    FlySBS Aviation Limited IPO Opens on August 01, 2025

    Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], July 30: FlySBS Aviation Limited (FlySBS, The Company), DGCA approved Non-Scheduled Airline Operator, provides private air charter services to elite clientele such as entrepreneurs, senior corporate executives, politicians, diplomats, celebrities, and other VIPs, proposes to open its Initial Public Offering on Friday, 01st Aug, 2025 and aiming to raise ₹ 102.53 Crores (at upper price band), with shares to be listed on the NSE Emerge platform.

    The issue size is 45,57,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹ 10 each with a price band of ₹ 210 – ₹ 225 Per Share.

    • QIB Anchor Portion – Up to 12,96,000 Equity Shares
    • Qualified Institutional Buyer – Up to 8,65,800 Equity Shares
    • Non-Institutional Investors – Not Less than 6,49,800 Equity Shares

    • Market Maker – 2,29,800 Equity Shares

    The net proceeds from the IPO will be utilized for (i) funding capital expenditure towards acquisition of six pre-owned aircraft on a long-term dry lease basis, (ii) Repayment/prepayment, in full or part, certain outstanding borrowings availed by the Company; and (iii) general corporate purposes.

    The anchor portion will open on 31st July, 2025 and issue will close on 05th August, 2025.

    The Book Running Lead Manager to the Issue is Vivro Financial Services Private Limited, and the Registrar is MUFG Intime India Private Limited.

    The solar PV project is projected to reduce energy costs by 60%, translating into annual savings of approximately Rs. 1.25 crore. Beyond financial benefits, the initiative is set to significantly cut the company’s carbon footprint.

    Commenting on the project, Shankerlal Shah, Chairman, Baheti Recycling Industries Ltd, said, “The solar PV plant is a strategic step towards enhancing our operational efficiency.     The move complements a series of strategic upgrades and expansions by Baheti Recycling.     The company has scaled its proposed installed capacity to 34,000 MTPA, with an investment of Rs. 10 crore per combination of Tilting Rotary Furnace (TRF) and Skelner furnace systems. The Company recorded an impressive overall sales volume growth of 15%, reflecting strong momentum across all key business segments reflecting better product mix and enhanced capacity utilization.

    Mold-Tek Packaging Limited’s Results for Q1 FY’26 (Q1 FY26 vs Q1 FY25): 

    • Net Profit (PAT) grew by 35.50% to ₹22.40 crores, compared to ₹16.53 crores in Q1 FY 2024–25.
    • EBITDA for the quarter rose marginally by 29.21% to ₹47.38 crores, compared to ₹36.67 crores in Q1 FY 2024–25
    • Net Sales increased by 22.28% to ₹240.55 crores, up from ₹196.72 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
    • Sales Volume grew by 15%, reaching 11,378 MT, compared to 9,894 MT in Q1 FY 2024–25. Pharma-Packaging Sales up by more than 9 times.
    • Profit Before Tax (PBT) increased by 35.27%, reaching ₹30.01 crores, as against ₹22.19 crores in the previous year’s quarter.

    The growth in volumes and profitability reflects the Company’s continued focus on operational efficiency, product diversification, and customer-centric strategies.
