  • Pioneering The Future- Sun Interiors Turns Ordinary Homes Into a Luxury

Pioneering The Future- Sun Interiors Turns Ordinary Homes Into a Luxury

Pune (Maharashtra) [India], October 28: Have you ever been to a space that felt nothing less than a luxurious palace? The intricacies, timeless fixtures, and intimate aura create a cohesive moment altogether.

If you’ve ever dreamt of designing a home that way, Sun Interiors can make it real. And no, it wouldn’t nick your pocket either.

But you know, we weren’t always this good at creating wonders of homes. So, we wonder today…how did we become the best in Pune today? How did Sun Interiors start turning ordinary interiors into a luxury?

It’s been two decades since we started, and here’s our story.

    How Far We’ve Come…

Sun Interiors started the tale of creating cosy interiors 24 years back. Since then, we have earned the reputation of designing the most eye-gazing spaces in Pune.

Our team of creative interior designers have designed over 500 spaces, so far. It wouldn’t be wrong to say their picks on a room’s aesthetics, accents, and colour are untouched. The attention to detail that each of them has is impeccable.

    The Power of 3D Visualisation

In the past few years, we’ve also come up with the 3D visuals of interior planning. This approach helps our clients to visualise their dream space on a screen — just before turning it into a reality.

    Awards & Recognition

Two years ago, Sun Interiors received the honour of the Maharashtra Udyog Bhushan Award 2022. Our founding director, Mr. Sampat Mhaske, went up the stage to receive the recognition of his years of creative consistency. In addition, this reward made Sun Interiors’ vision to create ‘new’ became clearer, bolder, and stronger.

    Our Slogan for Creating ‘New’

Timeless interiors never fade away; they stay brand new. Such interiors are nothing less than a dream. Our designers know that, and so, we align with four words: Transforming Spaces, Creating Dreams.

The idea of creating ‘new’ isn’t about quick changes. Instead, it’s about transforming a space once with efficient planning.

Designers at Sun Interiors implement this well. For instance, if we have to design a small-sized room, we plan to use the space effectively. A sofa cum bed and modular storage space are great additions.

Instead of creating something new and extraordinary, how about crafting a gold space out of the existing?

    Timeless, Lively Interiors

Trends change all the time. But, does that mean you’d change your home too? No.

Sun Interiors creates timeless interiors that never fade away in time. The style, patterns, details, and aura stay the same throughout, even after 20 years. And that’s how a house becomes a beautiful home.

Creating a timeless interior doesn’t mean including all the vintage pieces. The charm can also come with curved furniture, ceramic pots or wooden fixtures.

The key is finding a balance between modernity and timelessness, and we know it.

We Do It All: ‘New & Bold’

From timelessly elegant paintings to modern furniture, we bring complete charm to our interior projects. The best lies in variety, doesn’t it?

In residential spaces, our creativity goes beyond living rooms and false ceilings. But, that doesn’t stop us from soaring higher. Commercial interiors like offices and conference rooms are also our suite.

But even for the most intriguing interiors, your pocket wouldn’t be nicked. Sun Interiors creates the new & bold on a budget hold.

    It’s More Than Just ‘Design’

Interior design is more than accent lights and layered wall patterns. It’s the minute details that make a space what it is — the mirror work, colour combinations, artefacts. All of them must be chosen wisely.

Sun Interiors takes these into our hands. Our wide network of vendors helps source the best of everything — furniture, wallpapers, ceilings, and more. So, you don’t have to find any fixtures for the interiors.

Each interior style is different, and so are its features. Hygge style is all about natural light, for instance. However, traditional modern interiors have a dimly lit, intimate feel.

However, what makes each interior different is the owner’s persona. Sun Interiors ensures to maintain that persona in our clients’ interiors. Thus, making each interior style personalised.

    Turning Ordinary Into a Luxury

In the past two decades, Sun Interiors has turned over 500 ordinary spaces into a luxury hall. Our clients’ feedback says it all — most of them applauding our team’s aesthetic sense.

