For 2022, we all came together to create a new kick-off plan that focused on strategies for next year and also looked back at the challenges faced in this past one. We took time out of our busy schedules (and got creative!) by coming up with solutions so they don’t happen again, and what better way than to start with an extravagant celebration in which the entire Delphi Infotech family got invited to a 5-day retreat at resorts across Kerala for the Annual Kick-off Meeting.

It was a huge spectacle this year, featuring performances from dancers and singers as well as workshops on starting up businesses or managing them successfully. There were also presentations about marketing strategies that can be used today, making it a truly informative and helpful event for all who attended. Overall, it was a great way to start the year off and get everyone excited about the potential for success in the coming year.

The team-building activities were a great way for everyone on board to get involved and have fun. There is no better example than the game of tag where people from both North & South offices joined in together!

This year’s meeting was especially exciting because the CEO of Delphi Infotech Pvt. Ltd. outlined his vision for the company and how everyone’s individual efforts would contribute to its success. June 22: ASSOCHAM Ayush Task Force Chairman Dr Sudipta Narayan Roy, also the MD of Powell Group, Director of Indian Achiever’s Forum, New Delhi and Member of the Governing body of Brainware University, presided over multiple events all day long.

Early in the morning, STPI, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India organised yoga shivir in their Salt Lake Sector V campus under Mr Manjit Kumar Nayek, Director, STPI and in association with ASSOCHAM Eastern Region led by Ms Perminder Kaur. Mr Nayek initiated the program with the pledging ceremony for incorporating yoga as part of life. As Chairman of the ASSOCHAM Ayush NTF, Dr Roy addressed the gathering of software professionals and Government officials with his inspiring speech and emphasised the relevance of yoga. The yoga shivir was jointly conducted by the software professionals, Ms Navneet Lodha from ASSOCHAM and Mr Sanatan Bera of STPI.

Later, Dr Roy was invited for a live interview by Doordarshan, wherein he discussed the purpose of yoga and its processes and relevance in an erudite manner. He emphasised the relevance of yoga as a holistic healthcare system to cope with the issues of psycho-somatic derangements.

Later in the afternoon, Dr Roy was invited by the Brainware University as the Chief Guest in the Seminar on ‘Yoga and Pharmacotherapy’    organised by Prof B B Barik of the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology under the leadership and guidance of Hon’ble Chancellor Mr Phalguni Mookhopadhay of Brainware University.

Dr Roy, in his speech, inspired the students and faculty members to incorporate yoga into their daily life.

Mumbai: Television actor Pradeep Kuwar aka Pratham, who is known for his shows like ‘Siya Ke Ram’, ‘Mahakaali- Ant hi Aarambh hai’, and ‘Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega’, recently celebrated his birthday. Even though it was a low-key affair, he says it was one of the best because his close friends were with him. The actor was shooting intensively last month for his show, and the production house decided to give him an off. “The production people tell me that this is a break which I deserved and a break was much needed too. We were shooting continuously for the past month as we had important episodes, and when it comes to working, I always give my hundred percent,” shares Pradeep Kuwar.

Even though he was on leave, his team members from the show had made arrangements for a cake-cutting ceremony on the set. And for the same, Pratham went to the sets to have some special moments with the people who loved him so much. “I was overwhelmed with happiness to cut a cake on the set. The night before, a few of my friends had come over for a midnight celebration. Due to the pandemic, I didn’t feel like having a big party; instead opted for an intimate dinner party with my close friends,” shares Pradeep Kuwar.
