeon, emphasizes on early intervention for best outcomes in patients affected with bones cancers and soft tissue sarcomas. He states that there must be a very high index of suspicion for a possibility of presence of bone cancers in instances when a swelling which appears after injury does not subside within 10 days of conventional treatment. Since it is the children below age of 20 and adults above 40 who are the affected ones, it is better to have a negative test for bone tumors rather than miss a possible positive test. Early detection and prompt modern neo-adjuvant treatment with the right specialist gives full functional outcomes and normal lifestyle in more than 70% of patients with bone cancers and soft tissue sarcomas. General principles of good health – home made fresh food, adequate sleep, daily exercise and maintaining ideal body weight are equally important for good bone and muscle health also.

    10. Dr Bikramaditya Padhi, Cardiologist (MBBS, MD, DM – Cardiology), Sambalpur Odisha

Dr Bikramaditya Padhi, Cardiologist (MBBS, MD, DM – Cardiology), shares: A healthy heart is the cornerstone of a vibrant life. As a cardiologist, I emphasize the importance of early lifestyle interventions—balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, and routine health screenings—to prevent cardiovascular diseases. Small steps taken today can significantly reduce the risk of heart attacks, strokes, and lifestyle-related conditions in the future. This World Health Day, let’s commit to preventive care for a healthier tomorrow. Also, holistic well-being isn’t limited to the heart—orthopedic health matters too. With the rise in joint-related issues, particularly among the aging population, awareness about timely orthopedic care, including knee replacements, is vital. Modern advancements in joint replacement surgery now offer minimally invasive options and faster recovery, ensuring individuals stay mobile and independent. Whether it’s your heart or your joints—early care, timely intervention, and consistent follow-ups are key. Let’s empower every generation with knowledge for healthy beginnings and a brighter future.”

Heart health is not just about treating diseases—it’s about preventing them. A strong foundation for a healthy life begins with small, consistent habits. Regular exercise, a balanced diet rich in heart-friendly nutrients, and effective stress management play a crucial role in keeping cardiovascular diseases at bay. On World Health Day, it is important to recognize that proactive steps toward heart health can lead to a longer and healthier life. With advancements in cardiac surgery, procedures like total arterial revascularization, minimally invasive surgeries, and complex redo heart surgeries have improved patient outcomes significantly. However, the key remains in prevention. Routine health screenings, maintaining optimal cholesterol and blood pressure levels, and making lifestyle changes early in life can help reduce the risk of heart ailments. The heart works tirelessly for us every second—let’s return the favor by making mindful choices. A healthy heart today ensures a brighter tomorrow.

    3. Dr Jyoti C Bhasin, BDS, PGC Endo & Aesthetics (USA), Associate Fellow AAID (USA), FICD (USA), Microendodontist, Implantologist, Tooth & Gum Dental Clinic, Agra & Delhi

Did you know that your oral health is a powerful indicator of your overall wellbeing? A healthy smile is more than just cosmetic—it serves as a window into your body’s health, with oral issues often signaling underlying systemic conditions.

The oral cavity harbors a complex microbiome, but when this balance is disrupted—a phenomenon known as microbial dysbiosis—harmful pathogens can proliferate, evading the immune system and triggering serious diseases. Research has linked oral infections to conditions such as brain abscesses, respiratory illnesses, and gastrointestinal disorders. When bacteria enter the bloodstream, they can spread to vital organs, leading to bacteremia, inflammation, and tissue damage. Furthermore, periodontal disease has been strongly associated with an increased risk of diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and adverse pregnancy outcomes, including preterm birth and low birth weight. Oral health professionals are often the first to detect adverse drug reactions, as medications like antihypertensives, anticoagulants, and immunosuppressants can cause oral complications, including dry mouth, ulcers, gingival bleeding, and infections. This underscores the importance of routine dental check-ups for overall health monitoring.

In alignment with World Health Day 2025’s theme, “Healthy Beginnings, Hopeful Futures,” prioritizing maternal oral health can play a crucial role in reducing preventable maternal and infant health risks. A proactive approach— maintaining good oral hygiene, a nutritious diet, and regular dental visits— ensures a healthier future.

If you haven’t scheduled a dental check-up recently, now is the time—your body will thank you!