“Sun Interiors understood all our requirements and fulfilled them,” says one of them. Others speak of the details and strict timelines of their project, which were all taken care of.

We believe that to create a luxurious style, the ordinary has to be tweaked. So, we twist the original style and turn it into something new. Moreover, what we have is the trust of our customers that Sun Interiors will create nothing less than a masterpiece.

The persona of your home is all yours. A time-conscious design just adds clarity to it.

The Mangrove Festival brought together conservationists, chefs, artists, and the public for a day of immersive experiences. Chef Michael Swamy’s cooking demonstration, focused on mangrove-sourced ingredients, was a notable part of the festival. The event also unveiled a coffee table book showcasing the winning entries from the Mangroves Through My Lens competition, along with award presentations, expert panel discussions, art installations, and interactive sessions.

A key aspect of the festival was the successful technical session featuring eminent speakers such as Shri Umakant (Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forest & Chief Wildlife Warden), Shri Pabhjot Sodhi (Senior Program Director of Circular Economy at Centre for Environment Education), Smt. Kavlekar (Mangrove Society of India), RJ Uday (Big FM)Dr. Bolmax Pereira (Professor & Wetland Expert), and Chef Michael Swamy (Chef & Wildlife Photographer).

Ferdin Sylvester, Co-Founder and Director of OneEarth Foundation, remarked, “Mangroves are not just trees; they are vital to our coastal ecosystems and support the livelihoods of communities. These ecosystems serve as natural barriers against coastal erosion and extreme weather events, playing a crucial role in protecting our shores. By conserving and restoring mangroves, we are investing in the health of our environment and the future of our communities. The Mangrove Odyssey offers an excellent opportunity for everyone to learn about these ecosystems and participate in their protection. Together, we can create a sustainable future that prioritizes the preservation of our natural heritage.”

The Mangrove Odyssey, launched earlier this month, focused on Goa’s invaluable mangrove forests along the Zuari, Mandovi, and Terekhol rivers, which face threats from urbanization, pollution, and tourism. The campaign included guided nature trails, student workshops, and artistic expressions to educate participants on the vital role of mangroves in preserving biodiversity.

Throughout October, OneEarth Foundation organized Mangrove Trails every weekend at sites like the Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary and Divar Islands, featuring expert-led tours and nature classrooms that fostered lasting awareness among youth. The initiative also included a state-level art competition and a pan-India photography contest, Mangroves Through My Lens, showcasing the beauty of mangroves. A major highlight was the Mangrove Musicana event, where musician Anal Jha used bamboo flutes, didgeridoos, and handpans to create a soundscape that harmonized with the serene mangrove surroundings. In addition, a culinary workshop by Chef Michael Swamy introduced participants to sustainable mangrove ingredients and traditional Goan flavors, emphasizing the role of cuisine in raising environmental awareness.

Pirojsha Godrej Foundation is the campaign’s Sustainability Partner. Nyrika Holkar, Executive Director, Godrej Enterprises Group said, “The Mangrove Odyssey is an exemplary initiative by OneEarth Foundation, to heighten awareness about Goa’s rich mangrove ecosystems through community engagement and highlight the vital role it plays in sustaining biodiversity and protecting coastal communities. We are proud to support this program that is closely aligned with our commitment to environmental stewardship as well as ensuring harmony between development and nature. Campaigns like this remind us that conserving our natural heritage is not just a responsibility but a shared journey for our sustainable future and future generations.”

OneEarth Foundation’s Mangrove Odyssey was supported by esteemed partners like the Pirojsha Godrej Foundation as Sustainability Partner and knowledge collaborations with the Mangrove Society of India, St. Joseph Vaz College, and the Centre for Environment Education. Venue Partners Sadhana Dell’ Arte and Unbox provided additional support for the events. These collaborations underscore the shared commitment to safeguarding Goa’s mangrove ecosystems.

