  • Testlify Launches Conversational AI Interviews to Redefine Talent Assessment at Scale

Testlify Launches Conversational AI Interviews to Redefine Talent Assessment at Scale

Bensalem [Pennsylvania], June 10: Testlify, a renowned talent assessment platform trusted by over 1,500 companies across 50+ countries, has launched its latest innovation, Conversational AI Interviews in video, audio, and text formats.

This game-changing feature is designed to help companies streamline candidate evaluation with real-time, scenario-based interviews powered by AI. Testlify continues to elevate the hiring experience for leading global brands, including LTIMindtree, Solvay, InDrive, and Ditto Insurance, among many others.

With this launch, Testlify is redefining how enterprises and staffing firms assess talent — faster, smarter, and more accurately than ever before.

    Solving a Long-Standing Hiring Problem

Traditional interviews often fail to predict how candidates will perform in real workplace situations. Static Q&As, interviewer bias, and inconsistent evaluation frameworks have long hindered effective hiring.

Testlify’s Conversational AI solves this by replicating real-world challenges in a controlled, AI-driven environment. So recruiters can evaluate candidates not just for what they know, but how they act under pressure.

“Too often, interviews only scratch the surface,” said Abhishek Shah, Founder of Testlify. “We built this conversational AI engine to go deeper, revealing the mindset, adaptability, and real-world judgment of each candidate before they’re hired.”

Explore the Power of Multi-Format Conversational AI

The platform’s latest release includes three advanced formats:

    Chat AI

Engage candidates in realistic, text-based workplace scenarios—like resolving a billing dispute or calming an irate customer. This helps recruiters assess problem-solving, written communication, and critical thinking in real time.

    Voice AI

Allow candidates to respond to dynamic, voice-based interview prompts tailored to roles in sales, customer support, or technical helpdesks—capturing verbal fluency, tone, and persuasion skills in action.

    Video AI

AI avatars guide candidates through complex job scenarios via asynchronous video interviews. Employers can now analyze non-verbal communication, confidence, and emotional intelligence with ease.

All formats are meticulously crafted to reflect real-life job functions, whether it’s managing a missed delivery, leading a team meeting, or troubleshooting a product issue. Each interview simulates realistic stakes, offering employers a deeper and more predictive lens on candidate performance.

A Game-Changer for Enterprise Hiring Teams

With hiring becoming increasingly distributed, inconsistent interviews slow down decisions and introduce bias. Testlify’s Conversational AI brings consistency, objectivity, and scale to every candidate interaction without sacrificing the human element.

“We’re not just testing skills, we’re uncovering true potential,” Abhishek Shah added. “Our clients can now build stronger teams by hiring people who don’t just look good on paper, but thrive in real-world environments.”

    Available Now

Testlify’s Conversational AI interviews are now live and available to all users across plans. Companies can start building customized, role-specific interviews in minutes or explore the platform with a free trial.

    About Testlify

Testlify is a fast-growing, AI-powered skills assessment and interviewing platform that helps companies hire better, faster, and more objectively. • Chandigarh’s New Cyber Wellness Clinic: A Beacon for Digital Security in 2025

Chandigarh’s New Cyber Wellness Clinic: A Beacon for Digital Security in 2025

New Delhi [India], May 15: As India grapples with a surge in AI-powered cyberattacks, the National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTR) in Chandigarh has taken a bold step forward with the launch of the CopConnect Cyber Wellness Clinic on April 30, 2025. This state-of-the-art facility, established in partnership with the Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ISAC) and supported by Zscaler’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, positions Chandigarh as a hub for cybersecurity education and resilience, fostering collaboration across academia, law enforcement, and industry.

NITTR Chandigarh, founded in 1967 under the Ministry of Education, has a storied history of advancing technical education across northern India. From its origins as a Regional Technical Teachers’ Training Institute, it has grown into a premier center for engineering, technology, and educational management, with collaborations earning it recognition as a research hub by leading universities. The CopConnect Cyber Wellness Clinic builds on this legacy, following the success of a similar initiative at Panjab University on March 4, 2025, which set a benchmark for cybersecurity awareness.

Zscaler, a global cloud security leader founded in 2007 by Jay Chaudhry, is a driving force behind the clinic. Operating in India with offices in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Mohali, and Pune, and seven data centers, Zscaler’s Zero Trust Exchange platform safeguards millions of users. Its Social Impact Program promotes cyber education and digital equity, creating opportunities for underserved communities. “Partnering with NITTR and ISAC allows us to empower individuals with the skills to combat cyber threats,” said Karishma Bhuyan, Zscaler’s CSR Lead, at the inauguration.

The clinic’s launch comes at a critical juncture. The Zscaler ThreatLabz Phishing Report 2025 identifies India as the Asia Pacific’s top target for AI-driven cyberattacks, with phishing, identity theft, and QR code scams on the rise. Superintendent of Police (Chandigarh Cyber Cell) Smt. Geetanjali Khandelwal highlighted local challenges: “Cybercriminals are using sophisticated tactics, like targeting husbands of pregnant women with fake donation scams.” Chandigarh Police’s efforts, including cyber vans and surveys with NCC cadets, reveal senior citizens as particularly vulnerable, underscoring the need for widespread awareness.