    4. Dr Simmi Manocha, Director-Cardiology, MBBS, MD (Medicine), DM (Cardiologist), Faridabad

A heart-healthy life begins with mindful choices early on. Prioritizing a balanced diet, regular physical activity, and stress management lays the foundation for lifelong cardiovascular wellness. Prevention is key—simple lifestyle changes like reducing salt intake, staying hydrated, and maintaining an active routine can significantly lower the risk of heart disease. Moreover, routine check-ups and early screenings help in timely intervention, ensuring better outcomes. Mental well-being is equally crucial for heart health. Chronic stress and poor sleep habits can silently impact cardiovascular function. Embracing mindfulness, deep breathing, and quality rest can promote a healthier heart.

As we celebrate World Health Day 2025, let’s pledge to invest in our health today for a brighter, disease-free tomorrow. Small, consistent efforts today can lead to a lifetime of vitality and well-being. Remember, a healthy heart powers a healthy life!

    5. Dr Jaydutt B Tekani, MBBS, MD, DNB Cardiology, FSCAI, FESC, Senior Consultant Interventional Cardiologist – K K Patel Super Speciality Hospital, Bhuj, Gujarat

As we approach World Health Day 2025, themed ‘Healthy beginnings, hopeful futures,’ it’s crucial to emphasize the importance of heart health from the earliest stages of life. Dr Jaydutt B. Tekani, Senior Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at K K Patel Superspeciality Hospital, underscores the significance of proactive measures:

“A healthy heart is essential for a long and fulfilling life. Prevention is paramount; prioritize a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Regular exercise, like walking or swimming, is key. Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol. Monitor your blood pressure and cholesterol regularly. Managing stress effectively and ensuring regular health screenings can also play a crucial role in early detection and management of risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol. If you experience symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath, or irregular heartbeat, seek immediate medical attention.”

Dr Tekani’s advice highlights that nurturing heart health from the beginning paves the way for a vibrant and hopeful future.

    6. Dr Rajinder Thaploo, MBBS, MD (Medicine), DrNB (Cardiology), Director, Cath Lab, Vivekanand Medical Institute, Palampur

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains the leading cause of morbidity and mortality, with coronary artery disease (CAD) increasingly affecting younger individuals due to hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, and sedentary lifestyles. Early intervention is key.

Preventive cardiology focuses on lipid control (LDL <55 mg/dL in high-risk patients), blood pressure regulation (<130/80 mmHg), glycemic control (HbA1c <7%), and smoking cessation. Coronary plaque stabilization through statins, antiplatelets, and lifestyle modifications is crucial.

Advancements like drug-eluting balloons (DEB), intravascular imaging (IVUS/OCT), and coronary calcium scoring improve early detection and PCI outcomes. Routine use of high-sensitivity troponins aids in diagnosing subclinical disease.

On World Health Day, let’s commit to early screening, aggressive risk factor management, and public awareness to reduce the global burden of heart disease. A proactive approach today ensures a healthier tomorrow.

However, not everyone qualifies. “Candidates undergo extensive screening and must commit to lifelong changes in diet and lifestyle,” explains Dr Gouda. Most procedures today are performed laparoscopically, enabling quicker recovery with minimal pain and shorter hospital stays. There are four common types of bariatric procedures, each with its own pros and cons. Surgeons consider factors like BMI, eating habits, and health history to recommend the best option.

  • Mental Health: A Key to a Balanced Life – Insights from Sanjeev Kwatra

Mental Health: A Key to a Balanced Life – Insights from Sanjeev Kwatra

New Delhi [India], April 7: Mental health is not just about managing stress or avoiding illness; it is the foundation of a happy and fulfilling life. In today’s fast-paced world, where people struggle with personal and professional pressures, achieving mental well-being has become more crucial than ever. Mr. Sanjeev Kwatra, a renowned industry expert and motivational speaker shares valuable insights on how balance, mindfulness, and a purpose-driven approach can enhance mental health. According to him, mental wellness is not just an individual concern but a societal responsibility. Small yet meaningful lifestyle changes can improve mental clarity, emotional resilience, and overall happiness.