  • Digital house hunting- A rising and pathbreaking trend of 2024

Digital house hunting- A rising and pathbreaking trend of 2024

New Delhi [India], October 29: Over the last decade, Indian real estate has witnessed some tremendous changes. According to experts, it is an example of a shining India. Like all other sectors, technology has also made its inroads in real estate. Some market analysts say this trend is here to stay. Today, searching for a house online is possible, and this is a common practice adopted by potential buyers and corporate houses. These have emerged as the optimum medium for selling or leasing apartments and attracting new buyers. The target audience of such campaigns is usually Gen Z and tech-savvy people.

Shravan Gupta, MGF Group, says digital house hunting is the latest trend for 2024. The experts say this will become more prominent and the go-to medium for the real estate segment.

Digital house hunting as the trendsetter

Today, almost everything is sold on social media and the internet. Hence, builders, too, are encased by this change. It is scarce for a person to go house hunting physically due to lack of time and distance. And digital house hunting is the solution to this problem.  Shravan Gupta, MGF Group, says most builders have their own websites to promote new and current housing projects. The presence of online real estate portals like makaan.com is on the rise. And one can view everything about the property from the comfort of their office.  This trend will continue for a few more years as the world becomes more tech-savvy.

    Single avenue for information

It is hard to find a house which meets all your criteria by visiting physically every place. But in digital house hunting, it is possible to locate your dream home by providing details like price, locality, carpet area, and nearby places. This saves travel time and gives you a picture of your dream home through AI or 3D models.

All this can be done with the touch of a single click. This will boost sales in the housing and commercial segment. And popularize India as the ultimate destination for your next home. Experts say this is likely to attract more NRI investors and buyers. A trend that will make India a global market.

    Ease of doing business

The paperwork takes a long time when buying flats. But now it is possible to do all such work online and save time. The banks have eased the rules by providing online housing loans, which has eased the process for buyers. A housing or commercial loan can be availed at a single click. It also allows one to compare the loan rates from the comfort of home or office. This has also brought transparency in the real estate segment, proving beneficial for builders. Shravan Gupta, MGF Group, believes this is a welcome change and a boon for the real estate sector. The advent of technology has made it possible to learn about EMIs and make deductions available through attractive schemes.

Digital house hunting is on the boom in the Indian real estate segment. It signals a positive sign for the growth of the sector and is beneficial for the Indian economy. Going forward, most real estate companies will have to adopt the digital policy first.

  • How New Holistic Companies Preserving Ancient Vedic Practices

How New Holistic Companies Preserving Ancient Vedic Practices

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], October 26: In today’s fast-paced world, many individuals face time constraints, space limitations, and privacy concerns. Yet, a dedicated community continues to honour its roots by connecting with Hindu traditions, particularly through Vedic pujas and homams. These rituals, steeped in ancient wisdom, are recognized for their spiritual benefits and power as forms of distance healing, providing solace and strength even across vast distances.

One Mumbai-based company, The Healing Bay, has embraced the responsibility of conducting Vedic pujas for clients across the globe. With a keen attention to detail, they offer services to those unable to participate in person. The team at The Healing Bay shares, “Since our clients cannot be present here physically, we handle everything on their behalf. From preparing the puja temple, decorating and arranging every required item, to ensuring facilities for our priests, we do it with wholehearted dedication.”

They emphasize the importance of a pure environment during these rituals, noting, “Regardless of where our client is, they must maintain a pure vegetarian diet during the puja duration. This is non-negotiable.” After each ceremony, The Healing Bay completes the ritual process with charitable donations on behalf of the client and offers to ship prasad (sacred offerings) upon request.

Authenticity and Adherence to Ancient Scriptures

What sets The Healing Bay apart is its commitment to authenticity. “We perform Vedic pujas strictly as per ancient scriptures. We don’t entertain requests for rituals that aim to harm or manipulate others, like tantra or vashikaran pujas. Unlike many, we keep a low profile and only take on orders we can fulfil with utmost sincerity,” they explain. This principled approach reflects the team’s dedication, with every member following a sattvic (pure) lifestyle year-round, ensuring that their spiritual practices align with the values they uphold.