The CopConnect Cyber Wellness Clinic addresses these threats through a multifaceted approach. Awareness sessions educate participants on avoiding cybercrimes and cyber fraud, while ISAC’s Cyberange Cybersecurity Labs provide hands-on training against simulated cyberattacks. The clinic offers 26 ISAC-certified programs and access to platforms like Breach Point, EthicsFirst, and the National Security Database, preparing participants for careers in a field projected to demand 3.5 million professionals by 2025, per Cyber Crime Magazine. “By 2033, one in three jobs could be in cybersecurity,” noted Bhuyan, highlighting the economic potential.

ISAC, a non-profit organization collaborating with the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Defence, AICTE, CERT-In, and IIT Gandhinagar, ensures the clinic’s technical excellence. Its platforms, from bug bounty programs to ethical frameworks, equip participants with practical and ethical solutions. Group Captain P. Anand Naidu of ISAC emphasized, “This initiative strengthens India’s cybersecurity ecosystem, bridging gaps between education, law enforcement, and industry.”

The clinic also enhances police capabilities through specialized cybercrime investigation training, fostering collaboration with Chandigarh Police. Open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM, it welcomes victims and citizens seeking guidance. For urgent help, download the free ISAC CopConnect App to instantly connect with Cybercrime Intervention Officers and receive the assistance you need. With global cybercrime costs projected to reach $10.5 trillion annually by 2025, the clinic is a timely intervention.

By uniting NITTR’s academic expertise, ISAC’s technical prowess, and Zscaler’s global vision, the CopConnect Cyber Wellness Clinic is a beacon for India’s digital future. It empowers individuals to navigate the digital landscape with confidence, setting a model for other cities to follow in building a secure, resilient society.

Lucknow’s Shweta Chaudhary Honoured at WAVES 2025 for Creating India’s First AI Digital Twin

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], May 7:  Shweta Chaudhary, a visionary AI creator from Lucknow, made headlines at the prestigious WAVES 2025 summit after being awarded the Silver Trophy in the AI Avatar Creator Challenge, one of the most competitive and futuristic categories of the Create in India Challenge (CIC). The award was presented to her by the acclaimed actor Nagarjuna Rao on the grand stage of Creatosphere, where he personally shook hands with Shweta and congratulated her for her innovation.

WAVES 2025, India’s first-of-its-kind World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit, hosted at the Jio World Centre in Mumbai, was inaugurated by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on 1st May 2025. With over 85,000 national and international entries across 32 challenges under the Create in India (CIC) banner, the summit celebrated breakthrough ideas across storytelling, animation, gaming, and immersive technologies. Among these, Shweta’s creation stood out for its originality, technical finesse, and emotional impact.

Shweta Chaudhary was one of the few selected finalists invited to showcase her digital twin, Avtr Shweta before the government officials, industry leaders, and an audience of creators. Avtr Shweta is not just a virtual character; she is India’s first AI-powered female digital twin, built using generative AI technologies. She embodies Shweta’s own creative voice and represents the future of emotionally intelligent AI systems that go beyond automation to connect with people at a deeper level.

Sharing her experience, Shweta said, “Receiving the Trophy from Nagarjuna sir was a surreal moment. It wasn’t just an award, it felt like recognition for the labour that went behind building something that blends human soul with GenAI. WAVES 2025 gave me not just a platform but a purpose to make people feel the human side of AI.”

At the event, Shweta answered several questions posed by ministry delegates regarding the intent behind Avtr Shweta, the detailed design process, and the technological frameworks she used to achieve such realism and relatability. Her project is centered on using AI as a tool for self-expression, emotional awareness, and digital well-being—a theme she also promotes through her ongoing campaign, FeelGood, on Instagram via her handle @avtrshweta.

WAVES 2025 was more than just a celebration of innovation—it was a learning ground. Shweta participated in several high-profile masterclasses and industry sessions alongside some of the most respected names in media and technology. These included a session by NVIDIA titled “Riding the AI Wave,” with insights from Richard Kerris, Marc Hamilton, and Vishal Dhupar. Aamir Khan’s interactive session on “The Art of Acting” gave CIC winners the rare opportunity to engage in a live Q&A with the actor himself.

Other sessions focused on GenAI’s role in media, entrepreneurship in tech, and India’s place in the global entertainment economy. Notably, Shark Tank India’s Aman Gupta and Anupam Mittal, in collaboration with Sony India, held an engaging panel titled “Next Wave: The Future of Indian Entrepreneurship,” inspiring creators like Shweta to think beyond conventional boundaries.

At its heart, Shweta’s journey is a testament to the idea that women from non-traditional tech backgrounds can make a mark in the AI space when they blend vision with intent. What began as an artistic experiment has grown into a powerful statement about representation, emotion, and the future of human-AI collaboration.

WAVES 2025 has given Shweta not just recognition, but a voice that speaks for the future of ethical AI, creative innovation, and emotionally intelligent digital experiences. With Avtr Shweta continuing to evolve and inspire, Shweta Chaudhary is poised to take her mission global.

New Delhi [India], April 30: Recruitment is no longer about just scanning resumes and asking routine questions.