The Mind-Body Connection: A Path to Mental Peace

Mr. Sanjeev Kwatra emphasises that mental and physical health are deeply interconnected. A healthy body supports a stable mind, helping individuals think clearly. One of the most critical yet overlooked aspects of mental health is sleep. He explains that deep sleep acts as a natural form of meditation, rejuvenating the brain, improving memory, and regulating emotions. Sleep deprivation, on the other hand, leads to anxiety, mood swings, and reduced cognitive abilities.

Mental health is also deeply connected to physical activity, but physical activity does not necessarily mean high intensity workouts that make breathing heavy. Exercise can be as gentle and fluid as a free-flowing walk, similar to the soft movement of water in a river. Whether it lasts 30 to 40 minutes, this kind of walk helps both the body and mind to feel stress-free. In contrast, intense gym workouts may actually increase stress levels. Therefore, one should choose a free-flowing walk, whether slow or fast, based on inner call, and consider it a valuable form of physical activity.

Mr. Sanjeev Kwatra advises that by prioritizing sleep, nutrition, and exercise, individuals can create a strong foundation for mental well-being.

Meditation: The Gateway to Inner Happiness

Mr. Sanjeev Kwatra believes that meditation is one of the most powerful tools for achieving mental well-being. In a world filled with distractions and stress, meditation allows individuals to slow down and focus on the present. A calm mind leads to better decision-making, improved concentration, and emotional strength.

He explains that just as a peaceful environment influences our mood, surrounding ourselves with positivity enhances our mental state. Through regular meditation, individuals can develop emotional resilience, reduce stress, and cultivate inner peace. Even a few minutes of daily mindfulness can create significant positive changes in one’s mental health.

Purposeful Actions: The Mental Health Benefits of Dharma and Karma

A sense of purpose plays a crucial role in mental well-being. Mr. Sanjeev Kwatra highlights the importance of dharma (righteousness) and karma (action), stating that when individuals engage in meaningful and ethical actions, they experience less stress and greater fulfillment.

Aligning daily actions with personal values creates a sense of stability and peace. People who live with purpose, whether by contributing to society, helping others, or setting meaningful goals, feel more motivated and emotionally balanced. Mr. Sanjeev Kwatra encourages individuals to embrace self-discipline, honesty, and responsibility to improve their mental well-being and create a more compassionate world.

The Role of Respect and Social Harmony in Mental Wellness

Social relationships play a significant role in mental health. Mr. Sanjeev Kwatra stresses that respect, particularly for women and marginalized groups, is essential for a mentally healthy society. A culture rooted in equality and mutual respect fosters emotional security and reduces the mental burden caused by discrimination and conflicts.

On the other hand, a toxic social environment filled with negativity can lead to anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Mr. Sanjeev Kwatra urges people to practice empathy and inclusivity, as a respectful and harmonious society benefits both individuals and the community.

Education and Emotional Intelligence: Building a Mentally Resilient Society

Mr. Sanjeev Kwatra believes that mental well-being starts with strong foundational education. He advocates for equal access to quality education, suggesting that a standardized curriculum up to the eighth grade can help bridge social inequalities.

Education is not just about academics; it nurtures emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and resilience. A well-rounded education system that promotes empathy and self-awareness can significantly improve mental health outcomes. Individuals equipped with the right knowledge and emotional intelligence are better prepared to manage stress, build meaningful relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

Spirituality and Global Awareness: Expanding the Mind for Mental Strength

According to Mr. Sanjeev Kwatra, spirituality is a powerful tool for mental expansion. He explains that spirituality is not just about religious beliefs but about developing a deeper connection with oneself and the world. A broader perspective helps individuals detach from materialistic stressors and focus on long-term happiness.

Engaging in acts of kindness, practicing gratitude, and cultivating mindfulness all contribute to better mental health. Mr. Sanjeev Kwatra encourages people to embrace spiritual growth as a means of reducing stress and achieving lasting mental peace.

Mr. Sanjeev Kwatra’s insights remind us that mental health is a continuous journey requiring balance, mindfulness, and purpose. A healthy lifestyle, emotional intelligence, social harmony, and spiritual awareness are key elements of a mentally strong and fulfilling life.

By incorporating meditation, fostering positive relationships, and aligning actions with personal values, individuals can enhance their mental well-being and contribute to a healthier society. Mr. Sanjeev Kwatra’s philosophy teaches that mental health is not just about self-care but about creating a world where everyone can thrive emotionally and psychologically.