Why Vedic Pujas and Homams are Effective for Distance Healing

Conducting these rituals in sacred spaces, like temples or energized environments, magnifies their spiritual efficacy. Vedic homams (fire rituals) and pujas are powerful tools for healing, enhancing well-being, and creating positive energy, whether performed for individuals or spaces. In fact, the concept of distance healing is deeply rooted in Vedic traditions, with rituals designed to transcend physical presence, offering the same benefits regardless of location.

Wellness entrepreneur Prerrna Agarwal attests to the benefits of such arrangements, stating, “It is always advised to conduct Vedic homams in spaces designated for them, as was done in ancient times. Sometimes the vaastu of the house or other external issues hinder the puja process. So performing them in a temple or sacred space is more effective. If you’re overseas, working with a reliable company like The Healing Bay can yield the same results as being physically present.”

    Modern Convenience Meets Ancient Wisdom

The Healing Bay’s services cater to the needs of those who, despite their modern lifestyle, wish to stay connected to their spiritual heritage. The convenience of professional, remote Vedic pujas has made it easier for individuals around the world to seek blessings and healing without disrupting their daily lives. In doing so, The Healing Bay is preserving sacred traditions, offering peace, positivity, and spiritual growth for all who seek it.

Devil In Details Shweta Chauhan’s New Novel Explores the Dark Corners of the Mind

New Delhi [India], October 26: Acclaimed author Shweta Chauhan has unveiled her latest gripping novel, “Devil In Details,” published by Redgrab Books Pvt Ltd. This psychological suspense story, consisting of 38 intricately crafted chapters, promises readers a thrilling journey into the complexities of human nature, exploring themes of violence, betrayal, and free will.

“Devil In Details” captivates from the very first page. The narrative kicks off with a shocking incident: a woman plunges from a hotel balcony, witnessed by numerous onlookers. This tragic event marks the beginning of a string of bizarre accidents that feel too calculated to be mere coincidences. As the plot unfolds, the number of victims rises, leading readers through a labyrinth of clues, misdirection, and unexpected twists.

The novel’s exploration of sin—its nature, causes, and consequences—adds a philosophical dimension that sets it apart from typical thrillers. Shweta skillfully delves into the motivations behind the characters’ actions, prompting readers to ponder whether they are masters of their own fate or mere puppets in a larger, darker game.

Shweta Chauhan, who hails from Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, draws inspiration from her diverse experiences as an avid traveler and reader. With a Doctorate in Biochemistry, she has balanced her career in government service with her passion for writing, which emerged during the lockdown days. Her pen name pays homage to her maternal grandfather, reflecting her deep familial roots.

In “Devil In Details,” the main characters, Parijat and Deepika, are not your typical detectives. They are relatable and human, with their own vulnerabilities and flaws. This unique portrayal allows readers to connect with them on a personal level. Their distinctive investigative styles—marked by charm and intuition—make their journey through the perilous world of crime all the more engaging.

One of the standout features of this novel is its pacing. Shweta expertly maintains a breakneck speed while ensuring that the depth of the plot and the characters remain intact. Each scene is rich with detail, offering subtle hints that reward attentive readers. The story’s twists and turns keep readers guessing until the very last moment, creating an exhilarating reading experience.

The narrative is also marked by effective use of foreshadowing and misdirection, leading readers to believe they have unraveled the mystery, only to be surprised by a new revelation. This intricate layering of the plot ensures that suspense remains high, making it difficult to put the book down.

“Devil In Details” is not just a thrilling read; it also leaves readers contemplating deeper questions about truth, justice, and the human condition. Shweta Chauhan invites her audience to engage with her work and share their thoughts through her social media platforms, reflecting her belief in the interactive nature of storytelling.
